Abstract

Background. Teacher performance refers to the provision of high- or low-quality education by an individual in the execution of their duties. The leadership of the Principal is expected to have the ability to move, influence, motivate, invite, direct, guide, govern, and nurture teachers, so that a high work ethic, creativity, and productivity in achieving goals is born. Purpose. The purpose of this study is to discuss how the leadership of the principal in PAUD Tasdiiqul Insan improves teacher performance. Method. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection method involves interview techniques, observation, and documentation. Result. The results of the study show that the principal's role in improving teacher performance in PAUD Tasdiiqul Insan encompasses multiple aspects, including educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator, and motivator. The steps taken by the principal to improve teacher performance at PAUD Tasdiiqul Insan include motivating teachers, enhancing teacher discipline, creating a conducive work environment, improving teacher competence, and enhancing academic competence. Conclusion. This study concludes that the principal's leadership in improving teacher performance at PAUD Tasdiiqul Insan is effective in carrying out his role as a principal. One of the steps taken by the principal to improve teacher performance is increasing teacher discipline, providing motivation, and offering gifts, but not in the form of monetary compensation. This is done to show appreciation, so that teachers are more motivated to improve their work performance. Implementation. Staff and infrastructure, as well as expert and teacher discipline, are supported by the spirit of the teacher himself and the motivation from the principal to the teachers

Abstract

Teaching about the solar system at the primary school level often faces various challenges. One of them is the lack of interactive media, so learning is still limited to textbooks and illustrations. In recent years, rapid developments in information and communication technology have brought significant progress. One of them is through the presence of Augmented Reality (AR) technology. This research aims to facilitate the learning process of students at school as well as help parents in explaining the concept of the solar system. This research uses the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method, which consists of six stages: conceptualisation, design, material collection, assembly, testing, and distribution. The result of this design and testing process is an Augmented Reality technology-based solar system introduction learning system aimed at elementary school students. The developed application functions as an interactive practicum media, with material that has been adapted to the needs and level of understanding of elementary school children. Abstract

Hypertension or high blood pressure is a health problem that is increasingly encountered in Indonesia. Traditional medicine using natural ingredients, such as noni fruit (Morinda citrifolia), has long been used by the community as an alternative therapy. This community service activity aims to discuss the effectiveness of socialization and counseling regarding the use of noni fruit in helping lower blood pressure in hypertensive patients. The time and place of the event is August 20, 2024, in Lingsana Village with a total of 20 participants. Community service activities consist of:1. Material preparation, 2. Implementation: distribution of leaflets, lectures, and questions and answers, 3. Evaluation. Counseling about the benefits of noni fruit for hypertensive patients can increase public knowledge about this herbal treatment, which was previously tested by 62% and increased to 86%. However, to avoid side effects, paying attention to the dosage and how to use it is necessary.

Abstract

Penyebaran informasi lokasi sekolah tingkat SMA/SMK di Kabupaten Kuningan dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran brosur ke masyarakat sekitar. Cara tersebut dinilai kurang efektif untuk mengetahui informasi lokasi sekolah. Melihat hal tersebut penulis mempunyai gagasan untuk melakukan penelitian dengan membuat suatu aplikasi berbasis web, yang dapat digunakan untuk mendapatkan informasi sekolah beserta grafik peta lokasinya dengan memanfaatkan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG). SIG merupakan sistem informasi yang dapat digunakan untuk mengolah dan menghasilkan data yang berbentuk geografis atau geospatial, sehingga dapat memberikan informasi berbentuk grafik peta secara akurat. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah PHP dengan kerangka kerja CodeIgniter 4, JavaScript dengan pustaka LeafletJS, CSS dengan kerangka kerja Bootstrap, dan basis data MySQL. Penulis berharap penelitian dapat mempermudah khalayak umum untuk mengetahui pemetaan sekolah tingkat SMA/SMK yang ada di Kabupaten Kuningan.

Abstract

Pelatihan dan bimbingan merupakan salah satu upaya penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia, khususnya di lingkungan pemerintahan. Namun, proses evaluasi peserta pelatihan sering kali menghadapi kendala, terutama dalam menentukan predikat peserta secara objektif dan efisien. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini membahas tentang pembangunan sistem manajemen pelatihan dan bimbingan dengan penerapan metode Fuzzy Mamdani dan Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) untuk menentukan predikat peserta. Metode Fuzzy Mamdani digunakan untuk mengolah nilai post-test dan kriteria penilaian, sedangkan metode SAW berfungsi untuk melakukan perangkingan peserta agar hasil evaluasi lebih terukur. Sistem yang dibangun juga mampu mengintegrasikan hasil penilaian ke dalam sertifikat pelatihan yang dapat dihasilkan secara otomatis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini dapat membantu panitia pelatihan dalam mempercepat proses evaluasi, meminimalisasi subjektivitas, serta menghasilkan data yang lebih akurat dan transparan. Dengan demikian, sistem manajemen pelatihan ini tidak hanya memudahkan proses administrasi, tetapi juga memberikan kontribusi nyata terhadap peningkatan mutu pelatihan di DISKOMINFO Kota Cirebon.
