Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of cultural factors and psychological factors on people's decisions to apply for online loans (fintech) with religious factors as an intervening variable. The population in this study were the people of West Sumatra. The research sampling method was 100 people using quota sampling. Data processing with SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study are Cultural Factors mediated by Religious Factors on Community Decisions to Apply for Online Loans (Fintech) and Psychological Factors mediated by Religious Factors on Community Decisions to Apply for Online Loans (Fintech).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Human Relations and Work Environment Conditions in Building a Work Ethic with Motivation as Mediation at the Office of the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) Sawahlunto City. The method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. By distributing questionnaires as many as 39 respondents. The results of the data analysis concluded that there was a positive and significant influence on the human relation variable on the work ethic variable. There is a positive and insignificant influence on work environment variables on work ethic variables. There is a positive and insignificant influence of the human relation variable on the motivation variable. There is a significant positive effect of the human relation variable on work ethic variables. There is a positive influence which is not significant, the motivation variable has an effect on work ethic variables. There is a positive and insignificant influence given by the human relation variable on the work ethic variable which is mediated by motivation. There is a positive and insignificant influence given by the work environment variable on work ethic variables mediated by motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how big the influence of Organizational Culture and Organizational Climate on Organizational Commitment through Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at PT. Aditya Prima Utama. This research consists of independent variables, namely Organizational Culture and Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction as Intervening Variables. The analytical method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) 3. The method of data collection in this study is to use a questionnaire filled out by respondents, namely employees of PT. Aditya Prima Utama. The results of data analysis concluded (1) There is a positive and significant effect of organizational culture on job satisfaction at PT. Aditya Prima Utama. (2) There is a positive and significant influence of organizational climate on job satisfaction at PT. Aditya Prima Utama. (3) There is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment at PT. Aditya Prima Utama. (4) There is a positive and significant influence of organizational climate on organizational commitment at PT. Aditya Prima Utama. (5) There is no significant effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment at PT. Aditya Prima Utama. (6) Job satisfaction cannot mediate the influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment at PT. Aditya Prima Utama. (7) Job satisfaction cannot mediate the influence of organizational climate on organizational commitment at PT. Aditya Prima Utama.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan meningkatkan pemahaman serta pengetahuan pemilik mengenai cara pelatihan kerja karyawan agar menunjang keunggulan yang kompetitif dalam persaingan agar meningkatkan pendapatan usaha serta dapat merekomendasikan untuk memadukan empat atau komposisi secara tepat. Dalam Pengabdian Masyarakat ini, ada 4 tahapan untuk metode yang telah dilalui yang terdiri dari persiapan, screening, Implementasi kegiatan dan evaluasi. Hasil dari PKM ini menunjukan bahwa dengan sosialisasi dan memberikan pelatihan kepada pekerja bisa meningkatkan daya saing terhadap usaha tempe dan toge (Berkah), dan memberikan motivasi terhadap karyawan agar kualitas produksi meningkat. Serta Kegiatan PKM ini diharapkan juga berdampak terhadap peningkatan wawasan, keterampilan dan pemahaman pemilik usaha terhadap cara menjadikan kinerja yang berkualitas.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see the effect of income and technology use on the quality of human resources in the coastal area of ​​Padang city through the professional changes of the Bungus fishermen community to become marine tourism guides as an intervening variable. The population in this study is the Bungus fishermen community who become marine tour guides. The sampling method used was proportional random sampling of 100 people. Data processing with SmartPLS 3.0.The results of this study are stating that 'income is not mediated by the professional change of the Bungus fishermen community to become marine tourism guides on the quality of human resources in the coastal area of ​​Padang city. And furthermore the relationship between the use of technology on the quality of human resources in the coastal area of ​​the city of Padang and the professional change of the Bungus fishing community to become marine tourism guides as a variable that intervenes in the statement that the use of technology is mediated by the professional change of the Bungus fishing community to become marine tourism guides on the quality of regional human resources. Abstract

This research describes the online registration Website, which is based on the solutions obtained from the research conducted at English Language School Padang. It was concluded that the old Information System (manual system) used is no longer relevant to the needs of the user, after the study of English Language School Padang by collecting data containing the Problems with the system manual, researchers provide solutions to the problem, by creating a Web Base System (website) that is done by doing the steps in designing the design of output inputs, and processes. The results of the analysis and the stage is applied in the application of the website that is more interactive and relevant to the needs of the user, in conducting their activities.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of organizational culture, emotional intelligence, and organizational learning on employee competence in the government of Gorontalo City. Data were collected from a sample of 134 government employees, and hypothesis testing was conducted to analyze the significance of the variables. The results indicated that all three factors, namely organizational culture, emotional intelligence, and organizational learning, significantly and positively influenced employee competence. The findings highlighted the importance of fostering a positive and inclusive organizational culture that motivates employees to enhance their competence. Emotional intelligence emerged as a crucial factor in self-motivation, resilience, and empathy, which contributed to improved competence. Additionally, organizational learning played a significant role in supporting continuous professional growth and the development of job-relevant competencies. The analysis of R-Square revealed that organizational culture, emotional intelligence, and organizational learning explained 73.8% of the variance in employee competence. However, it is important to acknowledge that other unexplored factors may also influence competence. These findings have important implications for the government of Gorontalo City. By prioritizing a positive organizational culture, nurturing emotional intelligence, and promoting organizational learning, the government can enhance employee competence, overall performance, and service delivery to the community. Future research should consider investigating additional factors to gain a more comprehensive understanding of competence in the government context. Implementing interventions and strategies to strengthen organizational culture, enhance emotional intelligence, and support continuous learning can further improve employee competence and contribute to the success of the government of Gorontalo City.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap manajemen perubahan dalam Pemerintah Kota Denpasar. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei dan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan. Analisis meliputi uji validitas dan reliabilitas, analisis regresi berganda, serta pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, dan komitmen organisasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap manajemen perubahan. Secara khusus, kepemimpinan transformasional terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap manajemen perubahan, begitu pula dengan budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya kepemimpinan yang efektif, budaya yang mendukung, dan komitmen karyawan dalam mendorong inisiatif perubahan yang sukses. Kata Kunci: Manajemen Perubahan, Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Budaya, Komitmen Abstract This study investigates the impact of transformational leadership, organizational culture, and organizational commitment on change management within the Denpasar City Government. Surveys and questionnaires were administered to gather data from employees, which were then subjected to validity and reliability tests, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using t-tests and F-tests. The findings demonstrate that transformational leadership, organizational culture, and organizational commitment collectively exert a significant influence on change management. Specifically, transformational leadership was positively and significantly associated with change management, as were organizational culture and organizational commitment. These results underscore the importance of effective leadership, a supportive culture, and employee commitment in driving successful change initiatives.
