Abstract

ABSTRACT. This research was discussed about the political economic impact of the shipscuttling policy in Indonesia, which dedicated that the Ministry of marine and Fisheries(KKP) in this far has not been maximal in carrying out the ship scuttling policy. There hasbeen focused in this research was about the ship scuttling policy with a whole inflicatedimpact based on the policy that has been implemented, to address the perpetrators ofillegal fishing who operates in the waters of fishery territorial republic of Indonesia(WPP-NRI). This research used the secondary research-type with the study of librarianshipapproach. There has constructivist perspective which involved with implemented it’spolicy. Researchers toot the conclusion that the ship scuttling policy didn't beenmaximize. There were still some obstacles that has not been handled effectively, humanresources have not been well distributed, facilities and infrastructure were not yetsufficient, and did’nt maximize the cooperation between the bilateral and multilateralinstitute, which involved in the implementation of the ship scuttling policy. From thereresearchers gave suggestion, (1) Overcoming the inflicted constraints effectivelly. (2)Created the well distribution of human resources in all of regions/regency/province,mainly in the sea border. (3) Adjust the facilitiest and infrastructure needed as well asstrengthen the cooperation relation with stakeholders are involved. Keywords: Impact, Political Economy, Policy

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between digital stress and social media addiction in late adolescents as active users of social media. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with purposive sampling technique. The sample consisted of 300 respondents aged 18-24 years who actively use social media. Data collection used digital stress scale based on aspects of Hall (2021) and Bergen Social Media Addiction Scale (BSMAS) based on aspects of Griffiths (2005). Data analysis used product moment correlation test. The results showed that there was a significant positive relationship between digital stress and social media addiction with a Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.393. The subject's digital stress level was in the moderate category (54%), while 81.7% of subjects experienced social media addiction. The results of this study indicate that digital stress has a relationship with social media addiction in late adolescents who are active users of social media.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi belajar dengan prestasi belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran PAI di SMP Negeri 2 Batusangkar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode penelitian korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 2 Batusangkar. Untuk Sampel penelitian sebanyak 20% dari populasinya yaitu 43 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket (kuisioner) dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi belajar dengan prestasi belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran PAI di SMP Negeri 2 Batusangkar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan r-hitung sebesar 0,564 lebih besar dari r-tabel dengan taraf signifikan 5% sebesar 0,301 sehingga (Ha) diterima dan (Ho) ditolak, dengan arah hubungan yang positif dan tingkat hubungan sedang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti secara empiris pengembangan sumber daya manusia dan budaya digital terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif, yang menggunakan data primer. Yang menjadi Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu Pegawai Dinas Ketahanan Pangan Porvinsi Sulawesi Selatan berjumlah 56 pegawai. Uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 26. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan sumber daya manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan budaya digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Keratitis merupakan kelainan mata akibat terjadinya infiltrasi sel radang pada kornea yang akan mengakibatkan kornea menjadi keruh sehingga menyebabkan terganggunya penglihatan hewan. Seekor kucing domestik betina diperiksa di Rumah Sakit Hewan Pendidikan Fakultas Kedokteran Hewan, Universitas Brawijaya dengan keluhan mata kucing terlihat tidak jernih atau keruh. Pemeriksaan fisik dan pemeriksaan refleks mata menunjukkan hasil normal. Pemeriksaan mata dengan ophthalmoscope menunjukkan kornea mata yang keruh. Fluorescein test menunjukkan tidak ada kelainan pada mata, sedangkan Schirmer Tear Test menunjukkan penurunan produksi air mata pada mata kanan. Hasil hematologi menunjukkan adanya leukositosis. Berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan, kucing tersebut mengalami non-ulceratif keratitis atau keratitis superficial. Pengobatan yang diberikan pada kucing tersebut diantaranya adalah antibiotik amoxicillin, vitamin A, dan Cendo Tobroson Eye Drop®. Kondisi mata Caramel tampak membaik setelah dilaksanakan terapi selama 14 hari.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of teaching aids on the flat shape material on student learning outcomes in grade IV SD Negeri 31 Palembang. The research method used is an experimental method with a One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The data collection technique in this study was a test question in the form of a description of 5 questions. The results of this study indicate that the pretest (initial test) of students' knowledge has an average value of 58.18 with a less category after being giventreatment using a nailed board prop with the help of the demonstration method. The results of the final test (posttest) showed an average value of 74.32 in the good category and experienced an increase. Obtained t.count 9.632 and t.table 1.720 with a significant level = 0.05, (t.count 9.632 > t.table 1.720) following the criteria for testing the hypothesis if t.count > t.table then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus there is an effect of the use of teaching aids on the flat material on student learning outcomes in class IV.
