Abstract

The fluctuations in Ketupak river water affect the amount of inundation that occurs in G Dwijaya Village, Tugumulyo Subdistrict, Musi Rawas Regency.  The research aims to obtain a cross section of river channels to drain runoff water, so that runoff water due to maximum rainfall does not cause inundation.  the Ketupak river channel is unable to float the flow discharge that occurs during the rainy season, besides that there is also a lot of sediment, garbage, trunks and branches that interfere with ketupak river flow, so a re-dimension of the river channel needs to be done.  Based on the calculation of the Ketupak River discharge in the rainy season using the Chow formula method, flowrate (Q) is obtained at 5.22 m³ / sec.  From the results of calculations According to the 5-year rainfall data from 2012-2016, Q = 0.719 m³ / s, so when the rainy season the flow in the river becomes 5.94 m³ / sec (Q ≤ Q max), to meet Q max = equal to 5.94 m³ / sec, it is necessary to add a river cross-sectional area of 12.33 m² to 15.63 m² so that Q is obtained at 5.94 m³ / sec (Q ≥ Q max).

Abstract

The construction sector has an important role in economic growth. To realize a condition that all necessary infrastructure that can guarantee an increase in economic activity. Procurement will be infrastructure and infrastructure by the government, using the budget of revenues and expenditures (APBN / APBD). To oversee the use of the budget, must arrange the procurement rules which the regulation amended by Presidential Decree 70/2012 and 4/2015. The tender process is expected to use the electronic media (e-procurement) to be more transparent, accountable, effective and efficient, in line with efforts to eradicate corruption, collusion and nepotism. The research method uses descriptive research. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with data taken from LPSE Musi Rawas and questionnaires to respondents as service providers, service users, and the auction committee. A descriptive analysis of data processing and data processing using a Likert scale questionnaire on the subject of the study variables The results of a comparative analysis of the construction tender based on Presidential Decree 4/2015 is the same as the Presidential Decree 70/2012. It's just that there is a difference in the duration of time the activity evaluation of the Proposal, namely the regulation 70/2012 is 4 days while on the regulation 4/2015 is 11 days. Abstract

AbstractClean water is a vital need of living things, especially for human beings who live spread throughout the earth's surface both in urban and rural areas. This study aims to determine the discharge and the condition of the existing water sources used by SPAM, STL Ulu Terawas Sub-district, to find out the elevation of each pipe junction of the STL Ulu Terawas SPAM pipe. Provide the most efficient alternative network in meeting the needs of the community. The method of analyzing the water distribution network in the drinking water supply system in STL Ulu Terawas District, Kabupaten Musi Rawas using EPANET 2.0 software. The EPANET simulation results show that the water discharge value at the SPAM STL Ulu Terawas Musi Rawas Regency is getting lower as the water pressure decreases at junction 4 (four) the water discharge is 30 liters/second until junction 13 (thirteen) the water discharge is 15 liters/second. The EPANET simulation results show that the elevation conditions at the SPAM STL Ulu Terawas Musi Rawas Regency are too high from the water source, such as at junction 2 (two) the elevation is 51 meters, while the elevation at junction 10 (ten) elevation is 62 meters. That's what causes the water discharge to get further and lower its speed. The EPANET simulation results show that the water distribution network of SPAM STL Ulu Terawas has failed, such as at junction 4 (four) the water discharge is 30 liters/second while junction 13 (thirteen) water discharge is 15 liters/second, which means it can be explained that the water distribution network At SPAM STL Ulu Terawas Kabupatn Musi Rawas, the water has not been able to drain properly.

