This research was conducted to test the effect of the variable Return On Asset (ROA) Return On Equity (ROE) Net Interest Margin (NIM) on stock prices in banking companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The data used in this writing is obtained from financial statement data published by idx taken from the www.idx.co.id website. This study used quantitative data with multiple linear regression techniques. The sample of this study was determined by purposive sampling technique and produced 13 company samples for analysis.The results of this study show that Return On Asset (ROA) has a significant effect on the share price of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Return On Equity (ROE) does not have a significant effect on the share price of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Net Interest Margin (NIM) has a significant effect on the stock prices of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

UKM di wilayah kelurahan Bugangan pada umumnya terdiri dari ibu-ibu rumah tangga dengan tingkat pendidikan bervariasi, sebagian hanya setara dengan pendidikan lanjutan tingkat pertama sehingga kemampuan dalam pengelolaan akuntansi dalam usahanya masih rendah. Jika pencatatan keuangan dilakukan secara manual maka akan membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan tidak efisien. Menindaklanjuti kegiatan pengabdian sebelumnya tentang penyusunan laporan keuangan sederhana serta pengenalan Aplikasi UKM berbasis Smartphone. Oleh karena itu, Tim Dosen dari Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Semarang menawarkan solusi akan memberikan pelatihan penggunaan Aplikasi UKM berbasis Smartphone untuk membuat laporan keuangan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan cara menggunakan Aplikasi UKM berbasis Smartphone dalam membuat laporan keuangan dan meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku UKM dalam membuat laporan keuangan secara cepat dan efisien berbasis digital. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan menggunakan metode ceramah, praktek dan diskusi tanya jawab. Sedangkan prosedur kerja kegiatan ppengabdian ini meliputi tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, tahap monitoring, tahap pelaporan dan tahap publikasi.

The mining industry is often a very important sector in a country's economy. In Indonesia, the mining sector has a significant contribution to the country's gross domestic product (GDP) and exports. The rich potential of natural resources can encourage companies to openly explore the mining of these resources This research aims to examine the influence of Company Size and Working Capital on Company Value with Profitability as an intervention variable for mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. This research was conducted using purposive sampling with certain criteria. So the data used was 30 companies for 3 years. The data source used is secondary data. The data collection technique in this research is documentation or library research, namely by collecting all data related to the company's financial reports and then processing it using the SmartPLS application. The results of this research prove that company size has a significant positive effect on profitability, working capital has no effect on profitability, company size has a significant positive effect on company value, working capital has a significant positive effect on company value, profitability is able to mediate the effect of company size on company value, profitability Unable to mediate the effect of Working Capital on Company Value, Profitability has a Significant Positive effect on Company Value.

A construction company is a company that operates in the field of infrastructure development, physical facilities and infrastructure for the benefit of the general public.This study aims to determine and provide empirical evidence related to the determinants of factors that affect firm value in construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2023. The type of data used in this study is secondary data in the form of quantitative documentary data.The results of this study indicate that: Liquidity has a significant positive effect on financial distress. Leverage has a significant positive effect on financial distress. Liquidity Profitability has a significant positive effect on financial distress. Liquidity has a significant negative effect on firm value. Leverage has a significant positive effect on firm value. Profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value. Financial distress has an insignificant positive effect on firm value. Financial distress can mediate liquidity on firm value. Financial distress can mediate leverage on firm value. Financial distress can mediate profitability on firm value.

Pandemi Covid-19 memberikan dampak sangat signifikan pada hampir seluruh lapisan perekonomian nasional. Hal tersebut terjadi juga pada pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Peterongan, yang masih memasarkan produknya menggunakan pemasaran tradisional dan masih sedikit yang menggunakan digital marketing. Oleh karena itu, tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu untuk membantu meningkatkan penjualan bagi UMKM di Kelurahan Peterongan yang terdampak pandemi COVID 19. Kegiatan ini telah dilakukan pada Bulan Oktober 2022, yang telah dihadiri sebanyak 15 peserta. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Peterongan. Dengan adanya kondisi pandemi ini maka UMKM di tuntut untuk bertahan agar terhindar dari kebangkrutan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu dengan memberikan pelatihan secara langsung dengan tutorial dilapangan dengan mengajarkan cara menerapkan digital marketing atau pemasaran online. Hasil yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini yaitu pasar produk UMKM di Kelurahan Peterongan mendapatkan jangkauan pasar yang lebih luas tentunya dengan produk yang dikenali dan mudah di akses oleh konsumen. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu dengan memberikan pelatihan secara langsung dengan tutorial dilapangan dengan mengajarkan cara menerapkan bagaimana Caranya Memasarkan Produk UMKM Secara digital Market. Hasil yang diharapkan yaitu produk UMKM di Kelurahan Peterongan semakin mendapatkan kepercayaan konsumen dan jangkauan pasar yang lebih luas tentunya dengan produk yang dikenali dan mudah di akses oleh konsumen.

MSMEs in the Bugangan sub-district area engaged in food processing business, most of them have not been able to make simple financial statements. To facilitate the recording of business transactions, the service team will introduce a Smartphone-based SME Application. Most business actors still lack understanding of SME applications and cannot use them. The purpose of the service activities carried out by the Lecturer Team of the Faculty of Economics, University of Semarang is to introduce Smartphone-based SME Applications and socialize the features of SME Applications and how to use them. The service activity will be held on Friday, November 10, 2023. The implementation of service activities at Balai RW 07 Building Jl. Serayu I, Bugangan Village, East Semarang District.The activity was carried out for one day from 13.00 to 15.00 (1 x 2 hours). Service activities are carried out using lectures, training and discussion/question and answer methods. The work procedure for service activities is carried out through several stages, including the identification stage, preparation stage, implementation stage, monitoring and evaluation stage, reporting and publication stage. The material presented was to introduce the features of the SME Application and how to use it. SME Application features consist of journals, general ledgers, balance sheets, profit and loss, balance sheets, periods, debts, receivables, excel exports and income tax returns. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh laba akuntansidan arus kas operasi terhadap return saham melalui harga saham pada perusahaan manufaktur yangterdaftar di BEI Tahun 2011 – 2014. Data yang digunakan dala penelitian ini adalah data sekunderberupa laporan keuangan perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2011- 2014. Data tersebut berupa laporan keuangan yang dapat diperoleh dari Indonesia CapitalMarket Directory (ICMD), website BEI www.idx.co.id serta dari berbagai sumber-sumber lain yang dapatmendukung penelitian ini. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftardi BEI periode 2011 - 2014. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan teknik pengambilan sampelmenggunakan purposive sampling. Dari hasil pengujian dan analisa terhadap data dapat disimpulkanbahwa laba akuntansi dan arus kas operasi secara langsung dan tidak langsung tidak berpengaruhterhadap return saham melalui harga saham dengan menunjukkan hasil yang tidak signifi kan.indo
