Abstract

The potential of banana trees in the Bukit Kencana housing area of Meteseh Village is very high but the surrounding community only uses banana trees limited to fruit and leaves, while the waste is only left to rot. The problem that arises is the unpleasant odor of decay is very disturbing to the community. Though banana tree waste such as banana stem has very high nutritional and fiber content and it can be used for consumption. The objective of Community Service is to provide additional knowledge and creative ideas to open an entrepreneurial mindset so that it can improve the quality of human resources for PKK members in Bukit Kencana Jaya Housing. The method of implementing activities are by giving counseling or lectures, practicing for processing chips, discussions and questions and answers, which begins with providing knowledge about entrepreneurship in looking for business opportunities with natural potential that are available around the Bukit Kencana Jaya housing environment. By organizing the community service activities, it can increase entrepreneurial knowledge and increase insight into how to use and process banana stem into food that can be consumed or sold to other communities so that it will increase income while increasing family welfare.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, kualitas layanan dan promosi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Elsa HijabSemarang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel dalampenelitian ini berjumlah 96 responden yang merupakan konsumen Elsa HijabSemarang. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknikPurporsive Sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dananalisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk, kualitas layanandan promosi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasanpelanggan.Kata kunci: Kualitas produk, kualitas layanan, promosi dan kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

The problem that forms the basis of this research is where the production employees of PT.Kartika Polaswasti Mahardhika is not able to reach the target that has been charged so that theperformance of the employees experienced a decline in employee performance and this studyaimed to analyze leadership factors, compensation and work environment on the performance ofemployees. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Kartika Polaswasti Mahardhikawhich amounted to 437 employees while the sampling technique used was a non probabilitysampling technique with the type of accidental sampling and the analysis tool used in this studymultiple linear regression. The results showed that leadership variables, compensation and workenvironment had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT.Polaswasti Mahardhika Kartika and the results of the adjusted R square value in the regressionmodel were obtained at 0.571 which means that 57.1 percent of employee performance variablescan be explained by leadership variables, compensation and work environment while theremaining 42.9 percent is explained by other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

This research analyzes many factors which can influence someone to be come STIEPARI Students. The problem of the research refers to the phenomena of STIEPARI wihich does not fulfill new students expectation target. The purpose of the research is to enhance the interest target to be students of STIEPARI Semarang.The data analysis technique to the rest the hypotesis is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) which is operated with the Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) Versi 18.0. The result shows that marketing public relation anda campus image veriable as an intervening variable in this research is correct. It means that marketing public relation influences the campus image which correlates the decision to be STIEPARI students.Kata Kunci : marketing public relation, campusimage & becoming STIEPARI students

Abstract

The research objective is to determine the absorption of labor in terms of competencyaspects and to determine the relevance of the world of education in terms of competence withthe world of work. This type of research is qualitative. The sampling of data sources was done bypurposive and snowball. Data collection techniques by using triangulation (combined). The dataanalysis is inductive or qualitative in nature and the research results emphasize meaning ratherthan generalization. Students opportunities in the world of work in terms of competence are verylow, this can be shown based on data on the increase in the number of the workforce which isnot accompanied by an increase in the labor force participation rate. It is hoped that theAcademics will open an entrepreneurship-based curriculum where every student is expected tohave the ability and potential to become an entrepreneurial spirit. The relevance of the world ofeducation in terms of competence with the world of work is still low even though public access tohigher education continues to increase. This is reflected in the low labor absorption of collegegraduates. The relevance of college graduates to the need for labor is an important factor inefforts to prevent unemployed graduates, in this case it is necessary to determine strategicpolicies and superior programs in order to realize quality higher education.

Abstract

Persaingan pada industri kosmetik yang berkembang semakin pesat dan signifikan, terbukti dengan semakin banyaknya jenis kosmetik dan skincare di pasaran yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat masyarakat untuk membeli dan menggunakan produk tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi online, celebrity endorsement, kualitas produk dan minat beli terhadap keputusan pembelian produk toner Somethinc. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner dalam bentuk google form yang diisi oleh responden yang berusia 18-27 tahun, merupakan Mahasiswa/i Perguruan Tinggi Negeri atau Perguruan Tinggi Swasta dan menggunakan produk toner Somethinc. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 93 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dimana responden merupakan masyarakat generasi Z di Kelurahan Kalibanteng Kidul. Dalam penelitian ini analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa promosi online berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli. Celebrity endorsement dan kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh namun tidak signifikan terhadap minat beli. Promosi online tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Celebrity endorsement, kualitas produk dan minat beli berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Abstract

UKM di wilayah kelurahan Bugangan pada umumnya terdiri dari ibu-ibu rumah tangga dengan tingkat pendidikan bervariasi, sebagian hanya setara dengan pendidikan lanjutan tingkat pertama sehingga kemampuan dalam pengelolaan akuntansi dalam usahanya masih rendah. Jika pencatatan keuangan dilakukan secara manual maka akan membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan tidak efisien. Menindaklanjuti kegiatan pengabdian sebelumnya tentang penyusunan laporan keuangan sederhana serta pengenalan Aplikasi UKM berbasis Smartphone. Oleh karena itu, Tim Dosen dari Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Semarang menawarkan solusi akan memberikan pelatihan penggunaan Aplikasi UKM berbasis Smartphone untuk membuat laporan keuangan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan cara menggunakan Aplikasi UKM berbasis Smartphone dalam membuat laporan keuangan dan meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku UKM dalam membuat laporan keuangan secara cepat dan efisien berbasis digital. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan menggunakan metode ceramah, praktek dan diskusi tanya jawab. Sedangkan prosedur kerja kegiatan ppengabdian ini meliputi tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, tahap monitoring, tahap pelaporan dan tahap publikasi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Competence, Discipline, and Work Motivation on Employee Performance (Case Study at CV. Vin_Case). The population used in this study were all employees of CV. Vin_Case totaling 45 employees. This study uses a quantitative method using a questionnaire. The method of data analysis in this study uses multiple linear analysis with the dependent variable being Employee Performance, while the independent variables are Competence, Discipline and Motivation. In this study using saturated sampling techniques, namely sampling techniques where all members of the population are used as samples. Then the data collection method was through questionnaires and data analysis using SPSS version 21. Data analysis techniques used in this study included validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing using the t test and the coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this study indicate that the independent variables, namely Competence (X1), Discipline (X2) and Motivation (X3) have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Based on the coefficient of determination 58.6 percent of employee performance can be explained by independent variables in this study, while the remaining 41.4 percent is explained by variables not observed in this study.