Abstract

Angkutan umum memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda mulai dari mulai dari jenis kendaraan, harga kendaraan, jumlah kapasitas muat penumpang dan lain sebagainya sehingga Biaya Operasi Kendaraaan tiap jenis angkutan umum juga berbeda-beda yang berpengaruh pada tarif penumpang dan jenis Angkutan Umum. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghitung Biaya Operasi jenis Angkutan Umum Mini Bus Lubuk Linggau (Provinsi Sumatera Selatan) – Singkut (Provinsi Jambi), Untuk mengetahui selisih biaya antar tarif berdasarkan  Dinas Perhubungan dengan tarif yang laksanakan saat ini. Pengambilan data dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner dan wawancara serta mengolahnya dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Dari hasil penelitian angkutan umum rute Lubuk Linggau – Singkut diperoleh Biaya operasi kendaraan mini bus dengan nilai BOK sebesar Rp. 152.578.139,- /tahun dan Rp. 2.337,29/km. Pendapatan bersih kendaraan mini bus sebesar Rp. 39.421.860,-/tahun dan Rp. 603,89/km. Sedangkan Biaya angkutan umum mini bus Rp.41.073,-/Penumpang, tarif yang berlaku saat ini Rp.50.000,-/Penumpang, dimana selisih Rp.8.927,-/Penumpang. Dari hasil analisa data dapat memberikan gambaran bahwa pengusaha angkutan umum memperoleh keuntungan, dimana pendapatan yang diperoleh lebih besar dibandingkan dengan biaya operasi kendaraan.

Abstract

Penggunaan Air di suatu Daerah Irigasi menjadi hal yang sangat penting agar sumber daya air yang ada dapat dialokasikan ke semua daerah irigasi secara efisien dan efektif. Pemberian air irigasi dan hujan akan mempengaruhi imbangan air di lahan. Bila diketahui ada kelebihan ketersediaan air terhadap kebutuhan air irigasi, maka dapat dilakukan penghematan dan dimanfaatkan lagi untuk berbagai kepentingan lain. Sistem imbangan air irigasi di lahan meliputi hujan, suplai air, kebutuhan air untuk tanaman dan kelebihan air perlu di kelolah dengan baik dengan model simulasi untuk mengetahui besaran parameter-parameter dalam imbangan air dilahan irigasi dengan menerapkan secara koninyu, terjadwal dan terkontorol. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi menunjukkan kebutuhan air irigasi dengan cara pemberian secara terjadwal merupakan yang paling sedikit yaitu 523.31 mm per musim tanam, diikuti pemberian air secara kontinyu 587.36 mm per musim tanam, kemudian pemberian air secara terkontrol sebesar 618.71 mm per musim tanam.

Abstract

The purpose of this research are to plan, design and estimate the construction cost of a communal wastewater treatment system in the Grand Ville Taba Lestari housing town of Lubuklinggau. The domestic wastewater, comes from businesses, residential activities, restaurants, offices, apartments and dormitories. The wastewater distribution system for residential area uses a shallow sewer system, namely domestic wastewater from sanitary ware (latrines, sinks, floor drain, kitchen sink, etc.) directly connected using a wastewater pipe and the wastewater distribution system in this design, uses a gravity system. Communal wastewater treatment plant is expected to prevent and reduce the occurrence of environmental pollution. From the site-plan, the maximum number of occupant are 369 persons, resulting in a wastewater debit of 40.51 m3/day. The designed dimensions of the wastewater treatment plant are based on the amount of wastewater produced, which is 9.5 m long, 3 m wide with a depth of 2 m. Piping network are 475.50 m of parcel pipe, 478.93 m of service pipe, 434.6 m of lateral pipe and 3 m of main pipe. The cost required for constructing the communal wastewater treatment plant in the Grand Ville Taba Lestari Housing is Rp. 335,500,000.00.-.

