Abstract

This study aims to describe the leadership of the madrasa heads towards the quality of education, analysis strategy in improving the quality of education in madrasas, which has described the character of leadership, in improving the quality of madrasah education. This study uses a qualitative method. In data collection techniques using obtained through, interviews, documentation studies, and observation Data analysis with data reduction, data presentation, and verification as well as the conclusion. The results of the research presentation are that there are several strategies for the madrasa head in achieving the goals that have been jointly set by all components of the school. The strategy implemented by the head of the madrasa at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 3 Tangerang. Using a theory about the quality of education which consists of input, process, and output as well as outcomes that are already available. Strategy implementation has also been carried out regarding the lead character of the madrasah head, following data sources that lead to democratic leadership. Strategies for improving the quality of education can be seen, and receive ideas and thoughts from related parties in issuing school policies that emphasize the quality of education in madrasas.

Abstract

The title of this work is Management of Early Childhood Education Programs at PAUD Nurul Hikmah Suryalaya Bandung Post. The study began with observations on well-organized and orderly leadership at the Nurul Hikmah Suryalaya Bandung PAUD Post. This study explores information on the management of well-organized education programs at the Nurul Hikmah PAUD Post. What are the inhibiting supporting factors? This study used a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection, observation, interview, and documentation techniques: data analysis techniques, acquisition, reduction, presentation, and reasoning. The results of this study found that the answers about the Management of PAUD Nurul Hikmah Suryalaya Bandung Post were well organized due to supporting factors from the surrounding community, PKK, Yandu Post, and school residents. The external supporting factors include cooperation with PAUD Post partners. In the management of early childhood education at the Nurul Hikmah PAUD Post, there is also an inhibiting factor, namely the parents' lack of attention to their children. Program delays are due to conflicts with programs of other educational institutions at the same time. Efforts to overcome existing obstacles include communicating and contacting the parents of students. Meanwhile, late programs can be overcome by replacing them on another day or time. The flagship program of PAUD Nurul Hikmah Post is an extracurricular program that includes dance, pencak silat, and painting. Meanwhile, religious lessons have always been part of the daily education program, including memorizing short letters, daily prayers, and Asmaul Husna and Dhuha prayers.

Abstract

This study aims to de-research 1) ethical values instilled in early childhood in Ra Persis 3 Bandung City; 2) driving and inhibiting factors in the cultivation of ethical values in Ra Persis 3 Bandung City; 3) efforts to improve the quality of ethics in early childhood Ra Persis 3 Bandung City. In this study, a qualitative approach with a descriptive method is used. The subjects of this study are school principals, educators, and students. Data collection is carried out using observation, interview, and documentation methods. Based on the results of observation and the data collection process using interview techniques, the results of the research show that: 1) the ethical values instilled in early childhood at Ra Persis 3 Bandung City include religious values, the value of manners, the value of cleanliness, the value of social sensitivity and emotions, and the value of honesty and responsibility; 2) The driving factors are competent teachers in their fields, a neatly arranged organizational structure, complete facilities and infrastructure, and learning time that tends to be long when compared to other schools. The inhibiting factors are inadequate funds, students and parents who have various characteristics, and there is no harmony between the school and parents; 3) Efforts to improve the quality of ethics carried out by teachers in instilling ethical values, namely by encouraging children to save, providing good material delivery, providing good examples or examples, and providing parenting, education, and approaches to parents.

