Abstract

Information on medical record is very sensitive data due to the number of confidential information about a patient's condition. Therefore, a secure and reliable storage mechanism is needed so that the data remains original without any changes during it was stored in the data center. The user must go through an authentication process to ensure that not an attacker and verify to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of the data received. In this research, we proposed a solution to secure medical data using the Ciphertext-Policy Attribute-Based Encryption (CP-ABE) and Elliptic Curve Digital Signature Algorithm (ECDSA) methods. Our system can secure data centers from illegal access because the uploaded data has patient control over access rights based on attributes that have been embedded during the data encryption process. Encrypted data was added to the digital signature to pass the authentication process before being sent to the data center. The results of our experiments serve efficient system security and secure with low overhead. We compare the proposed system performance with the same CP-ABE method but don’t add user revocation to this system and for our computing times are shorter than the previous time for 0.06 seconds and 0.1 seconds to verify the signature. The total time in the system that we propose requires 0.6 seconds.

Abstract

Teknologi ADSL merupakan teknologi akses yang memungkinkan terjadinya komunikasi data, voice dan video (Triple Play) menjadi satu secara bersamaan pada media jaringan akses tembaga. Layanan UseeTV Cable merupakan layanan televisi berbayar berbasis internet yang dimiliki oleh PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. Parameter yang mempengaruhi kualitas jaringan diantaranya: Line Rate, Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR),Attenuation (redaman) dan Attainable Rate. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan analisis kualitas jaringan dengan menggunakan software EMBASSY, yang merupakan aplikasi web internal PT. Telkom, Tbk. Dari hasil pengukuran yang telah dilakukan terhadap 5 pelanggan UseeTV Cable diperoleh nilai Line Rate Downstream tertinggi adalah 3680 Kbps dan Line Rate Downstream terendah adalah 3582 Kbps. Nilai tertinggi untuk  SNR adalah 30.3 dB yang menyatakan bahwa nilai tersebut bagus karena sudah memenuhi standar yang sudah ditentukan ≥25 dB dan nilai SNR terendah adalah 6 dB yang menyatakan bahwa nilai tersebut jelek karena dibawah dari nilai standar yang sudah ditentukan ≤13 dB. Nilai terendah untuk Attenuation Downstream adalah 28 dB yang menunjukkan hasil bagus pada jalur trasmisinya dan nilai tertinggi untuk Attenuation Downstream adalah 45.6 dB yang menunjukkan hasil bagus pada jalur trasmisinya karena nilai redaman jaringan yang diukur kecil dengan nilai tidak diatas 50 dB yang merupakan nilai buruk untuk kualitas Attenuation. Nilai tertinggi untuk Attainable RateDownstream adalah 14360 Kbps dan nilai terendah Attainable Rate Downstream adalah 3175 Kbps. Sehingga dari pengukuran ke-5 pelanggan ini menunjukkan bahwa kapasitas bandwidth (Attainable rate) maksimum yang dapat ditrasmisikan melalui jaringan sangat mensuport untuk layanan UseeTV Cable. Abstract

Langsat termasuk jenis buah tropis yang digemari karena rasanya dan memiliki pasar yang luas bahkan termasuk salah satu buah ekspor. Pada umumnya langsat tidak dapat bertahan lama setelah dipetik. Usia kematangan langsat yang singkat ini sering menjadi hambatan dalam pemilihan hasil buah yang siap dikirim ke berbagai daerah. Otomatisasi pemilihan buah berdasarkan citra digital pada tingkat kematangan buah dengan menggunakan Convolutional Neural Network. Tujuan Mengembangkan ilmu pengetahuan dibidang neural network yang dapat diterapkan pada kehidupan sehari-hari. Metode penelitian akan berupa eksperimen dan inovasi alih teknologi berdasarkan kecerdasan buatan berbentu nerual network. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa buah langsat dapat diklasifikasi dengan teknologi neural network berbasis citra digital. Hasil akurasi dari klasifikasi ini memperoleh nilai 74,74% untuk klasifikasi dengan pembagian dataset 80:20 dan nilai akurasi 69,43% untuk pembagian dataset 70:30. Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan buah langsat dapat diklasifikasikan dengan menggunakan teknologi jaringan syaraf tiruan yaitu convolutional neural network berbasis citra digital dengan nilai akurasi 74,74%. Nilai tersebut dapat dikembangkan dengan merubah metode pengambilan citra dan memperbanyak layer pada model CNN yang digunakan.

Abstract

There is still a lack of education regarding the importance of immunizing children. Some parents still think that vaccines are haram and vaccines can cause children to become disabled or die. Especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, parents are still worried about whether their children should be immunized or not. Based on the problems described, an autoresponder application was created to be able to educate parents about the benefits of the immunization program. The platform used in the chatbot application is Telegram using the cosine similarity method and using the Tf-IDF method to calculate the weight of each commonly used word. This study uses the aiogram library and implements the NLP program in Python. From the test results of the chatbot application, it is stated that the precision value is 77%, the accuracy is 63%, and the recall is 74%, this shows that the higher the recall value and precision, the better the performance of the proposed system, it can be said that this chatbot fulfills the objectives provide education to parents about the implementation of immunization during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Background Health screening is the initial action taken by health workers for patients who come to the hospital or independently. This action will determine the next steps that can be seen in the screening assessment results, whether to be immediately referred to a special Covid-19 referral hospital, need to undergo initial tests, or can be examined in general according to complaints. Indonesia is the country with the most Covid19 cases in Southeast Asia. Where the high spread of the Covid19 virus is caused by the SARS-CoV-2 transmission process from patients that occurs through droplets that come out when coughing or sneezing. The purpose of this service is to detect early symptoms of Covid19 that are felt by the public based on current body temperature conditions, complaints that are felt, and travel history both out of town and abroad. The method used in this community service is to carry out health screening to detect early symptoms of Covid19. The media used is the website of the Pontianak Aisyiyah Polytechnic campus (Polita). The participants of the activity were all Pontianak people and its surroundings. This community service was carried out on March 21, 2020 to April 4, 2020. The results of the activity showed that the community was helped by the covid screening19. The public is also educated about the main symptoms of Covid19. Conclusion Health screening using the Polita website media is the right solution because it can be accessed publicly anywhere and anytime.

