Abstract

The study of sanad in the perspective of hadith science is a basic concept that needs to be understood and analyzed again in Islamic studies. Sanad in the science of hadith is the basis or pathway narration of the hadith which has an important role in determining the quality and quantity of a hadith. The focus of this study is to try to provide a significant understanding of sanad in the science of hadith, then to apply it in the hadiths of the Prophet. Specifically, there are a number of basic concepts that are subject to research studies. Among them, First, explore the meaning of the term sanad in the hadith. Second, the urgency of sanad in the study of hadith. Third, understand the path of transmission and application of the quality and quantity of the Prophet's hadith. The research approach used is the study of literature that is to support solving problems both related to books, journals, articles and so on. The results of this study indicate that, sanad in the perspective of the science of hadith is a science that examines the origin of the narration of hadith and also to determine the quality and quantity of whether or not a hadith is accepted as hujjah in Islamic law.

Abstract

This paper attempts to discuss the concept and practice of the method of narrating hadith and takhrij al-hadith. Specifically, there are several aspects that become the focal point of this research, namely, First, looking back at the concept of the hadith narration method. Second, reveal how the concept of takhrij al-hadith. Third, give examples of practice in doing takhrij al-hadith. The research approach used is a literature study approach which is based on several supporting references related to books, journals, articles and so on. The results of this study indicate that the concept of narration of hadith is an activity of receiving and conveying hadiths, and relying on this hadith to a series of narrators using certain terms or symbols while takhrij hadith is a search or search for hadith as the original source of the hadith in question which is completely determined in the observations and the corresponding hadith sanad.

Abstract

Lately, the discourse on the teori of Islamic education learning is increasingly developing in the perspective of Islamic thought as a transformation to make changes in the context of life. Education is an alternative solution in developing as well as developing learning according to an Islamic basis. So that not even when the thinking that has not have the thinking Islam when building arguments and statements in form design and concept learning, especially the implications for education in the modern world era. The focus of this research is to explore how the concept of learning in the perspective of Muslim figures, namely Imam Al-Ghazali and its contextualization in the Modern Era. There are several basic assumptions of this research. First, examine the concept of Islamic education. Second, the objectives and principles of Imam al-Ghazali education. Third, explore philosophical concepts of learning and relevance in the modern era. The type of research is literature study (Research Library) is library in nature. In summary, it is formulated that, Imam Al-Ghazali paid great attention and concern for education. In terms of the relevance of learning in order to instill the values ​​of discipline, responsibility, and the concept of learning according to the basis of the Qur'an which is oriented to the values ​​of Islamic teachings.

Abstract

The dynamics of the epistemology of Islamic education knowledge has become an outline theme to be developed continuously by Muslim scholars and Islamic thinkers, namely by making contributions and formulating various theories to build the true face of Islamic education. Problems with education become the mainstream to be considered for teachers to students to explore creativity, innovation, and related matters, namely education as one of the transformations so that it is realized optimally. Especially in Indonesia, in education today, we still find problems and conflicts in schools that continue to this day. Especially in the social aspect, and the lack of optimization of moderation-based teachings in Islam. This is one of the concrete evidences, namely brawls occur between fellow students, students do not respect teachers, the lack of tolerance possessed by students, even sometimes teachers are hard on students, and several other conflicts occur, especially in Islamic education. This Asusmi has become the center of attention, especially for Islamic education to build moderation-based learning so that it is an effort to minimize conflicts that occur in the world of Islamic education, especially those developing in Indonesia. The focus of this research is to answer several issues that are quite urgent, namely how the face of moderation-based Islamic education (Wasthiyyah) in Indonesia.

Abstract

This paper tries to discuss social conflict in understanding a tradition of tahlilan where several streams consider that tahlilan is a tradition that was built by the community without being based on hadith texts either in terms of the quality and quantity of the Prophet's hadith. However, some ulama perspectives namely Nahdawtul Ulama) provide the concept of actual tahlilan historically the tradition of tahlilan was born based on the hadith texts of the Prophet according to some narrations of the Companions and the Tabin'in. Specifically, this paper tries to trace the hadith texts among some controversial ideas in understanding the hadith and how the social values ​​contained in the tradition of tahlilan which has always been carried out based on the times. The approach to this paper is the litertaur study approach, namely to explore issues related to both books, journals, articles and so on the results of this study indicate that the traditions of tahlilan traditions that have been carried out there are no restrictions because based on the hadith texts. While in the controversial discourse of thought that prohibits the tradition of tahlilan is still unclear texts of the hadith which has been used as (istinbat) in Islamic law.

Abstract

Islamic leadership stands on divine leadership (ketauhidan), that every human being is only submissive and obedient to the leader of Allah SWT. The character of a leader in Islam has its own characteristics, because in Islam it carries a very large mission in bringing the values ​​of Islamic teachings. The Al-Qur'an has universally regulated various aspects of life, one of which is the concept of an ideal leader in order to create peace and tranquility in people's lives. Islam views that humans are born on earth to become caliphs according to the basis of the Al-Qur'an which has been outlined. This paper is here to explore several verses that specifically discuss leadership and provide the objectives and characteristics that must be possessed in realizing the concept of an ideal leader in the perspective of the Qur'an. The author formulates several concepts and characteristics possessed by ideal leaders including, First, Al-Ilm (People who are knowledgeable. Second, Mujahid (People who always struggle). Third, Mutay (People who always sacrifice. Fourth, a caliph has the potential even in a actually can keep lust in doing leadership Fifth, Mutajarrid (People who totality).

