Abstract

The classroom is a room that functions as a place for theoretical, practical learning activities that do not require special equipment and practice with special tools that are easy to provide. One practice with special tools that is easy to provide is learning Information and Computer Technology (ICT) using a laptop. Not all schools have an ICT practice room. ICT practical activities are carried out in the classroom. Therefore, it is necessary to create guidelines for designing classroom layouts as modifications to classrooms that will be used as ICT practical learning spaces. The method used in designing classroom layouts is an ergonomics approach, namely the Human-Centered Approach. Classroom design using an ergonomics approach is carried out by placing humans at the center of the design or the Human Centered Approach. The design of the classroom layout as an ICT learning space is carried out by adapting to the requirements set out in the Regulations of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology which contain classroom requirements and are combined with ergonomic principles. Class layout design begins with creating an initial layout, then a configuration layout and simulating teacher mobility in the configured class layout. The class layout design was made using Microsoft Visio software and the teacher mobility simulation was carried out using Promodel software. From this research, results were obtained in the form of 2 (two) alternative classroom layout designs as ICT learning spaces.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak secara parsial maupun bersama-sama variabel variasi produk, kualitas pelayanan, dan daya tarik iklan terhadap minat beli produk Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah “New Mall PLG”. Metode pengumpulan data memakai angket tertutup. Angket disebar ke customer yang melakukan transaksi pada 3 bulan terakhir di “New Mall PLG” berjumlah 82 customer. Teknik analisis data yaitu regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian parsial yaitu variasi produk (t-value 1,992), kualitas pelayanan (t-value 3,906), dan daya tarik iklan (t-value 2,721) berdampak pada minat beli > t-tabel yaitu 1.99. Secara simultan variasi produk, kualitas pelayanan, dan daya tarik iklan berdampak pada minat beli dengan nilai F-values 18.438 > F tabel 2,72. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil secara parsial dan simultan variasi produk, kualitas pelayanan, dan daya tarik iklan berdampak pada minat beli Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah “New Mall PLG”

Abstract

Kondisi ekonomi yang terus berkembang mengakibatkan persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat, termasuk di industri jasa angkutan barang. PT. Minex Logistics adalah perusahaan yang menyediakan jasa pengiriman barang kargo berlokasi di Bekasi. Karena pendapatan terus menurun sejak restrukturisasi, sistem dan mekanisme bisnis yang ada belum berfungsi dengan baik untuk keberlangsungan bisnis. Perusahaan belum memiliki strategi bersaing dan membuat keputusan sulit saat ini. Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan daya saing perusahaan, perlu dibuat suatu konsep perancangan pengembangan strategi bisnis yang baik. Untuk membangun dan menyimpan catatan tentang model bisnis, model bisnis kanvas adalah pendekatan manajemen strategis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis model bisnis PT. Minex Logistics dan membuat model bisnis perbaikan yang dapat digunakan sebagai strategi pengembangan perusahaan. Studi kasus ini merupakan studi langsung deskriptif. Selain analisis Bisnis Model Kanvas, penelitian juga menggunakan alat analisis lima kekuatan Porter: matriks kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman (SWOT), matriks faktor eksternal (EFE), matriks faktor internal (IFE), dan matriks strategi rencana kuantitatif (QSPM). Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan, ada beberapa perbaikan yang dapat dilakukan pada model bisnis yang berkaitan dengan elemen penting operasi, proposal nilai, dan segmen pelanggan. Perbaikan ini dikombinasikan dengan strategi yang lebih luas untuk menyusun program kerja, menjaga kualitas layanan, dan menyusun program pemasaran.

Abstract

High school graduates need to have practical skills, especially in tax accounting, due to changes in the world of work. Many students are still confused about proper financial record-keeping and tax administration. Because of this situation, they are not prepared to meet the skill requirements needed by the industry. Therefore, SMAN 1 Kopo needs tax accounting training to provide students with relevant and practical skills. The community service activity "Tax Accounting Training for Entering the World of Work at SMAN 1 Kopo" aims to enhance students' knowledge and skills in tax accounting in accordance with the needs of the workforce. This activity began with an interactive seminar on the basics of taxation. Then, participants received hands-on training with simulations of simple accounting record-keeping, filling out tax returns, and using the e-filing application. To enhance their understanding, participants also engaged in group discussions and case studies. Pre-tests and post-tests were used to assess the students. The activity results showed that the students understood tax accounting better. A 45% increase in concept mastery occurred, from 25% on the pre-test to 70% on the post-test. This increase indicates that the practice-based learning and case study approach used during the training were highly effective. Students also became more confident in completing transaction journals and SPT simulations. This program successfully met its main objective, which was to prepare students from SMAN 1 Kopo to work with additional skills in tax accounting. This indicates that the socialisation and practical training methods successfully equipped students with tax accounting skills while also raising awareness of the importance of tax compliance.

Abstract

Fiels Study and Community Service Program is the realization of community service by Unimar students and lecturers in rural community development. Unimar's 2025 Fiels Study and Community Service Program was conducted in four villages in Cisoka District, namely Jeungjing, Cisoka, Caringin, and Bojong Loa. The scope of activities carried out included education, health, social, and religious fields. The objective of Unimar's Fiels Study and Community Service Program activities is to train students' soft skills so they can have a positive impact on the community. The activity was opened by the Regent of Tangerang and the release was carried out by the Cisoka Subdistrict Head. The method used was participatory, involving the community. The programs carried out included education, social, health, MSME empowerment, and simple technological innovations. The output of Fiels Study and Community Service Program was to show an increase in community participation in maintaining environmental health, awareness of stunting prevention, and strengthening collaboration between students and villagers. The Fiels Study and Community Service Program program is a tangible manifestation of campus-community synergy in achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 3 (Good Health and Well-being) and 6 (Clean Water and Sanitation). The outcomes of the service program include the availability of supporting facilities for waste management and sanitation.
