Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas IV SDN 023 Tarakan melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Tipe Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD) pada pecahan. Jenis ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan mulai 01 September sampai 30 Oktober 2018 dengan 6 kali pertemuan dalam 2 siklus. Subjek Penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV SDN 023 Tarakan tahun pembelajaran 2018/2019 yang berjumlah 27 siswa. Data dikumpulkan pada setip siklus melalui observasi preoses belajar siswa dan pemberian tes kompetensi pada setiap akhir siklus. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan, pada siklus I diperoleh rata-rata nilai yang mencapai 61,85. Pada siklus II, hasil penelitian yang diperoleh mengalami peningkatan nilai rata-rata mencapai 82,96. Pada siklus II diperoleh peningkatan nilai yang mencapai 21,11. Hal ini berarti siswa sangat setuju dan senang dengan adanya pembelajaran STAD yang diterapkan, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar matematika.

Abstract

This study explores the specific needs for learning English negotiation skills among International BusinessAdministration students at the State Polytechnic of Bengkalis. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed,involving a sample of 60 students and 6 lecturers. To gather comprehensive insights, data were collected usingquestionnaires and interviews. The analysis focused on identifying gaps in students’ current English proficiency, thechallenges they face during negotiations, and the effectiveness of the existing curriculum. Results indicated thatstudents often struggle with business-specific vocabulary, fluency, and cultural understanding in negotiation contexts.Both students and lecturers highlighted the importance of integrating more practical and interactive learning methods,such as real-life case studies or project-based learning, role play into the curriculum. Additionally, the study suggestsa greater emphasis on cultural training to enhance students' capabilities in international negotiations. These findingspoint to the need for curriculum adjustments to better equip students with the skills required for successful businessnegotiations in a global environment.

Abstract

Kehamilan merupakan kondisi fisiologis, namun kenyataannya dapat timbul masalah selama proses kehamilan, salah satunya berkaitan dengan gizi. Masalah gizi yang banyak terjadi pada ibu hamil adalah anemia. Anemia pada masa kehamilan merupakan gangguan gizi sebagai akibat pola makan yang salah pada ibu hamil. Pola makan yang salah/tidak baik mengakibatkan kurangnya asupan zat gizianemia dalam kehamilan merupakan kondisi ibu dengan kadar Hb <11gr% pada trimester 1 dan trimester 3 atau kadar Hb < 10,5gram% pada trimester 2 karena terjadinya hemodilusi pada trimester II. Anemia kehamilan dapat menyebakan abortus, gangguan pertumbuhan janin, persalinan prematur, perdarahan postpartum. Salah satu sayuran hijau yang dapat meningkatkan kadar hemoglobin darah adalah Sayur Kelor. Penelitian tentang kandungan nutrisi daun kelor menguak bahwa daun kelor ternyata memiliki kandungan 4 kali lebih betacarotene dari pada wortel, 17 kali lebih banyak kalsium dibandingkan susu dan 25 kali lebih banyak zat besi dari pada bayam. Daun kelor memiliki lebih banyak antioksidan dari pada daun hijau lainnya. Daun kelor merupakan sumber protein, vitamin A dan vitamin C serta mineral.Metode kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan memberikan penyuluhan menggunakan power point dan bahan peraga untuk pembuatan biskuit daun kelor. Kegiatan berjalan dengan baik dan telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 3 Juli 2024 di PMB Romaita, S.ST., Bdn., M. Kes Desa Bakhu, kecamatan Batu Ketulis Lampung barat. Jumlah peserta yang hadir sebanyak 26 orang. Peserta mendapatkan edukasi tentang ibu hamil anemia dan manfaat daun kelor. Kegiatan pendampingan kesehatan berupa penyuluhan dan praktik mengenai pemanfaatan daun kelor. Kegiatan penyuluhan memiliki dampak positif terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan peserta penyuluhan tentang ibu Anemia dan manfaat daun kelor dalam rangka meningkatkan hemoglobin ibu hamil. Kata kunci : Anemia, Daun Kelor, Ibu Hamil.