Abstract

Education is an intellectual heritage that must be used as the main container in shaping humans into human beings (insan al-kamil), namely full-fledged humans in accordance with Islamic principles. Therefore, this effort must be implemented through the learning theory of the educational process according to the planned targets. This study examines the thoughts of one of the Indonesian figures, Syafei's learning theory, through his educational thought which gave birth in Kayutanam which was named Indonesische Nederlandsce School (INS). There are several basic aspects as the formulation of the problem in this research including, First, how the concept of learning theory was initiated by Mohammad Syafe'i. Second, how to actualize the concept of learning, especially in this modern era. The type of research is a literature study that is descriptive analysis, namely examining his thoughts through various books, journals, and references that are relevant to the research. In particular, the concept of learning theory at this time by looking at the learning theory of an educational figure from Indonesia before independence. By knowing the concept of the character's thinking about learning that is practiced, it is expected to be able to develop new concepts from old concepts in education. Mohammad Syafei, an Indonesian education leader who prioritizes learning and work-based schools. Teaching and education in schools must be based on the needs of the community, schools are a living part of society, especially in today's modern era and how relevant their thinking is in this modern era.

Abstract

Education is one of the efforts to develop intellect and build a character that is Qur'anic. In line with some previous thought research, a reconstruction of Islamic education has been carried out. However, in reality this is still ongoing to be carried out by some thoughts even to the Indonesian interpreter M. Quraish Shihab contributing to provide Qur'ani Values and contextualization through the QS Interpretation. Al-Alaq Verses 1-5 related to this education. Specifically in the interpretation can be formulated into several aspects, First, Educational Values in principle can never be separated from reading. Second, education in principle can direct the Islamic authority that is God, Education in principle is supported by a variety of models and learning methods, namely some Islamic approaches. Third The values of education in principle lead to the phosphitive thing that is insan al-kamil which is implemented and actualized in the education. The research approach is a literature study approach to find the concepts and values of education in al-Misbah's interpretation and is supported by various references, articles, journals, books and so on. Thus, it can be concluded that the values of education that become an urgent subject in learning that is, reading, evaluating, having Islamic authority, providing examples and motivation in learning

Abstract

The issue of pluralism has become an important issue specifically discussed throughout the ages and along with the development of the scientific world. Pluralism has been in the spotlight, especially among theological and Islamic thought, so that the issue of pluralism has entered Indonesia and has even reached the implementation of Islamic education. Talking about the term pluralism universally becomes an important point because today's problem is the concept of pluralism is not only a concept that leads to theology. But especially in Indonesia, pluralism is the main knife that must be developed, especially in Islamic education. This paper is here to discuss the pluralism figure in Indonesia, namely Abdurrahman Wahid who is familiarly called GUSDUR the intelligent idol who is one of the figures in Indonesia who gives the concept of pluralism to Islamic education. The focus of this research explores several issues that are quite urgent, namely: First, how is Abdurrahman Wahid's concept of pluralism in Islamic education. Second, what is the basis for Abdurrahman Wahid's thoughts on pluralism in the context of Indonesia. This basic assumption is the main reference which is studied in depth in this research. The type of research is library research with a descriptive analytical research approach that explains the roots of thinking critically. Specifically, it can be concluded that pluralism in education is the most effective institution and media in managing this diversity. The function of education is nothing but an effort to transform the values of a nation. Educational pluralism is an effort to inculcate national and human values, which must be pursued both in the family, community and educational environment. Islamic education in Abdurrahman Wahid's perspective is a sub-system of national education that has quite a big role in the transformation of religious values to students. This should start from Muslims, considering Islam as the majority religion. Changes in the paradigm of Islamic education must be pursued. This is because the paradigm that has been used so far turns out to be more selfish, closed (exclusive), intolerant, and oriented towards personal piety. In facing the plurality of society: multi-ethnic and multi-religious, according to Gus Dur, an educational paradigm that is tolerant, inclusive and oriented towards social piety is needed, not forgetting individual piety.

Abstract

Akhir-akhir ini konsep metologi penafsiran teks-teks al-Qur’an bukan hanya berkutat dari riwayat para sahabat dan tabi’in melainkan dalam memahami fiman Allah Swt perlu berdialektika dengan interpretasi teks dengan Istilah hermeneutika. Beberapa tafsir kontemporer melakukan kajian baru terhadap al-Qur’an dengan menggunakan pendekatan hermeneutika. Secara spesispik tulisan ini berusaha untuk berkontribusi memberikan konsep terkait hermeneutika sebagai metodologi penafsiran teks. Ada beberapa hal yang sangat urgen untuk perlu dikaji dalam pembahasan ini, diantaranya, Pertama, hermeneutika sebagai dialektika interpretasi teks. Kedua, metodologi pendekatan hermeneutika dalam memahami teks. Ketiga, Konsep hermeneutika sebagai interpretasi teks. Dengan demikian, bahwa konsep hermeneutika dalam wacara interpretasi teks adalah untuk menemukan Nilai-nilai Al-Qur’an secara kontekstual dibalik makna teks ayat tersebut.