Abstract

Strategi pembina merupakan hal yang paling penting bagi lembaga pesantren, apalagi dalam mendidik santri. Suksesnya lembaga pesantren tergantung dari seberapa strategi yang dibuat oleh pembina, selain itu ditambah dorongan dari keinginan santrinya sendiri, sehingga dibalik semua itu ada santri ataupun alumni Al-Mu’awanah yang mendapatkan penghargaan sendiri sebab hasil yang selama ia perjuangkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membahas tentang Strategi Pembina Dalam Mendidik Santri (Penelitian Terhadap Santri Ponpes Modern Al-Mu’awanah Majalaya), penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan data disajikan dalam bentuk huruf bukan angka. Pembina (pimpinan dan asatidz) menjadi informan dalam penelitian ini, karena selalu terlibat dalam pelaksanaan mendidik santri. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara interview atau wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pembina dalam mendidik santri di Pondok Pesantren Modern Al-Mu’awanah Majalaya menciptakan sebuah konsep asuh yang sudah tertata dan terstruktur. Berawal dari pimpinan, ke staff kepengasuhan, kemudian disampaikan ke OP3M/Munadzomah lalu disampaikan ke santri. Mendidik di Pondok Pesantren Modern Al-Mu’awanah Majalaya tidak hanya konsep asuh secara turun temurun, salah satu pembinaan paling tepat adalah dengan memberikan motivasi atau doktrin yang baik, karena minimnya motivasi yang ditunjukkan kepada santri untuk belajar dapat menyebabkan santri terkadang bolos dalam mengikuti pelajaran pesantren. Keterbatasan motivasi ini dapat menghambat santri dalam mencapai tujuan di pendidikan. Doktrin yang baik biasanya dapat mempengaruhi santri itu bisa dilihat dari kualitas dan pendidikannya. Faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam mendidik santri yaitu: (a) faktor pendukung: pendukung di Intern maupun di ekstern mendapatkan apresiasi yang baik (b) faktor penghambat: diantara hambatan itu ialah perbedaan pendapat pemangku kebijakan pondok pesantren, kurangnya elektronik seperti handphone, dikarenakan keterbatasan handphone kepengasuhan santri dan internet juga tidak disediakan wifi, lalu keterbatasan kesadaran santri tentang menjaga kebersihan karena tidak adanya karyawan yang bertugas membersihkan, itu semua dibebankan kepada santri.

Abstract

Background. Teacher performance refers to the provision of high- or low-quality education by an individual in the execution of their duties. The leadership of the Principal is expected to have the ability to move, influence, motivate, invite, direct, guide, govern, and nurture teachers, so that a high work ethic, creativity, and productivity in achieving goals is born. Purpose. The purpose of this study is to discuss how the leadership of the principal in PAUD Tasdiiqul Insan improves teacher performance. Method. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection method involves interview techniques, observation, and documentation. Result. The results of the study show that the principal's role in improving teacher performance in PAUD Tasdiiqul Insan encompasses multiple aspects, including educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator, and motivator. The steps taken by the principal to improve teacher performance at PAUD Tasdiiqul Insan include motivating teachers, enhancing teacher discipline, creating a conducive work environment, improving teacher competence, and enhancing academic competence. Conclusion. This study concludes that the principal's leadership in improving teacher performance at PAUD Tasdiiqul Insan is effective in carrying out his role as a principal. One of the steps taken by the principal to improve teacher performance is increasing teacher discipline, providing motivation, and offering gifts, but not in the form of monetary compensation. This is done to show appreciation, so that teachers are more motivated to improve their work performance. Implementation. Staff and infrastructure, as well as expert and teacher discipline, are supported by the spirit of the teacher himself and the motivation from the principal to the teachers

Abstract

Ki Hajar Dewantara argues that ethics education focuses on forming children's character, behavior, and personality through several good habits from early childhood to adulthood. This means that the moral education that Ki Hajar Dewantara refers to is not teaching theories about good and bad, along with their very complicated postulates. However, the habit of doing good that is practiced every day until the action becomes steady in the child's psyche so that the teaching of theory and postulates can be valuable as an affirmation and a means, not as an end. Community service activities are carried out at RA Persis Bandung City with the aim of gaining new knowledge or discoveries regarding the cultivation of ethical values. To develop knowledge from research findings regarding the cultivation of pre-existing ethical values. To test, prove, or validate the truth and knowledge from research on the cultivation of pre-existing ethical values. This activity instills to find out what ethical values are instilled in early childhood at RA Persis 3 Bandung City. To find out the driving factors and inhibiting factors in instilling ethical values in early childhood at RA Persis 3 Bandung City.
