<![CDATA[The Association of Santri Students and Scholars of West Nusa Tenggara (ISMA'U NTB) Jombang, whose existence is a forum for unity of all Students from West Nusa Tenggara Province residing in Jombang and also to accommodate their aspirations for the advancement of West Nusa Tenggara Province in particular and Indonesia in general. The purpose of this community service is to explain the understanding of relevant things in the organization, understanding the meaning and measurement of organizational effectiveness, and understanding ideal organizational charts. The strategy used is a training/workshop system and interactive discussions. As for the results of community service carried out at Isma'u West Nusa Tenggara Orsat Islamic Boarding School Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang, it can increase knowledge and understanding of the importance in the organization to design and create and develop an ideal organizational structure, increase the skills of all administrators and members of the organization in performing according to their respective jobs, the awareness of all members of the organization on the importance of increasing understanding, deepening of the organization.]]>

<![CDATA[The professional competence of teachers is very important, because professional teachers are able to create a conducive learning climate, a challenging learning atmosphere, and are able to learn in a fun way. Therefore, the professional competence of a good teacher can make students enthusiastic in learning. This study aims to determine: 1. How is the professional competence of fiqh teachers at MTs Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Tebuireng Jombang. 2. How is the student's motivation to learn in fiqh subjects at MTs Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Tebuireng Jombang 3. Is there any influence of teacher professional competence on students' motivation to learn in fiqh subjects at MTs Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Tebuireng Jombang. This research is a field research, using a quantitative approach where the data collection technique uses a questionnaire or questionnaire. For data processing using the percentage formula and a simple regression formula. The results of this study stated that the professional competence of fiqh teachers was included in the moderate category because 68% of 63 students stated the medium category, and students' learning motivation showed the medium category with a percentage of 69.8% of 63 students stated the medium category. There is a low influence of the professional competence of fiqh teachers on student learning motivation at MTs Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Tebuireng Jombang, because from computerized calculations the effect is only 6.4%.]]>

<![CDATA[Qur'ani-based Islamic boarding schools have a strategic role in facing global flows by strengthening character education. This research discusses the theoretical basis, learning methods, and the impact of Qur'ani-based Islamic boarding schools on student character development. This Islamic boarding school not only maintains traditional Islamic values, but also integrates technology and innovation in its learning approach. This research is library research where data is collected through books, articles and relevant ones used as references. Meanwhile, data analysts are used according to the researcher's abilities and understanding of the data found. Islamic boarding schools contribute positively to the formation of students' personality, ethics and tolerance. Despite facing challenges such as adapting to technology and meeting national standards, Qur'ani-based Islamic boarding schools also have the opportunity to become centers of authentic Islamic understanding in providing solutions to global challenges. This research is expected to enrich understanding of the role of Qur'ani-based Islamic boarding schools in strengthening character in the global era, as well as stimulate cooperation between Islamic boarding schools, government and society to produce a generation that is morally and ethically strong in facing global dynamics]]>

<![CDATA[The community service carried out at the Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic Boarding School in Diwek Jombang aims to study and implement the learning of Adabul Alim Wal Muta'allim, a classic book by Hadratus Syaikh Hasyim Asy'ari which emphasizes the importance of adab in the teaching and learning process. This service also aims to examine Adabul Alim Walmuta'allim Learning at the Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic Boarding School, with the hope that the adab values taught can be implemented not only within the Islamic boarding school environment, but also in the wider community. The activity methods used include lectures, discussions and sorogan. Through lectures, the teacher delivers material systematically, followed by interactive discussions to explore the application of adab, and ends with sorogan, where students individually read and study the book in front of the teacher to receive correction. As a result, students not only understand the theory of adab but are also able to apply it in daily interactions, showing that this learning method is effective in forming superior character and personality in the Islamic boarding school educational environment.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze the management of student students at the Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic Boarding School Jombang, which integrates religious education and formal education in higher education. The approach used in this research is descriptive-qualitative, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The research focus includes planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the management of student students. The research results show that the management of student students at the Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic Boarding School is carried out systematically by applying the principles of Islamic boarding school-based education management. Apart from that, the synergy between the religious and academic curriculum has succeeded in creating a conducive learning environment, improving the quality of learning, and supporting students' character development. However, this research also found challenges in providing facilities and infrastructure and managing time between academic activities and Islamic boarding schools. It is hoped that the implications of this research can contribute to the development of educational management in Islamic boarding schools in a more effective and sustainable way.]]>

<![CDATA[The Effective Marketing Techniques training at Pondok Pesantren Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang aimed to enhance the skills of santri in marketing the pesantren to the wider community, especially through digital media. The training utilized methods such as lectures, interactive discussions, demonstrations, and field practice to provide both theoretical understanding and practical skills in marketing. The results of the training showed that participants were able to grasp marketing concepts, utilize social media, and implement persuasive marketing techniques. Despite challenges related to limited time and access to technology, the training successfully equipped santri with the skills needed to market the pesantren effectively. <![CDATA[Tarawih prayers are one of the worship services performed during the month of Ramadan, which is an important part of Muslim religious practice. A thorough understanding of the meaning and purpose behind performing tarawih prayers is critical for Muslim communities, particularly in the context of increasing spirituality and appreciation of religion. This research aims to explore the role of implementing kultum in increasing understanding of the meaning of Tarawih prayers at the Bulurejo Jami' Mosque, Jombang, as well as its impact on the community members who participate in this activity. The method used in carrying out this service may be interactive lectures and short discussions in the Tarawih prayer congregation. The results of this service show that the implementation of kultum has a very important role in increasing understanding of the meaning of Tarawih prayers among the people of the Bulurejo Jami' Mosque. Through Kultum, worshippers can explore the theological, historical, and practical aspects of Tarawih prayers in depth. In conclusion, the implementation of the cult at the Bulurejo Jami' Mosque had a positive impact on increasing understanding of the meaning of Tarawih prayers and strengthening the community's faith and spirituality. This research recommends enhancing the quality and frequency of cultural activities and broadening community participation to enhance understanding of religion and diversity]]>

<![CDATA[The assistance in strengthening Thoriqoh values based on the Qur'an is a strategic effort to build spiritual character rooted in Islamic principles. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of assistance in instilling Thoriqoh values aligned with Qur'anic teachings in specific communities. A qualitative approach with descriptive methods was employed through observations, interviews, and focus group discussions (FGD). The assistance was conducted in several stages, including value awareness, habituation practices, and sustainability evaluations. The findings indicate that a Qur'anic approach in Thoriqoh practices enhances participants' understanding of core Islamic values such as sincerity (ikhlas), patience (sabr), reliance on Allah (tawakkul), and love for Allah (mahabbah). Additionally, this approach strengthens participants' spiritual connection with the Qur'an by integrating relevant verses into each Thoriqoh practice. This study recommends a Qur'anic-based assistance model as an alternative for developing Islamic character that is practical and sustainable, especially in Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) and religious communities]]>
