Abstract

The current condition of the Indonesian economy is far different from that of the economy ten years ago. One of the differences in the structure and construction of the Indonesian economy compared to 10 years ago is the rapid development of the digital economy and the 4.0 industrial revolution. This study examines the relationship between Islamic Leadership and SME Performance with the Mediation of Innovation Work Behavior and Financial Technology in the Indonesian Muslim Entrepreneurs Community. This type of research uses an explanatory research method. All members of the Indonesian Muslim Entrepreneurs Community, with a sample of 100 entrepreneurs, were among the population in this report. The research method used is the Smart-PLS method. The findings of this study demonstrate that through the mediation of innovative work behavior, Islamic leadership impacts SME performance. So it is hoped that Muslim entrepreneurs can improve this innovative behavior with broader insights and an open attitude to change. It is expected that further research will expand the discussion by adding other variables that have not been studied in this study and also bring up research novelty.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas usaha mitra UMKM binaan LazisMu Kabupaten Malang melalui pendampingan yang mencakup penyediaan fasilitas operasional, pelatihan manajemen keuangan, dan strategi pemasaran. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mitra meliputi keterbatasan sarana berjualan, rendahnya pemahaman manajemen keuangan, serta belum optimalnya strategi promosi. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah pendekatan partisipatif dengan empat tahapan utama: observasi dan identifikasi masalah, perencanaan program, implementasi pendampingan, serta evaluasi. Pendampingan dilakukan secara langsung dengan memberikan bantuan berupa rombong, pelatihan pencatatan keuangan sederhana, serta praktik promosi digital menggunakan strategi 7P marketing. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam efektivitas operasional usaha, kemampuan mitra dalam mengelola keuangan, serta keberhasilan menjangkau konsumen melalui media sosial. Program ini terbukti memberikan dampak positif terhadap keberlanjutan usaha mitra dan memperkuat peran LazisMu sebagai lembaga pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat. Dengan demikian, kolaborasi antara perguruan tinggi dan lembaga sosial mampu menghasilkan solusi nyata bagi pengembangan UMKM berbasis komunitas.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of corporate governance on a firm value on the Indonesian stock exchange and Islamic stocks in Indonesia. We conducted this study because it is still very rare to research by adding Islamic stock variables as a moderating variable. Many studies on the influence of corporate governance on firm value have been carried out, but there are inconsistencies in the results. Corporate governance, in this case, the ownership structure is assessed by the ownership structure. This study uses 150 manufacturing companies listed on the Jakarta Stock Exchange during 2002 - 2005 as a sample with 600 observations. The hypothesis is tested using regression analysis. Firm value is measured using Tobin's Q. The results show that institutional ownership has no significant effect on firm value. significant effect on firm value due to the development of the Indonesia Stock Exchange in terms of the development of the LQ45 stock index performance increasing, not proven. However, managerial ownership has a significant and positive effect on firm value. What is known from the analysis of this research is (1) the development of the Indonesia Stock Exchange as seen from the growth in the performance of the LQ45 stock index, (2) the growth of sharia shares, (3) the comparison of the LQ45 stock index performance scheme with the JII stock index performance is known to have a slight difference in the growth of the Stock Exchange. Indonesia is seen from the growth in the performance of the LQ45 stock index. And in terms of the development of the JII stock index performance. Abstract

Pelaksaan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk pembinaan peningkatan operasional pengemasan dan penyimpanan produk pupuk TPST 3R Mulyoagung Bersatu,  Desa Mulyoagung, Kec. Dau, Kabupaten Malang. Berdasarkan analisis situasi yang dilakukan oleh tim pengabdian didapatkan permasalahan diantaranya persediaan bahan baku untuk produksi pupuk, produksi produk, serta pemenuhan permintaan pasar. Metode pembinaan yang diimplementasikan pada pengabdian ini adalah metode bottom – up yaitu kegiatan yang berdasarkan survei kondisi lapang, data dokumen TPST dan wawancara dengan para pengelolanya. Luaran dari pengabdian ini adalah mitra mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi berupa pengadaan alas penyimpanan produk pupuk, proses pengemasan produk pupuk, dan tata kelola alur produk.
