Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh motivasi dan kompensasiterhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT. FIF Group di Kabupaten Pasaman. Sampeldalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. FIF Group, berjumlah 35 orang.Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer yaitu melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Untuk menganalisa pengaruh motivasi dan kompensasi terhadap prestasi kerja PT. FIF Group di Kabupaten Pasaman, dengan menggunakan regresi berganda. Dari hasil pengujian hipotesis yang telah dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT. FIF Group di Kabupaten Pasaman sedangkan kompensasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT. FIF Group di Kabupaten Pasaman.Keyword : motivasi, kompensasi dan prestasi kerja

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to examine the effect of training, motivation and work environment on employee performance in the Archives and Pasaman District Library. The first hypothesis tested the effect of training on employee performance in the Archives and Pasaman District Library Office. The second hypothesis examines the effect of motivation on the achievements of the Pasaman District Archives and Library employees. The third hypothesis examines the influence of the work environment on employee performance in the Archives and Library of Pasaman Regency. The fourth hypothesis examines the effect of training, motivation and work environment on employee achievement of the Office of Archives and Library of Pasaman Regency together. The population in this study were employees of the Archives and Pasaman District Library Office. Samples This study uses a saturated sampling technique. Research data were collected by the method and analyzed by multiple linear regression. The results of the first hypothesis research show that a significant value of 0.154> alpha 0.05 so that training does not have an influence on employee performance in the Archives and Library of Pasaman Regency. The results of the second hypothesis show that a significant value of 0.002

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja di BUMN PT. IN HUTANI IV di Kabupaten Pasaman.Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. IN HUTANI IV yang berjumlah 35 0rang. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer yaitu melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Untuk menganalisa pengaruh lingkungan kerja, dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja di BUMN PT. IN HUTANI IV di Kabupaten Pasaman, dengan menggunakan regresi berganda. Dari hasil pengujian hipotesis yang telah dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa lingkungan kerjaberpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja di BUMN PT. IN HUTANI IV di Kabupaten Pasaman. Komunikasitidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja di BUMN PT. IN HUTANI IV di Kabupaten Pasaman Kata Kunci : lingkungan kerja, komunikasi dan kinerja.

Abstract

This research aims to test the influence of training and discipline on the productivity of civil servant nurses of Lubuk Sikaping Regional General Hospital with total population of 98 people. The study sample used saturated sampling techniques. Research data is collected by method and analyzed with multiple linear regressions. The results of the first hypothesis test study showed that the sig value of 0,000 < alpha 0.05 so that training had an effect on the work productivity of civil servant nurses of Lubuk Sikaping Regional General Hospital. The results of the second hypothesis test showed that the sig value of 0.019 < alpha 0.05 so that discipline had an influence on the productivity of civil servant nurses of Lubuk Sikaping Regional General Hospital. The results of the third hypothesis test showed that the sig value of 0.000 < alpha 0.05 so that training and discipline together had an influence on the productivity of civil servant nurses of Lubuk Sikaping Regional General Hospital. Abstract

This study was conducted to assess the impact of emotional intelligence and organizational culture on the job performance of civil officials at the regional office of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control, and Family Planning in Pasaman Regency. This study's sample consisted of 49 respondents. Multiple linear regression was utilized to evaluate this study's data. The results indicated that emotional intelligence had a substantial impact on the job performance of government officials at the regional office of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control, and Family Planning in Pasaman Regency, with a significant value of 0.000 alpha = 0.05. With a significant value of 0.049 alpha 0.05, organizational culture had a marginally significant effect on the job performance of government servants at the Regional Office of Women’s Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning of Pasaman Regency. The significant value of 0.00 alpha 0.05 indicates that both emotional intelligence and organizational culture had a significant impact on performance concurrently. According to the results of the coefficient of determination test, emotional intelligence and organizational culture account for 51% of government workers' job performance.

Abstract

Employees are the backbone of any organization, and their performance directly impacts success. In the education sector, a well-functioning workforce is crucial for student achievement. Effective leadership, clear communication, and motivated employees are all thought to be important for strong performance in organizations. This study is looking into the effect on the performance of Pasaman Regency Education Service Employees of Leadership Style, Communication, and Motivation. 45 staff members from the Pasaman Regency Education Office made up the population of this research. This study sample applies the whole sampling method. Multiple linear regression was used to examine research data acquired by means of a questionnaire distribution approach. Research findings reveal that staff of Pasaman Regency Education Service perform significantly differently depending on their leadership style, partly. With a significance value of 0.551 > 0.05, communication has no appreciable effect on employee performance; motivation similarly has no appreciable effect on performance with a significance value of 0.112 > alpha 0.05. With a significance value of 0.000 alpha 0.05, Leadership Style, Communication, and Motivation concurrently significantly affect the Performance of Pasaman Regency Education Service Employees. From the Coefficient of Determination Test (R2), a value of 0.667 was obtained suggesting that Leadership Style, Communication, and Motivation contribute 66.7% to Employee Performance at the Pasaman Regency Education Office.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Work Motivation, Mastery of Information Technology and Competence on Employee Performance at the Pasaman Regency Ministry of Religion Office. The population in this study were employees of the Ministry of Religion of Pasaman Regency, consisting of 38 people. This research sample used the Saturated Sampling technique. This research was analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the research show that work motivation has no significant effect on employee performance at the Pasaman Regency Ministry of Religion Office with a significance value of 0.112. Mastery of Information Technology partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance at the Pasaman Regency Ministry of Religion Office with a significance value of 0.001 and Competency has a significant effect on Employee Performance at the Pasaman Regency Ministry of Religion Office with a significance value of 0.004. Simultaneously, Work Motivation, Mastery of Information Technology and Competency have a significant effect on Employee Performance at the Pasaman Regency Ministry of Religion Office with a significance value of 0.000. From the Coefficient of Determination Test Results (R2), a value of 0.556 was obtained, meaning that Work Motivation, Mastery of Information Technology and Competency were able to contribute 55.6% to Employee Performance at the Pasaman Regency Ministry of Religion Office. Keywords: Work Motivation, Mastery of Information Technology, Competency and Performance

Abstract

This study examines the influence of leadership style, communication, and competence on employee work spirit at the Pasaman Regency Fisheries and Food Service. The study population included 33 individuals from the mentioned department. The sampling method used in this research was total sampling. Data was gathered through interviews and questionnaires, and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings revealed that leadership style significantly affects employee work spirit (p=0.013<0.05), while communication showed no significant impact (p=0.177>0.05). Employee competence demonstrated a significant effect (p=0.040<0.05), and collectively, all three variables showed a significant influence on work spirit (p=0.003<0.05). The coefficient of determination (R²=0.611) indicated that these variables account for 61.1% of the variance in employee work spirit. These findings underscore the importance of effective leadership and competence development in enhancing employee work spirit within public service organizations.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to increase the economic value of the community through the utilization of oil palm leaf midribs that have been underutilized into export-valued handicraft products. Palm oil is a leading commodity in many regions in Indonesia, but the waste in the form of leaf midribs is often neglected. Through training and mentoring programs, the community is able to produce a variety of innovative new designs, following modern market trends. palm oil leaf midribs handicrafts not only have functional value but also a more attractive aesthetic value. In addition, this activity also includes education on international marketing strategies and export market access. The results of the activities showed an increase in community knowledge and skills in processing oil palm leaf midribs and an increase in economic income through marketing products to international markets. This activity is expected to be sustainable and become a model for local resource-based economic development.
