Abstract

Program Mentor Cerdas merupakan inisiatif strategis yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan anak-anak di pedesaan, khususnya di Dusun 8, Desa Rejomulyo, Lampung Selatan.Program ini dilaksanakan oleh mahasiswa Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Universitas Lampung dengan fokus pada pemberian bimbingan akademis serta pelatihan kreatif yang melibatkan pengajaran dalam mata pelajaran seperti Matematika, Bahasa (Arab, Inggris, dan Lampung), serta aktivitas kreatif seperti melukis dan kerajinan tangan. Melalui pendekatan pembelajaran aktif dan interaktif, program ini dirancang untuk menumbuhkan semangat belajar dan meningkatkan keterampilan akademis serta kreativitas anak-anak desa, dengan harapan mampu memperkecil kesenjangan pendidikan antara anak-anak di pedesaan dan perkotaan. Partisipasi aktif masyarakat, termasuk orang tua siswa, juga menjadi bagian integral dari keberhasilan program ini. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman akademis dan keterampilan kreatif anak-anak di Desa Rejomulyo, yang tidak hanya memperkuat fondasi pendidikan mereka tetapi juga membangun motivasi dan kesadaran akan pentingnya pendidikan untuk masa depan mereka. Abstract

Program kerja UMKM Getuk Kelanting Desa Rejomulyo Dusun 8 berfokus pada pengembangan usaha produk getuk kelanting dari olahan singkong yang belum banyak dijumpai, dengan tujuan meningkatkan pemasaran melalui media sosial. Meskipun UMKM ini memiliki potensi untuk tumbuh lebih besar dengan adanya pasokan singkong yang memadai dan permintaan yang meningkat, namun menghadapi hambatan dalam pemasaran karena kurangnya pemahaman teknologi digital. Dengan implementasi strategi pemasaran digital seperti pembuatan video dokumenter dan pemanfaatan media sosial seperti TikTok, diharapkan informasi mengenai UMKM getuk kelanting dapat tersebar luas. Hal ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan eksposur UMKM dan mendukung pertumbuhan usaha, serta memberikan kontribusi pada perekonomian lokal. Keywords: getuk kelanting, rejomulyo,singkong, UMKM

Abstract

Liquid organic fertilizer (POC) is a fertilizer that is available in liquid form, POC can be interpreted as fertilizer that is made naturally through a fermentation process so as to produce a solution resulting from decay from plant residues, as well as animal or human waste. In this case, the material used is coconut fibers. This article contains an overview and explanation related to the socialization work program and the manufacture of liquid organic fertilizer made from coconut fibers. The writing of this article uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive-qualitative model. Overview and explanation related to the work program of making compost, including the process, stages, results, and benefits. The writing of this article uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive-explanatory model. As a result, the community receives new understandings and insights in terms of household waste utilization. In addition, the community can reduce the use of chemical fertilizers and factory-made fertilizers that are generally already used by rural communities, so as to minimize the expenditure of village farming communities in the process of farming. This article is limited to the implementation of KKN Kerbang Dalam Period 1 2023.

Abstract

Education based on environmental awareness plays an essential role in shaping a generation that cares about the environment and sustainability. One effective approach to raising this awareness is by integrating simple science that focuses on the use of natural materials in everyday life. Lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus), which is rich in bioactive compounds like citronella and geraniol, offers various benefits, including antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. This program aims to educate students, teachers, and parents on how to process lemongrass into eco-friendly liquid soap, as well as teach practical skills that can be applied in daily life. Through this training, students will not only understand the benefits of natural materials but also acquire skills that can be used to create economic opportunities based on environmentally friendly products. This program also encourages a healthy and sustainable lifestyle by reducing dependence on harmful chemical-based commercial cleaning products. Furthermore, the program aims to introduce the concept of entrepreneurship based on natural products, which can create new economic opportunities at the local level. The implementation of this community service program will involve students, teachers, and parents at SD Negeri 2 Pampangan, Sekincau District, West Lampung. Through hands-on training, it is expected to have a significant positive impact on improving the competence of students, teachers, and parents in effectively utilizing natural resources. Additionally, this program has the potential to serve as a model that can be implemented in other schools across Indonesia, expanding its positive impact and raising environmental awareness among the younger generation.
