Abstract

UMKM Mbok Kami adalah UMKM lokal Jember yang memproduksi jamu tradisional dengan manajemen bisnis yang masih sederhana. Tujuan Program Pengabdian Kemitraan (PPK) oleh dosen Universitas Jember ini adalah untuk memberikan pendampingan dan pelatihan manajemen bisnis bidang operasi/produksi (inovasi proses produksi & produk), pemasaran (peningkatan promosi berbasis digital, service excellence, & penguatan branding), SDM (perbaikan SOP dan job description), keuangan (perbaikan laporan keuangan dan adopsi aplikasi financial technology), dan risiko (antisipasi persaingan, K3, dan kegagalan bisnis). Metode yang digunakan adalah participatory rural/urban appraisal. Program PPK ini dilaksanakan selama + 6 bulan dengan hasil yaitu: peningkatan keberdayaan mitra pengabdian sesuai dengan permasalahan yang dihadapi, peningkatan manajemen bisnis yang lebih profesional, dan inovasi produk “Jamupresso”. Melalui PPK ini, diharapkan agar UMKM Mbok Kami dapat bertahan di tengah persaingan dan semakin berkembang.

Abstract

Globalization has brought significant changes to various aspects of life, including economic, social, political, and cultural dimensions. Klungkung Village, located in Jember Regency, has also been impacted by globalization. Advances in technology and the rapid flow of information have brought significant changes to various aspects of life in Klungkung Village. Globalization has accelerated the dissemination of information and cultures from around the world, which then interact and integrate with the local culture. This phenomenon poses a new challenge for the community of Klungkung Village in maintaining and preserving their rich and unique cultural identity. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the forms of cultural shifts occurring and to understand their impact on the village's cultural identity. The research methodology uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and literature studies. The results of the study show that although there is a shift in cultural practices, the community of Klungkung Village is able to maintain the essence of their cultural identity by adapting and integrating new elements without diminishing the cultural values. This research will make an important contribution to understanding the dynamics of local culture amidst the tide of globalization and offer perspectives on effective cultural preservation strategies in the modern era.

Abstract

Kabupaten Banyuwangi berhasil dalam pengembangan Pariwisata. Adanya perubahan dari citra buruk menjadi citra kota wisata dalam waktu 6 tahun perlu diteliti lebih lanjut sehingga citra yang sudah baik tidak menjadi buruk lagi. Citra Destinasi berpengaruh terhadap perilaku wisatawan untuk mengunjungi destinasi wisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan agar citra destinasi di Banyuwangi tetap terjaga dengan baik sehingga memunculkan loyalitas wisawatan yang baik juga. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling menggunakan program statistik LISREL 8.80. Sampel yang digunakan adalah responden atau wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Banyuwangi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah citra tujuan memiliki pengaruh yang kuat terhadap variabel persepsi nilai, kepuasan dan loyalitas wisatawan. Demikian juga, nilai yang dirasakan memiliki pengaruh positif pada kepuasan dan loyalitas wisatawan.

Abstract

The potential of Wuluhan sub-district attracts the government to make a super priority area. This research with a cooperative tourism planning perspective will later present a normative model of tourism planning in Wuluhan area which requires integrative collaboration between government institutions and various stakeholders, both at the autonomous level and the public also private sectors. The analysis method in this research uses the PRA (Participatory Rural Appraisal) method, the strength, weakness, opportunity, and threat (SWOT) matrix analysis method and the quantitave strategy planning matrix (QSPM) method. The attractions in the four villages are agrotourism attractions, river tubing tourism, sports tourism, and recreational tourism. Accessibility to the four villages still needs development in terms of directional signage and improving road conditions. The amenities available in each village are still minimal and need improvement to support priority destinations. Ancillary services in each village already have tourism awareness group (pokdarwis), but there is still a need to improve human resources and governance. Based on the SWOT analysis, it was found: S-O strategy, W-O strategy, S-T strategy and W-T strategy to support super priority tourist areas.