Abstract

Pemerintahan desa, sebagai level pemerintahan terbawah, diatur dalam Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 84 Tahun 2015. Pemerintah desa bertanggung jawab atas urusan pemerintahan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat setempat, sebagaimana diatur dalam struktur Pemerintah Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. Kantor desa di Desa Jelutung, yang terletak di kecamatan Pemangkat, kabupaten Sambas, Kalimantan Barat, bersama Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) berperan aktif dalam menyerap dan mengelola aspirasi masyarakat. Desa Jelutung, dengan luas sekitar 11,69 km², mayoritas adalah area pemukiman (80%), sementara sisanya adalah lahan pertanian dan tempat usaha. Dengan populasi sekitar 6,120 jiwa dan 1,523 kepala keluarga pada awal tahun 2021, Desa Jelutung telah mendapat akses listrik dan jaringan internet. Namun, penerapan teknologi informasi di kantor desa, terutama dalam layanan administrasi, masih terbatas. Proses pembuatan dokumen umumnya manual, menggunakan perangkat lunak seperti Microsoft Word dan Excel, dengan pencatatan dan pengarsipan data penduduk dilakukan secara konvensional. Hal ini sering menyebabkan keterlambatan dalam pengajuan dokumen dan kesulitan dalam pengelolaan arsip. Politeknik Negeri Pontianak (Polnep) berkomitmen pada Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat melalui Program Studi Teknik Informatika, yang salah satu inisiatifnya adalah pengembangan Sistem Informasi Layanan Administrasi Desa bagi masyarakat Desa Jelutung. Tujuannya adalah untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan aksesibilitas layanan administrasi desa. Proses implementasi sistem ini meliputi pengumpulan data, desain web, pengembangan, dan pemrograman sistem, dengan harapan dapat mengatasi kendala layanan administrasi yang ada dan memudahkan masyarakat dalam mengakses layanan tersebut.

Abstract

This study explores network security within a simulated environment built using VirtualBox, focusing on comparing the HTTP and HTTPS protocols in protecting data from eavesdropping. The research follows the PPDIOO model (Prepare, Plan, Design, Implement, Operate, and Optimize), including system requirements mapping and the setup of a virtual network environment that supports VLAN and data security. Two main scenarios were tested: an authorized user securely accesses a server using HTTPS, and another where an attacker attempts to intercept communication between the client and server using HTTP. The results indicate that HTTPS effectively protects data from eavesdropping attempts by attackers, while HTTP leaves security vulnerabilities that can be exploited to steal sensitive information. This study underscores the importance of using secure protocols like HTTPS in VLAN-based networks to protect data from eavesdropping and other threats. Additionally, the research paves the way for developing further security measures in network management, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and more advanced encryption.

Abstract

Pengembangan sistem klasifikasi mutu jeruk berbasis kecerdasan buatan yang memanfaatkan fitur tekstur, warna, dan bentuk untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi penyortiran jeruk siam Pontianak dari Kabupaten Sambas, Kalimantan Barat. Jeruk siam dikenal sebagai komoditas bernilai tinggi dengan permintaan nasional dan internasional yang besar, tetapi penyortiran manual masih menjadi tantangan bagi petani. Dataset penelitian terdiri dari 500 gambar jeruk dalam tiga kategori mutu antara lain matang, belum matang, dan busuk, yang diambil menggunakan kamera Sony Alpha a5100 beresolusi tinggi dan dianotasi melalui LabelImg. Model YOLOv8 digunakan untuk deteksi dan klasifikasi, mencapai akurasi pada data uji rata-rata sebesar 96,89 % untuk kategori matang, belum matang, dan busuk, dengan nilai mAP@0.5 sebesar 0,993, precision 0.98, recall 0.97, dan F1-score 0.99. Visualisasi hasil deteksi menunjukkan kemampuan model dalam mengidentifikasi area penting pada jeruk berdasarkan tekstur, warna, dan bentuk, serta memberikan hasil klasifikasi yang optimal. Implementasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu petani meningkatkan efisiensi penyortiran jeruk, mengurangi beban kerja, dan memperluas daya saing produk di pasar.

Abstract

The current study aims to create an automated scoring system for archery target board using computer vision technologies. As archery has develop from a traditional practice to a competitive activity, the scoring procedures have become a crucial element. While the current manual scoring procedures are fallible and can be challenging for organizers. This study offers a solution to this issue by using YOLO v8 (You Only Look Once) architecture for real- time arrow recognition and scoring. The development process consists of dataset collecting, picture pre-processing, model training and implementation using 2 photos of the target boards with arrows. The computer processes the scores by calculating the distance from the center of the arrow to the selected scoring zones using Euclidean distance. System testing established a baseline accuracy of 67%. While users noted the system's processing efficiency (speed), this accuracy level highlights significant room for improvement. The results demonstrate the potential for applying computer vision to automate the archery scoring system, while simultaneously emphasizing the critical need for advanced model performance enhancements. This study serves as a preliminary step in exploring automated sport technology, expected to contribute to future refinements of the archery scoring system.
