Abstract

Ketidakseimbangan antara volume pasokan musiman dan permintaan konsumen menciptakan volatilitas pasar yang signifikan pada komoditas pangan dan industri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyajikan sintesis data historis mengenai pola fluktuasi harga dan efisiensi operasional persediaan berdasarkan literatur terdahulu. Metode penelitian menggunakan tinjauan data sekunder yang mencakup peramalan tren linier, regresi linear berganda, dan model Material Requirement Planning (MRP). Hasil data menunjukkan bahwa volatilitas harga di pasar induk dengan standar deviasi 18302,01 jauh lebih tinggi dibandingkan sentra produksi sebesar 15165,64. Struktur biaya produk menunjukkan bahwa efisiensi dapat ditingkatkan dengan mereduksi biaya transaksi sebesar 5% dan biaya penyusutan sebesar 2%. Kesimpulan dari data ini menekankan pentingnya integrasi algoritma Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) dan model peramalan prediktif untuk menjaga stabilitas margin keuntungan di tengah dinamika ekonomi yang terus berubah. Abstract

Information technology adoption in online learning requires higher education institutions to provide an e-learning system that is not only functional but also secure in managing academic and user data. E-learning platforms commonly store sensitive information such as user identities, academic grades, and learning activities, making security a critical factor. However, many e-learning systems are developed without adequate security design from the early stages. This study aims to design a campus e-learning web application using pure PHP by applying cryptography-based data security mechanisms. The research method employs a Research and Development (R&D) approach with a system design orientation. The cryptographic aspects incorporated in the proposed design include cryptographic hashing for securing user authentication, symmetric encryption for protecting sensitive data, and security token mechanisms to ensure the integrity of sessions and system requests. The system design is modeled using Unified Modeling Language (UML) to represent functional requirements and an Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) to design the database structure. The results of this study are an e-learning system design that includes use case diagrams, a database design, and a cryptography-based security mechanism design. This design is expected to serve as a reference for developing a secure, well-structured campus e-learning application aligned with academic needs.

Abstract

The utilization of Artificial Intelligence in academic information services is often hindered by the fragmentation of various Large Language Models (LLMs) and the models' lack of specific institutional knowledge. This study aims to design and build a unified web-based chatbot platform that integrates various AI service providers, including Google Gemini, Qwen, and models via OpenRouter (Llama, DeepSeek, Microsoft Phi), into a single interface. The application was developed using PHP with a secure architecture, utilizing HTML Purifier for output security and a responsive interface design based on Tailwind CSS. The key feature of this system is the implementation of the Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) method, which enables the chatbot to provide accurate answers regarding specific information of Universitas Graha Karya (UGK) by referring to a local knowledge base, thereby minimizing AI hallucinations. Furthermore, the system is enhanced with Text-to-Speech (TTS), image generation, and video generation capabilities via the DashScope API. Test results demonstrate that this platform effectively improves the efficiency of academic information access by offering the flexibility to select AI models according to user needs and providing contextual, academically valid responses.

Abstract

Proses penyusunan jadwal Ujian Akhir Semester (UAS) di institusi pendidikan tinggi sering kali terkendala oleh bentroknya jadwal pengawas dan tumpang tindih penggunaan ruangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun platform Sistem Informasi Penjadwalan terpadu berbasis web di Universitas Graha Karya (UGK) Muara Bulian. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL, dengan antarmuka responsif berbasis Tailwind CSS. Fitur utama dalam sistem ini adalah implementasi algoritma Auto-Scheduling yang mampu menyusun ratusan jadwal mata kuliah secara otomatis berdasarkan klaster fakultas, menyisipkan waktu istirahat dinamis, dan melompati hari libur. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa platform ini mampu meningkatkan efisiensi proses administrasi akademik secara signifikan. Sistem juga dilengkapi dengan fitur filter jadwal real-time untuk mahasiswa dan ekspor data ke format CSV terstruktur yang kompatibel dengan Microsoft Excel untuk kebutuhan pencetakan Surat Keputusan (SK).
