Abstract

This research was conducted to test the effect of the variable Return On Asset (ROA) Return On Equity (ROE) Net Interest Margin (NIM) on stock prices in banking companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The data used in this writing is obtained from financial statement data published by idx taken from the www.idx.co.id website. This study used quantitative data with multiple linear regression techniques. The sample of this study was determined by purposive sampling technique and produced 13 company samples for analysis.The results of this study show that Return On Asset (ROA) has a significant effect on the share price of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Return On Equity (ROE) does not have a significant effect on the share price of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Net Interest Margin (NIM) has a significant effect on the stock prices of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

UKM di wilayah kelurahan Bugangan pada umumnya terdiri dari ibu-ibu rumah tangga dengan tingkat pendidikan bervariasi, sebagian hanya setara dengan pendidikan lanjutan tingkat pertama sehingga kemampuan dalam pengelolaan akuntansi dalam usahanya masih rendah. Jika pencatatan keuangan dilakukan secara manual maka akan membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan tidak efisien. Menindaklanjuti kegiatan pengabdian sebelumnya tentang penyusunan laporan keuangan sederhana serta pengenalan Aplikasi UKM berbasis Smartphone. Oleh karena itu, Tim Dosen dari Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Semarang menawarkan solusi akan memberikan pelatihan penggunaan Aplikasi UKM berbasis Smartphone untuk membuat laporan keuangan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan cara menggunakan Aplikasi UKM berbasis Smartphone dalam membuat laporan keuangan dan meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku UKM dalam membuat laporan keuangan secara cepat dan efisien berbasis digital. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan menggunakan metode ceramah, praktek dan diskusi tanya jawab. Sedangkan prosedur kerja kegiatan ppengabdian ini meliputi tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, tahap monitoring, tahap pelaporan dan tahap publikasi.

Abstract

Accounting computerization students are taught to have accounting information system mindset, to apply, review, and develop the science underlying accounting information system engineering thoroughly. In addition to mastering several applications in accounting field, students also know how a software accounting works. Students of this department are taught to be experts in computer system be it software and hardware, particularly in accounting computer field.The population in this research is S1 and DIII students of Accounting department at universities and colleges in Semarang Municipality with some considerations. The sample is taken using Purposive Sampling. Meanwhile, the data are collected by distributing questionnaire. The data analysis method used is difference test with Independent Sampel t Test, where this test is employed to figure out whether or not there is a mean difference between two unrelated sample groups.There is indeed a difference in students comprehension on the initial data input, transaction recording and financial statements preparation. From the mean rank values of the three variables, it can be seen that students from Diploma program understand initial data input, transaction recording and financial statements preparation better than students from Bachelor program. This is because students from Diploma program receive more lessons on accounting both theoretically and practically, thus they understand the topics better.

Abstract

Researchers want to prove the ratio of debt as well as turnover from inventory, receivables, working capital and also company size to liquidity and its impact during the covid-19 pandemic. The research sample uses basic Chemical industry and consumer goods listed on the IDX for the fourth quarter of 2019 to the first quarter of 2020. This research is quantitative research and secondary data consisting of quarterly financial reports on the IDX. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling method and produced 135 samples of companies. The method used is the panel data regression analysis method. The results of the analysis show that only the debt ratio has a significant negative reaction on liquidity. Company size, accounts receivable turnover, inventory turnover and working capital turnover are not significant because the increase or decrease in the variable does not affect the level of liquidity. During this covid-19 pandemic, there is no change in the relationship between each independent variable to liquidity.

Abstract

A small industry has a strategic role in driving the economy. One of the potential small industries to be developed is the tempe industry. This study aims to analyze the benefits and feasibility tempe crafts manufacturer in Lamper Tengah Village, Semarang Selatan District which is the largest tempe industry area in Semarang City so that the results of the analysis can be taken into consideration to further develop their business.This research design uses quantitative methods. This research is a case study so business owners making tempeh in Semarang City is used as a source to obtain information needed in research. The data used are primary and secondary. Data collection techniques carried out by interview, observation, and recording. Data obtained analyzed using profit analysis  Ï€ = TR-TC  and to find out business feasibility using the formula  R / C  Ratio.The results of this study indicate that the average total cost incurred by tempe producers in Lamper Tengah Village per month is Rp 16,916,210.70. The average amount of tempe produced was 18,108 packs with an average price of Rp. 2,500, so that the average monthly income earned by tempe craftsmen is Rp 45,270,556 and the average profit gained is Rp 28,354,355. The business of making soybean tempe has an efficiency value of 2.68, meaning that every one rupiah the costs incurred will get an income of 2.68 times the cost incurred, then the tempe industry business in Lamper Tengah Village is feasible to continue and can even be invested in industrial development the tempe.Keywords: Profit, Business Feasibility, Tempe Crafts Manufacturer

