Abstract

Pendahuluan: Anak dikatakan sehat apabila pertumbuhan dan perkembangannya sesuai dengan tahapan umur dan tidak mengalami gangguan penyakit secara fisik maupun mental. Namun seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, banyak ditemukan masalah gangguan kesehatan terkait dengan perkembangan mental. Salah satu gangguan kesehatan yang cenderung meningkat dan menjadi masalah baik di Negeri maju atau berkembang saat ini adalah retardasi mental. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui factor – factor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kemandirian perawatan diri pada anak retardasi mental ringan di SDLB 1 Negeri Denpasar tahun 2016. Metode: pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif penelitian deskriptif (descriptive research). Besar sampel dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 53 anak dengan tehnik pengambilan sampel non probability sampling jenis “Purposive sampling. Hasil: berdasarkan karakteristik responden didapatkan sebagian besar anak berumur 10 tahun sejumlah 22,6 %, pendidikan sebagian besar SD 60,4%, jenis kelamin sebagian besar 75,5%, dan sebagian besar anak ke-2 yaitu sebesar 45,3%. Uji statistic yang digunakan adalah korelasi kontingensi didapatkan umur dan tingkat pendidikan memiliki nilai 0.03 dan 0.01.Diskusi: hal ini menunjukkan bahwa usia dan tingkat pendidikan sangat mempengaruhi tingkat kemandirian anak retardasi mental sedang. Kata Kunci : Tingkat Kemandirian, Anak Retardasi Mental ABSTRACT Children are said to be healthy if the growth and development in accordance with the stages of age and do not experience diseases physically and mentally.But along with the development of the times, many health problems are found related to mental development.One of the health disorders that tends to increase and become a problem in both the developed and developing countries today is mental retardation.This study aims to determine the factors that affect the level of self-sufficiency of self-care in children with mild mental retardation in SDLB 1 Denpasar.The approach used in this research is quantitative approach descriptive research.Sample size in this research are 53 children with sampling technique non probability sampling purposive sampling.Based on the characteristics of the respondents, most of the children aged 10 years are 22.6%, most of the primary education is 60.4%, gender is 75.5% and most of them are 45.3%.The statistic test used is contingency correlation obtained age and educational level has value 0.03 and 0.01.The results of this study indicate that the age and level of education greatly affects the level of independence of children with moderate mental retardation. Abstract

Parenting has a significant impact on the suitability of the child's stage of development in terms of personal-social. Preschool age in terms of personal, children should be able to perform simple activities independently, from the social aspect, the hallmark is the start of the social environment of children. The impact of the failure or delay of personal social development is the frustration of the child because the child is unable to socialize. Selection of appropriate parenting patterns can help the child achieve a normal level of development. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between parental parenting with the development of personal social preschoolers. This research uses correlational research design with cross sectional approach. Non probability sampling with purposive sampling technique, the number of samples counted 146 people. The results of the study of 137 respondents apply democratic parenting, 7 respondents implement authoritarian parenting and 2 combinations (democratic-authoritarian). Result of measurement of personal social development, 69 children including normal category and 77 children including category of suspect. The test used is chi square test and Contingency Coefficient test. Chi-square correlation test results obtained p value 0.014, with a significance limit (alpha) of 5%, then p value <0.05. These results indicate that there are differences in personal social development of children in parents who apply democratic, authoritarian or combination parenting. The result of contingency coefficient test, or contingency coefficient is (r) is 0,236, p value 0,014 with very weak correlation conclusion. Nurses are expected to carry out promotive and preventive measures to reduce the rate of personal development of social categories of children suspect, as well as optimizing the child's personal social development.

Abstract

Adolescents are individuals who show the secondary sexual signs until they reach sexual maturity. Maturity of sexual organs and hormonal changes cause the emergence of sexual urges in adolescents in sexual behavior. This study aims to determine the effect of providing health education to the level of knowledge on premarital sexual behavior. This type of research is an experimental quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent control group design approach. Non-equivalent control group design approach. The number of samples in this study were 94 respondents with stratified random sampling technique. The results showed that 47 (100%) in the treatment group were in the good category while in the control group were 2 (4.0%) in the poor category, 32 (68.0%) in the adequate category and 13 (28.0%) in the good category. Based on the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test statistical test it is known that p = 0,000 so that p <α nikai α = 0.05, then H0 is rejected, meaning there is an influence of health education. Adolescents are expected to increase their knowledge and understanding of health education, so that they can prevent premarital sexual behavior.

Abstract

Adolescent aggressive behavior is an emotional state that is a mixture of feelings of frustration and hatred or anger. This is based on the emotional state in depth of each person as an important part of the emotional state that can be projected into the environment, inside or destructively. One of the factors thant influence aggressive behavior is parenting which is divided into three types, that are authoritarian parenting, permissive pareting, and democratic parenting. This research is to know relationship between the parenting style and aggression behavior of adolescent boys. The sample consisted of 129 respondents with simple random sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire parenting style and aggression behavior. The results showed the majority parenting style in the authoritarian parenting category was 43.4%, and the majority of the aggression behavior in the hight category was 48.1%. Based on the Spearman rank correlation test results obtained p value = 0,017 <0.05 then Ho is rejected Ha is accepted, which means there is a relationship of parenting style with aggression behavior. Conclusion there is a relationship between parenting parents with aggressive behavior inadolescent in SMA Saraswati 1 Denpasar.