Abstract

Perubahan lahan yang digunakan akan mempengaruhi debit banjir di DAS. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak lahan yang digunakan untuk berubah pada debit banjir di DAS hulu Musi Musi Rawas. Data yang dibutuhkan berupa data curah hujan. Tanah tersebut menggunakan data dan peta topografi. Data curah hujan digunakan data curah hujan harian yang dicatat di stasiun Kungku SPAS. Data curah hujan harian ditransformasikan menjadi intensitas curah hujan per jam 'Metode Mononabe'. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tutupan lahan mengubah debit banjir dengan menggunakan model regresi linier berganda dengan variabel bebas yaitu tutupan lahan perkebunan kopi, semak, campuran kebun, padi, perkebunan rakyat, perkebunan besar dan pemukiman. Sementara, variabel yang tidak independen adalah banjir yang terjadi karena perubahan tutupan lahan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang dilakukan pada Spa hulu sub-DAS Kungku Musi Musi Rawas menggunakan SPSS terlihat bahwa perubahan tutupan lahan sangat mempengaruhi periode kembali debit banjir pada waktu tertentu. Jumlah puncak buangan yang terjadi dalam 2 tahun ke depan = 12:23 m3 / detik 2 tahun, 5 tahun berikutnya = 16,63 m3 / detik, 10 tahun berikutnya = 20:56 m3 / detik, 25 tahun berikutnya = 26,89 m3 / detik, 50 tahun berikutnya = 32,75 m3 / detik dan 100 tahun berikutnya = 39,75 m3 / detik.

Abstract

Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk emmahami pembuatan alat pengellola air baku sederhana dengan system filtrasi di Desa Air Satan Kecamatan Muara Beliti Kabupaten Musi Rawas Air bersih merupakan salah satu kebutuhan pokok kehidupan manusia. Namun, di berbagai wilayah Indonesia, masih terdapat daerah yang kekurangan pasokan air minum. Bahan yang digunakan adalah pipa PVC 3 inchi dan inchi, lem PVC dan alat yang digunakan adalah gergaji, bor tangan. Pembuatan alat pengolahan air baku sederhana dengan sistem filtrasi akan membantu masyarakat mengubah air kotor menjadi air baku skala rumah tangga. Alat ini mudah digunakan, dengan bahan yang murah, mudah didapat dan dapat dipindahkan karena ukurannya yang tidak terlalu besar.

Abstract

The Ketupak river flow cannot drain flow during the rainy season. Besides that, there is also a lot of sediment, garbage, stems and branches that interfere with the Ketupak river flow. Therefore, it is necessary to rearrange the river channel. From the results of calculations based on rainfall data, it is necessary to increase the cross-sectional area of the river.

Abstract

The Kelingi Tugumulyo Irrigation Area is a permanent weir irrigation that runs through the building for the Satan Muara Beliti Water channel. Secondary Air Satan Muara Beliti channel has 5 buildings with the main function to flow the water through the rice fields in the Mara Beliti sub-district. Problems that arise in the distribution of water are the loss of irrigation water due to the pool of swift water and infiltration of water into the soil if the soil is saturated. These problems cause a lack of discharge for the fulfillment of irrigation water due to water loss in the secondary channel. The method used in assessing the Evaluation of Irrigation Water Provision from the Watervang Dam for Satan Water Secondary Channels was by analyzing the data of maximum discharge, minimum discharge, and average discharge of the Watervang Dam as well as calculating water demand and water availability in the Satan Muara Beliti Water Irrigation Area. There are three results about Tanah Priuk 1 weir channel (BTP1) condition. First, based on the plan discharge, according to the Kelugi Tugumulyo Irrigation network scheme, debit from BTP 1 to BTP 2 was 30.10 l/s, whereas the result from field calculation through the use of current meter was 7.89 l/sec; it means the lack of water from the plan for BTP 1 - BTP 2 which is 22.21 l/sec. Second, the debit from BTP 2 to BTP 3 was 10.80 l/sec, whereas the result from field calculation through the use of current meter was 6.20 l/s; it means the lack of water from the plan for BTP 2 - BTP 3 was 4.60 l/sec. Third, the debit from BTP 4 to BTP 5 was 11.10 l/sec, whereas the result from field calculation through the use of current meter was 6.92 l/s; it means the lack of water from the plan for BTP 4 - BTP 5 was 4.18 l/sec . It concluded that the secondary channel from BTP 5 to the village of Bali has insufficient water.