Abstract

The mining industry is often a very important sector in a country's economy. In Indonesia, the mining sector has a significant contribution to the country's gross domestic product (GDP) and exports. The rich potential of natural resources can encourage companies to openly explore the mining of these resources This research aims to examine the influence of Company Size and Working Capital on Company Value with Profitability as an intervention variable for mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. This research was conducted using purposive sampling with certain criteria. So the data used was 30 companies for 3 years. The data source used is secondary data. The data collection technique in this research is documentation or library research, namely by collecting all data related to the company's financial reports and then processing it using the SmartPLS application. The results of this research prove that company size has a significant positive effect on profitability, working capital has no effect on profitability, company size has a significant positive effect on company value, working capital has a significant positive effect on company value, profitability is able to mediate the effect of company size on company value, profitability Unable to mediate the effect of Working Capital on Company Value, Profitability has a Significant Positive effect on Company Value.

Abstract

Pengelolaan keuangan adalah mengelola fungsi-fungsi keuangan seperti pencarian dan penggunaan dana. Pengelolaan keuangan yang efektif dalam mencapai tujuannya, membutuhkan pemahaman yang komprehensif terkait prinsip serta praktek penggunaannya. Obyek yang menjadi sasaran adalah wilayah kelurahan Bugangan Semarang Kecamatan Semarang Timur. Profil ibu rumah tangga di wilayah tersebut adalah sebagai pekerja, sebagai pedagang dan ada yang hanya mengurus rumah tangga. Berdasarkan tingkat pendidikan sebagian besar hanya SLTA atau sederajat, sehingga tingkat pengetahuan dalam pengelolaan keuangan keluarga sangat minim. Adapun tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan sosialisasi cara mengelola keuangan keluarga menggunakan aplikasi. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan sosialisasi dan simulasi. Materi yang disampaikan secara presentasi menggunakan power point (PPT). Prosedur pelaksanaan meliputi tahap identifikasi, tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, tahap monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan sosialisasi ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar ibu-ibu rumah tangga peserta kegiatan pengabdian di kelurahan Bugangan Semarang belum pernah membuat anggaran bulanan, tidak pernah mencatat transaksi keuangan sehari-hari dan belum dapat mengelola keuangan keluarga dengan baik. Berdasarkan hasil survei kepuasan, dengan adanya kegiatan sosialisasi ini, ibu-ibu rumah tangga peserta kegiatan pengabdian merasa puas karena materi yang disampaikan sesuai kebutuhan, pemateri menguasai dan materi yang disampaikan sangat jelas, namun peserta kegiatan merasa bahwa durasi waktu sangat pendek sehingga masih belum memahami secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

A construction company is a company that operates in the field of infrastructure development, physical facilities and infrastructure for the benefit of the general public.This study aims to determine and provide empirical evidence related to the determinants of factors that affect firm value in construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2023. The type of data used in this study is secondary data in the form of quantitative documentary data.The results of this study indicate that: Liquidity has a significant positive effect on financial distress. Leverage has a significant positive effect on financial distress. Liquidity Profitability has a significant positive effect on financial distress. Liquidity has a significant negative effect on firm value. Leverage has a significant positive effect on firm value. Profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value. Financial distress has an insignificant positive effect on firm value. Financial distress can mediate liquidity on firm value. Financial distress can mediate leverage on firm value. Financial distress can mediate profitability on firm value.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 memberikan dampak sangat signifikan pada hampir seluruh lapisan perekonomian nasional. Hal tersebut terjadi juga pada pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Peterongan, yang masih memasarkan produknya menggunakan pemasaran tradisional dan masih sedikit yang menggunakan digital marketing. Oleh karena itu, tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu untuk membantu meningkatkan penjualan bagi UMKM di Kelurahan Peterongan yang terdampak pandemi COVID 19. Kegiatan ini telah dilakukan pada Bulan Oktober 2022, yang telah dihadiri sebanyak 15 peserta. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Peterongan. Dengan adanya kondisi pandemi ini maka UMKM di tuntut untuk bertahan agar terhindar dari kebangkrutan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu dengan memberikan pelatihan secara langsung dengan tutorial dilapangan dengan mengajarkan cara menerapkan digital marketing atau pemasaran online. Hasil yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini yaitu pasar produk UMKM di Kelurahan Peterongan mendapatkan jangkauan pasar yang lebih luas tentunya dengan produk yang dikenali dan mudah di akses oleh konsumen. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu dengan memberikan pelatihan secara langsung dengan tutorial dilapangan dengan mengajarkan cara menerapkan bagaimana Caranya Memasarkan Produk UMKM Secara digital Market. Hasil yang diharapkan yaitu produk UMKM di Kelurahan Peterongan semakin mendapatkan kepercayaan konsumen dan jangkauan pasar yang lebih luas tentunya dengan produk yang dikenali dan mudah di akses oleh konsumen.