Abstract

Motor is the development of controlling body movements through coordinated activities between the nervous system, muscles, brain and spinal cord. Therefore, early childhood needs to be stimulated through exercise to help physical and spiritual growth and development. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in creativity and fine motor skills through morigami. Classroom action research was carried out in class B Kindergarten aisyiyah ba ledug in 2 cycles. Each cycle is carried out for 5 days. Cycle 1 will be held on 6 -10 September 2021 and cycle 2 will be held on 13-17 September 2021. The results showed an increase in learning outcomes from the initial study to cycle 1 and from cycle 1 to cycle 2 which was quite significant. In cycle 1, children's ability in learning origami reached 75% and increased in cycle 2, which reached 93.75%. Meanwhile, in children's creativity in origami, in cycle 1 it reached 37.5%. And increased in cycle 2 which is 75%. From this learning research, it is suggested to Kindergarten Aisyiyah Ba Ledug and Kindergarten teacher to Tk Aisyiyah Ba Ledug that to improve fine motor skills and creativity, origami can be done.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the impact of differentiated instruction on students’ social skills and academic achievement at SDN 3 Kemawi. The research was motivated by the diverse characteristics of students and the need for responsive teaching approaches to accommodate these differences. A qualitative descriptive method was employed, with data collected through observation, interviews, documentation, as well as pre-tests and post-tests. The research subjects were 3rd and 5th-grade students, representing lower and upper elementary levels. The findings indicate that the implementation of differentiated instruction effectively enhanced students’ social skills, as reflected in the increased number of students categorized as “Very Good” and the decreased number in the “Fair” category. Moreover, there was a significant improvement in academic achievement, with the average score in 3rd grade increasing from 81.24 to 86.88, and in 5th grade from 80.84 to 88.00. Factors such as students’ basic literacy skills and social environment were found to influence the success of the instructional model. These results suggest that differentiated instruction, supported by the right media, can positively contribute to students' academic and social development.

Abstract

Efforts to recognize character education programs (PPK), there are five main values ​​in the character of PPK, namely religious, nationalist, independent, mutual cooperation, and integrity. Education is a very important element in the development of the Indonesian nation. Especially school is the basic foundation in forming the mental and character of the nation's generation. Through PPK in the classroom by integrating the core character values ​​in the learning process. The teacher is one of the character forms of students in school. The purpose of this research is to instill the values ​​forming the character of students to effectively prioritize certain values, so that the education of students has characters that can change behavior, ways of thinking, and ways of acting. The research subject was a class teacher at SDN 002 Nongsa in the 2018/2019 academic year. Researchers used school action research (School Action Research). Data collection techniques using observation and instrument sheets. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that in class supervision in recognizing the character of students. cycle II 90%, but there are still teachers who are below average in conducting classroom supervision.

Abstract

Penerapan program tujuh langkah keselamatan pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum Melati Perbaungan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan dan menjamin keselamatan pasien selama perawatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam terhadap lima informan yang terdiri dari Wadir Keperawatan, Pengurus Unit Keselamatan Pasien, Kepala Ruang, dan Perawat Pelaksana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun langkah-langkah keselamatan pasien telah diterapkan dengan baik, masih ada beberapa tantangan dalam implementasinya. Kendala utama yang ditemukan adalah keterbatasan sumber daya manusia (SDM), pengawasan yang kurang intensif, serta sarana dan prasarana yang belum sepenuhnya memenuhi standar yang diperlukan untuk mendukung sistem keselamatan pasien. Selain itu, meskipun pelatihan keselamatan telah dilakukan, pelaksanaannya belum terjadwal secara rutin dan terstruktur, yang menghambat pemahaman staf terhadap prosedur keselamatan yang berlaku. Komunikasi antar tim medis dan administrasi rumah sakit juga perlu diperkuat untuk memastikan keselamatan pasien dapat diterapkan secara konsisten di setiap unit. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar rumah sakit meningkatkan pelatihan yang terjadwal secara rutin, memperkuat pengawasan, serta meningkatkan fasilitas dan teknologi yang mendukung implementasi keselamatan pasien secara lebih efektif.
