Abstract

Accounting computerization students are taught to have accounting information system mindset, to apply, review, and develop the science underlying accounting information system engineering thoroughly. In addition to mastering several applications in accounting field, students also know how a software accounting works. Students of this department are taught to be experts in computer system be it software and hardware, particularly in accounting computer field.The population in this research is S1 and DIII students of Accounting department at universities and colleges in Semarang Municipality with some considerations. The sample is taken using Purposive Sampling. Meanwhile, the data are collected by distributing questionnaire. The data analysis method used is difference test with Independent Sampel t Test, where this test is employed to figure out whether or not there is a mean difference between two unrelated sample groups.There is indeed a difference in students comprehension on the initial data input, transaction recording and financial statements preparation. From the mean rank values of the three variables, it can be seen that students from Diploma program understand initial data input, transaction recording and financial statements preparation better than students from Bachelor program. This is because students from Diploma program receive more lessons on accounting both theoretically and practically, thus they understand the topics better.

Abstract

Researchers want to prove the ratio of debt as well as turnover from inventory, receivables, working capital and also company size to liquidity and its impact during the covid-19 pandemic. The research sample uses basic Chemical industry and consumer goods listed on the IDX for the fourth quarter of 2019 to the first quarter of 2020. This research is quantitative research and secondary data consisting of quarterly financial reports on the IDX. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling method and produced 135 samples of companies. The method used is the panel data regression analysis method. The results of the analysis show that only the debt ratio has a significant negative reaction on liquidity. Company size, accounts receivable turnover, inventory turnover and working capital turnover are not significant because the increase or decrease in the variable does not affect the level of liquidity. During this covid-19 pandemic, there is no change in the relationship between each independent variable to liquidity.

Abstract

A small industry has a strategic role in driving the economy. One of the potential small industries to be developed is the tempe industry. This study aims to analyze the benefits and feasibility tempe crafts manufacturer in Lamper Tengah Village, Semarang Selatan District which is the largest tempe industry area in Semarang City so that the results of the analysis can be taken into consideration to further develop their business.This research design uses quantitative methods. This research is a case study so business owners making tempeh in Semarang City is used as a source to obtain information needed in research. The data used are primary and secondary. Data collection techniques carried out by interview, observation, and recording. Data obtained analyzed using profit analysis  Ï€ = TR-TC  and to find out business feasibility using the formula  R / C  Ratio.The results of this study indicate that the average total cost incurred by tempe producers in Lamper Tengah Village per month is Rp 16,916,210.70. The average amount of tempe produced was 18,108 packs with an average price of Rp. 2,500, so that the average monthly income earned by tempe craftsmen is Rp 45,270,556 and the average profit gained is Rp 28,354,355. The business of making soybean tempe has an efficiency value of 2.68, meaning that every one rupiah the costs incurred will get an income of 2.68 times the cost incurred, then the tempe industry business in Lamper Tengah Village is feasible to continue and can even be invested in industrial development the tempe.Keywords: Profit, Business Feasibility, Tempe Crafts Manufacturer
