Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance the understanding and skills of ISMA’U Lampung members in strategically and sustainably managing their organizational image. A strong organizational image is essential in building public trust, expanding networks, and increasing member engagement. However, the lack of awareness among members regarding the importance of organizational branding has led to a weak public presence of ISMA’U. The activity was held at the ISMA’U Lampung Secretariat, located in the Jombang, over two days in August 2025, using lectures and interactive discussions as the primary techniques. The materials covered included the concept of organizational image, public communication strategies, and the importance of consistent visual identity. The results showed a significant increase in awareness, understanding, and the emergence of strong commitment among participants to form a media team, develop a content calendar, and enhance the organization’s identity. The participatory approach proved effective in fostering collective awareness and behavioral change within the organization. Therefore, this activity contributes to strengthening the internal capacity of community-based organizations rooted in pesantren (Islamic boarding schools).

Abstract

Education is the main pillar in the development of society and the country. One effort to improve the quality of learning is by developing educational institutions' facilities and infrastructure. This research focuses on improving the quality of learning at MTs H. Agus Salim Gudo through efforts to develop facilities and infrastructure. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and analysis of related documents. The research results show that the development of facilities and infrastructure at MTs H. Agus Salim Gudo has positively impacted the quality of learning. Developing comfortable classrooms equipped with modern learning facilities creates a conducive learning environment. The construction of libraries equipped with relevant book collections also contributes positively to improving the quality of learning. Besides that, using interactive learning software and adequate computer facilities helps increase student engagement and enrich learning methods. Student involvement in extracurricular activities related to sports and the arts provides additional valuable experience in the learning process. This research provides recommendations for other educational institutions to pay attention to the development of facilities and infrastructure as an effective strategy for improving the quality of learning. Continuous improvement of learning facilities can be a long-term investment to achieve better educational goals

Abstract

Academic supervision plays a crucial role in improving the quality of learning. In the context of education, academic supervision aims to provide guidance and support to teachers in performing their duties, thereby enhancing the quality of the learning process and student outcomes. This study aims to explore how academic supervision can contribute to the improvement of learning, identify effective strategies in the implementation of academic supervision, and understand the challenges faced in the process. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The research participants consist of school principals, academic supervisors, and teachers from SMP Terpadu Mambaul Huda Ngoro Jombang. The research findings indicate that academic supervision has a positive impact on improving the quality of learning. Effective supervision strategies include classroom observation, constructive feedback, and continuous training for teachers. However, the study also identifies several challenges such as lack of resources, high workload, and resistance from some teachers towards the supervision process. Overall, the study concludes that structured and continuous academic supervision can help improve teacher competence and student learning outcomes. The implementation of appropriate supervision strategies and support from all stakeholders are essential to overcome existing challenges and achieve the goal of improving learning quality.

Abstract

This study underscores the importance of effective financial management in the procurement of educational facilities and infrastructure at MA Al Washoya Ngoro Jombang, aiming to support optimal learning processes. Effective financial management is essential to ensure that the madrasah can provide adequate facilities in line with established educational standards. The objective of this research is to analyze how financial management is implemented at MA Al Washoya, focusing on planning, inventory, and evaluation related to the procurement of educational facilities and infrastructure.The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, using data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The study examines the financial planning process involving the Waka Sarpras, fund allocation based on annual work meetings, and how inventory and financial evaluation are conducted to ensure proper and efficient use of funds.The findings reveal that financial management at MA Al Washoya is functioning reasonably well; however, there are areas requiring improvement, particularly in optimizing procurement and maintenance of existing facilities and infrastructure. The evaluation indicates that, although facilities and infrastructure have been planned and procured, better maintenance is needed to ensure their sustainability. The study recommends that the madrasah be more proactive in financial planning and asset maintenance strategies to ensure the achievement of high-quality and sustainable educational outcomes.
