Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of empowerment, interpersonal communication job involvement, onperformanceemployee’s performance, through work motivations. Sample in this research totaled 101 employee’s. Sampling techniques using census method with saturated sampling technique, so the whole population is used as a sample.Variable this research consisting empowerment, interpesonal communication, job involvement, work motivation, employee’s performance. Data collection methods used were questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis using SPSS 24. The results showed direct influence on employee’s performance indicates empowerment and job involvement are supported, but for interpesonal communication is not supported. The Results of research indirect effect on employee’s performance through work motivation showed empowerment dan job involvement are not supported, but interpersonal communication supported. This research is expected to be beneficial for PT. Leo Hupindo to improve employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to assess the company financial performance of PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur, Tbk using financial ratio analysis for the period 2016-2018. The financial ratios used are liquidity, solvency, and profitability. This type of research is a case study. Data collection techniques used are documentation and literature. The results of this study indicate that the liquidity ratio in 2016-2018 can be seen from the current ratio, which is good. The quick ratio in 2016 and 2017 results are good, while in 2018 it is not good. The cash ratio in 2016-2018 are good. The solvency ratio measured using DAR in 2016 and 2017 are not good while in 2018 is good. The DER in 2016-2018 is good. ROA profitability ratio in 2016-2018 results are not good, ROE in 2016-2018 results are not good, GPM in 2016-2018 results are good, and NPM in 2016-2018 results are not good, OPM in 2016-2018 results are not good, and ROA in 2016- 2018 results are not good. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Bank Sinarmas baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik analisa data menggunakan analisa regresi linier berganda. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah motivasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Bank Sinarmas Medan. Motivasi dan lingkungan kerjamenjelaskan pengaruhnya terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan (Y) pada Bank Sinarmas Medan sebesar 65,3%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 34,7% merupakan pengaruh dari variabel bebas lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini seperti kepemimpinan, gaji, stres kerja dan lain sebagainya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT. Panin Bank Tbk Medan sampel penelitian seluruh karyawan Divisi Retail Lending Marketing pada PT. Panin Bank Tbk – Medan yang berjumlah 32 orang Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif pengujian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Kesimpulan menunjukkan secara parsial simultan dan komitmen organisasi dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT. Panin Bank Tbk Medan. Kata kunci : Komitmen Organisasi, Motivasi, Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

This literature review uses a systematic review approach and bibliographic analysis. The data source is google scholar, and the search for article data uses PoP by using the terms: "co-creation", "co-create", "value-in-use" and service-dominant logic. The articles sampled are articles of the Q1 / Q2 category based on the Scimagojr. Books, book sections, conferences, Indonesian and foreign languages ​​(except English) were not included as sample articles. The sample of articles is limited to the period 2014 – 2019. This literature review uses software assistance: Excel, PoP, Mendeley and VOS viewer. Co-creation or the perspective of service-dominant logic has received great attention by researchers and has been studied in a wide variety of research fields. The systematic review that was carried out resulted in several theories that were often used, namely, social exchange theory, social role theory, planned behavior theory, self-identity theory and self-determination theory. Co-creation as a study is implemented in various research contexts, such as: tourism, hospitality and so on. The authors with the most cited articles are: Lusch & Nambisan (2015), with a total of 950 citations. Researchers who produced the most articles in the period 2014 - 2019 are Edvardsson, Bo (12 documents); Brodie, Roderick J. (7 documents). Co-creation variables are generally used as independent and dependent variables, but some researchers have used them as mediating and moderating variables. During the period the samples were taken, qualitative research dominated over empirical test research. The journal with the most prolific publication of articles is the Journal of Business Research. The most prolific publisher is Emeraldinsight.com. China is the country that most often research on co-creation. Co-creation research with a focus on dyadic relationships is still very limited

Abstract

One-Stop Integrated Services (PTSP) in higher education institutions is an effort to improve the efficiency and quality of academic and administrative services. However, the implementation of PTSP management still faces various challenges, such as procedural inefficiencies, lack of supervision, and suboptimal service to users. This study aims to analyze the implementation of PTSP management based on the classic POAC management functions (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Supervision) and its impact on service quality in higher education institutions. The research method used is quantitative descriptive and verification, with a survey approach through questionnaires to 2 PTSP employees and 20 students as service users. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression to test the influence of management variables on service quality. The novelty of this study lies in the combination of the POAC model with the SERVQUAL dimension in the context of PTSP in higher education environments, which has not been widely studied before. Previous studies generally only discuss the implementation of PTSP in the government sector or have not emphasized the direct relationship between managerial functions and perceptions of service quality.
