Abstract

This study is entitled "The Role of Brand Trust on Brand Loyalty of SGM Brand Dairy Products. The purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the influence of brand characteristics, company characteristics and brand-consumer characteristics on brand loyalty in SGM milk products consumers The research hypothesis is brand characteristics, company characteristics and brand-consumer characteristics have a significant influence on brand loyalty in SGM dairy product consumers To test the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable used multiple linear regression analysis. Based on these analysts results obtained tX1 of 2,773, tX2 of 2,802 and tX3 of 4,406 greater than t table of 2,030 so that Ho is rejected or Ha is accepted. Therefore the first, second, third hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to: a) provide a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between employee interactions and innovative behaviour, and b) build an integrative conceptual framework based on validated factors empirically and that relationship with relevant theories. An integrative literature review from empirical studies shows that employees perceive the combination of high demand and high resources to be ideal interaction. Innovative behaviour is a consequence of these complex interaction. Engaged employees tend to more innovative by coping strategy activities to face the challenge.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of return on equity, price earning ratio and net profit margin on stock returns. The dependent variable in this study is stock return. While the independent variables are return on equity, price earning ratio and net profit margin. The population in this study are property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2015-2019. The samples obtained were 28 companies using purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used is panel data regression analysis with the help of the software program Eviews 10. Using the fixed effects model, the results show that the return on equity and price earning ratio variables have a significant positive effect on stock returns. While the net profit margin has no effect on stock returns. These results indicate that the stock return of the property and real estate sector companies will change, which is influenced by the return on equity variable and the price earning ratio variable. The implication of this research is that the company is expected to increase revenue by managing or utilizing the capital owned by the company, increasing total sales and minimizing expenses so that the company gets an increasing stock return.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh karaktersitik perusahaan berupa variabel likuiditas, profitabilitas, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap kebijakan dividen pada perusahaan manufaktur di industri dasar dan sektor kimia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan data sekunder. Sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 15 perusahaan yang dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa karakteristik perusahaan dapat mempengaruhi kebijakan deviden perusahaan. Variabel profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan dapat memengaruhi kebijakan deviden, sedangkan variabel likuiditas tidak memliki pengaruh. Diharapkan dengan mengetahi faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi kebijkan dividen, perusahaan akan lebih mengutamakan kinerja perusahaan terkait dengan peningkatan keuntungan perusahaan dan ukuran perusahaan.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to find out and analyze the significant effect of dividend policy, leverage, and profitability on firm value of LQ-45 companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange year of 2015 until 2019. Type of this research was quantitative with method of data analysis used panel data regression. The research results showed that dividend policy, leverage as well as profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value of LQ-45 companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange year of 2015-2019. Referred to the conclusion, management of LQ-45 companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange needs to prioritize their financial policies related to dividend policy, leverage and profitability. The ways could be done by continue to pay or distribute dividend regularly every year while still managing retained earnings effectively, set a proportional debt level and controlling the operational costs more efficiently as well as continuously increase their capital investment or productive investment as an effort to optimize the company's ability to earn profits.

Abstract

In today's modern era, a woman is not only a housewife. Today's women have started to enter the public sector where they have to work. Armed with the skills and education currently available, women have the courage to work outside the home. This creates a dual role that can be said to be more than two roles for women who are daily workers. The role adopted by women workers is the role of being a mother for their children and being a good wife for her husband. In balancing roles, a woman finds it difficult and has many obstacles. A woman who cannot balance her roles will have an impact on her family and work. But the most important thing is the impact on his family. A woman has an important obligation to take care of the family household. If it has a negative impact it will disrupt family life, and have a significant impact on husbands and children. The issue of dual roles is also experienced by female K3L workers at Padjadjaran University. They are obligated to fulfill their roles as a mother and a wife and become K3L workers at the same time. Abstract

