Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to enhance the knowledge and experience of village governments in Sungai Raya District, Kubu Raya Regency, so that they can better utilize the village's potential through village asset management to improve the welfare of the villagers. In the future, the results of optimizing these village assets can be taken into consideration in the development of rural areas in Sungai Raya District by utilizing village assets such as natural resources and other physical assets and generating income for the community. The activities conducted include Forum Group Discussion (FGD), training, and mentoring aimed at optimizing village assets and enhancing the institutional capacity of village groups and communities, namely: Village Officials, Village-Owned Enterprises (Bumdesa), and the local community. The participants involved in this activity are planned to be 20 people who are village officials in Sungai Raya District, Kubu Raya Regency. The methods used in this activity include lectures and Q&A sessions on village asset management regulations, providing technical training on filling out village asset recording applications in the form of empowerment, and mentoring in village assets control. Specifically, this community service activity has achieved several objectives, including the establishment of commitment among village officials in optimizing village asset management in each village in Sungai Raya District, including (1) optimizing available natural resources, (2) agricultural potential, and (3) technology utilization. Villages in Sungai Raya District have not optimized the management of village assets or wealth for the sustainability of the village assets they possess.

Abstract

The aim of this community service is to empower housewives in Sumedang Regency by utilizing home yard spaces for the cultivation of vegetables and fruits to improve food security and enhance family income. The main issues faced include limited access to healthy food and low family income, which affects the quality of life. In addition, the untapped potential of home yards hinders efforts to meet food needs and improve the family economy. The methods used in this program include training in vegetable and fruit cultivation techniques, mentoring in yard management, and providing knowledge on household financial management. The results of the program show an improvement in the ability of housewives to manage their yards to produce economically valuable food commodities, thereby enhancing food security and family income. The Teras Hejo program successfully improved housewives' access to healthy and nutritious food and had a positive impact on family income through the sale of cultivated products. Based on these findings, it is recommended to expand the program by involving more relevant stakeholders, including the government and financial institutions, to support the sustainability and scaling of micro-enterprises based on home yard cultivation.

Abstract

Artkel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah dalam penanggulangan Covid-19, hambatan yang di hadapi serta upaya yang dilakukan dalam membantu perekonomian masyarakat akibat dampak Covid-19 tersebut. Artikel ilmiah ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dimana penulis menggambarkan fenomena yang terjadi di lokasi penelitian. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan teknik observasi partisipatif dan dokumentasi, sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan penulis menggunakan teknik analisis data triangulasi. Berdasarkan pembahasan artikel ilmiah ini, menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemerintah dalam penanggulangan Covid-19 di Kabupaten Halmahera Utara telah melakukan upaya untuk melaksanakan bantuan kepada masyarakat namun masih ditemukan beberapa hambatan yang di hadapi oleh pemerintah daerah. Hambatan-hambatan tersebut sudah di upayakan agar dapat di selesaikan sehingga dapat membantu ekonomi masyarakat Kabupaten Halmahera Utara. Saran yang dilakukan yaitu pemerintah daerah membuat regulasi agar masyarakat mengetahui strategi yang dijalankan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dan menetapkan prioritas kebijakan yang dapat mengoptimalkan pengembangan desa wisata menggunakan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). AHP memungkinkan analisis mendalam terhadap berbagai kriteria yang memengaruhi pengembangan desa wisata dan memberikan rekomendasi kebijakan yang lebih tepat sasaran. Metode penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif dan eksplanatori. Data diperoleh dari studi literatur yang meliputi jurnal ilmiah, artikel, buku, dan dokumen kebijakan terkait. Prosedur analisis melibatkan perbandingan berpasangan untuk menentukan bobot relatif dari enam kriteria dan lima alternatif yang memengaruhi pengembangan desa wisata. Hasil evaluasi menetapkan bahwa Peraturan Daerah (Perda) Kabupaten Malang No. 2 Tahun 2020 merupakan kebijakan prioritas dalam mengembangkan suatu desa wisata di Kabupaten Malang. Kebijakan tersebut mencakup peningkatan infrastruktur, promosi yang efektif, pelatihan masyarakat, serta pelestarian budaya dan lingkungan.

Abstract

The development of science which is essentially towards the process of improvement will continue throughout the human thought process. This also occurs in the paradigm of public administration development so that it attracts the attention of researchers to analyze the development of public administration research. In this study using bibliometric analysis to describe the results of journal publications with data search tools using Publish or Perish produced 996 meta data and analysis tools using Microsoft Excel, and VosViewer to visualize meta data. The results showed that from 996 meta data with the keyword "paradigm of public administration development" obtained a publication range from 1995-2024, with the most documents being the type of book file published on books. google.com with a total of 83 book titles and the highest publication development trend occurred in 2020 with 129 publications while the results of network mapping using VosViewer obtained 4 authors, namely Ismail, I; Sos, S; Irawan B; Larasati, E. which is the most productive author in the field of public administration development paradigms. The research development map using VosViewer is grouped into 5 clusters. Fluctuating research shows that the paradigm of public administration development is a research topic that attracts researchers to write, study, and analyze the topic of the paradigm of public administration development so that the implications of this research are to help other researchers to further study the development of the paradigm of public administration and be associated with the latest phenomena.