This study aims to determine the significance of the effect of net profit margin, current ratio, debt to equity ratio and dividend payout ratio on stock prices in consumer goods industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The samples obtained were as many as 8 companies using the purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is the panel data analysis technique. The results showed that net profit margin, current ratio, debt to equity ratio and dividend payout ratio had a significant effect on stock prices. The implications of this study for potential investors to pay attention and consider the ratio of NPM, CR, DER and DPR because the ratio proved significant to strengthen the rise and fall of stock prices. An additional finding in this study is that CR has a significant negative effect, meaning that the condition of a company that is too liquid can result in a decrease in profitability for the company. Investors need to pay attention to the CR of a company in assessing the company's shares, so it is not wrong to choose the company to buy its shares.

Abstract

Kegiatan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat sangat diperlukan guna menambah ilmu pengetahuan, wawasan, pengalaman dan ketrampilan manajerial masyarakat pada umumnya. Ilmu manajemen merupakan sebuah ilmu yang sangat penting untuk diterapkan dalam pengelolaan organisasi, pengelolaan kegiatan usaha atau usaha mikro kecil dan menengah dan pengelolaan ekonomi rumah tangga masyarakat pedesaan. Untuk itu dirasa sangat perlu memberikan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan bagi masyarakat tentang ilmu ekonomi khususnya ilmu manajemen keuangan. Tujuan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang Ilmu Manajemen keuangan yang digunakan untuk mengelola kegiatan usaha Keluarga atau pemilik usaha UMKM, khususnya diperuntukkan bagi ibu-ibu PKK yang memiliki usaha di Desa Kutaliman, Kecamatan Kedungbanteng, sehingga diharapkan dapat membantu dalam mengatur kesejahteraan keluarga. Metode yang dilakukan antara lain memberikan informasi serta penyuluhan tentang manajemen keuangan bagaimana melakukan pengelolaan bisnis atau UMKM dengan cara melakukan pengelolaan kas, pemisahan keuangan keluarga dengan keuangan usaha, serta berusaha melakukan pengembangan usaha dan inovasi produk. Diharapkan masyarakat desa dapat memahami dan mengetahui strategi yang dapat memberikan motivasi untuk tetap bertahan dan kelangsungan hidup usaha menjadi terjamin. Sehingga dengan kegiatan usaha yang semakin berkembeng masyarakat secara umum dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan taraf hidupnya.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether the business done by the peci home industry in Bandung Kebumen village is efficient? This research was conducted with the population is the cap business actor in Bandung Kebumen, amounting to 40, and the research sample was taken by purposive sampling, namely the sample was drawn from a certain number of the population using certain considerations or criteria, namely the turnover per day produces a minimum of 5 scores. This research shows that the Small and Micro Enterprises engaged in the Home Industry Peci in Bandung Sruni Kebumen in 2016 in carrying out their production activities are efficient, this can be seen from the Benefit Cost Ratio obtained from some of the Peci Home Industry business players at a number above 1 , which is in the range of 1,271 to 1,325. The business of making peci in Bandung is mostly a supporting business besides being a farmer, so that even though the sales system is seasonal and payments are made on time, it does not disturb the economy of these business actors, because they can fulfill their daily activities from investment in the agricultural sector.

Abstract

The firm's value reflects the present value of the expected future income. The financial management function can maximize firm value. The purpose of this study was to determine the significance effect of capital structure, dividend policy and firm size on firm value in the Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study were 26 companies from Food and Beverage Sub-Sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange, using a purposive sampling method obtained 12 companies. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression panel data with the help of Eviews-10 program. The results showed that capital structure had a significant positive effect on firm value, dividend policy had no effect on firm value and firm size had significant negative effect on firm value. This means that the company should still pay attention to the internal factors of the company that can affect company value such as capital structure and company size. This research is limited to only analyzing the variable leverage, capital structure and company carving. Future research should be able to add the company's external factors that can affect firm value such as inflation, interest rates or taxes, as well as increase the observation time of more than five years.
