Abstract

Pasca pandemi Covid-19, sektor usaha mulai tumbuh dan bangkit kembali diikuti naiknya omset penjualan produk dan pendapatan UMKM. Pada masa pandemi Covid-19, sektor UMKM merupakan sektor yang paling rentan. UMKM perlu melakukan digitalisasi untuk mendongkrak penjualan di masa pandemi Covid-19 melalui platform e-commerce. Selain itu, kebijakan UMKM untuk menentukan kualitas aset strategis dalam persaingan produk mereka untuk mengembangkan kinerja UMKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah kualitas aset strategis dan e-commerce dapat meningkatkan kinerja UMKM dengan variabel strategi persaingan produk sebagai pemoderasi. Penelitian ini mengembangkan model kualitas aset dan e-commerce terhadap kinerja UMKM yang dimoderasi oleh strategi persaingan produk. Sampel penelitian adalah UMKM Batik di Kabupaten Banyumas dan Purbalingga dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling dan teknik analisis data menggunakan SEM. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 143 responden yang memenuhi syarat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan semakin tinggi kualitas aset yang dimiliki oleh pemilik atau pengelola UMKM maka strategi persaingan produk UMKM semakin baik. Semakin tinggi ecommerce maka strategi persaingan produk UMKM semakin baik. Semakin tinggi strategi persaingan produk maka semakin baik kinerja UMKM. Semakin tinggi strategi kualitas aset maka semakin baik kinerja UMKM. Semakin tinggi e-commerce maka kinerja UMKM semakin baik.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis perbedaan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, kepemimpinan transformasional, gaya kepemimpinan laisses fair, kepuasan kerja pegawai  dan  dukungan sosial narapidana di Lapas high risk dan medium risk Nusakambangan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada responden. Jenis data penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari jawaban kuesioner.  Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pegawai dan narapidana di Lapas high risk (Lapas    Kelas I Batu dan Lapas Kelas IIA Pasir Putih) dan Lapas medium risk (Lapas Permisan) Nusakambangan. Sampel penelitian diambil menggunakan rumus slovin sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 75 pegawai dan 86 narapidana dengan teknik pengambilan sampel proporsional random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, pengujian hipotesis (Independent Sample T Test). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional di Lapas high risk dan medium risk Nusakambangan. Ada perbedaan gaya kepemimpinan transaksional di Lapas high risk dan medium risk Nusakambangan. Ada perbedaan gaya kepemimpinan laisses faire di Lapas high risk dan medium risk Nusakambangan. Ada perbedaan kepuasan kerja pegawai di Lapas high risk dan medium risk Nusakambangan. Ada perbedaan dukungan sosial narapidana di Lapas high risk dan medium risk Nusakambangan.

Abstract

The target audience for this Science and Technology Application Program is the Nurimas batik making group which has 11 members and is located in Pajerukan Village, Kalibagor District. The emergence of this group was triggered by the large demand for batik products in Kalibagor District in particular and in Banyumas Regency in general which has not been served, namely 10,020 people from school students, teachers and employees within the Kalibagor District. School students, teachers and employees in Banyumas Regency are generally required to wear batik clothing 2-3 days a week. Meanwhile, the Nurimas Batik group is the only batik craftsman from the Kalibagor District area. The partners' main problems are that many of the production equipment is no longer suitable and there is a lack of capital due to the Covid 19 pandemic, the partners have not started a business in promoting their products to potential customers, the partners have not mastered the online marketing or sales of their batik, the partners do not understand group management. which is good, the partners do not implement order in their group's administrative records, the batik motif designs of the batik-making partners are still simple and not yet varied, their mastery of business management is still lacking and they do not carry out standardized bookkeeping. This activity has resulted in an increase in equipment and production materials owned by partners, increased sales, the ability to market on-line, increased partner mastery of group management and administration, results of administering activities, group financial reports, and scientific articles. In order to obtain the specified goals and outcomes, the team carries out outreach programs to partners, practice and mentoring. The method used to evaluate is to compare the level of knowledge with capabilities and production results. Then compare marketing activities before the Science and Technology Application service program and after.

Abstract

There has been a limited amount of research conducted on the specific outcomes associated with harmonious and obsessive passion. Therefore, this study aims to fill the gap by examining the effects of harmonious and obsessive passions on entrepreneurial self-efficacy and curiosity. Distinctions between the impacts of harmonious and obsessive passions are established, setting it apart from previous studies. The results show that harmonious passion positively impacts entrepreneurial self-efficacy, whereas obsessive passion lacks such an effect. However, both types of passion positively influence entrepreneurial curiosity. The sample consists of 236 housewives from Banyumas Regency, selected through convenience sampling. Moreover, this study suggests that harmonious passion yields more beneficial outcomes than obsessive passion. Practical applications of the results include fostering entrepreneurial self-efficacy in housewives by enhancing harmonious passion through internalization processes. These processes can be facilitated through entrepreneurial-focused interventions, such as training programs, educational modules, and participation in entrepreneurial events.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh parsial diantara variabel tekanan sosial, insentif ekonomi halal, komitmen halal, manajemen hubungan rantai pasok, desain rantai pasok halal, dan kinerja rantai pasok halal. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan SEM-PLS dan memperoleh hasil (a) Tekanan sosial berpengaruh positif terhadap insentif ekonomi halal, komitmen halal, manajemen hubungan rantai pasok, dan desain rantai pasok halal. (b) Insentif ekonomi halal berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen halal, manajemen hubungan rantai pasok, dan desain rantai pasok halal. (c) Komitmen halal berpengaruh positif terhadap manajemen hubungan rantai pasok dan desain rantai pasok halal. (d) Manajemen hubungan rantai pasok dan desain rantai pasok halal masing-masing memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja rantai pasok halal. Implikasi dari penelitian ini yaitu pemerintah diharapkan meningkatkan jumlah insentif ekonomi halal bagi pelaku UMKM seiring pesatnya perkembangan industri halal. Insentif tersebut diharapkan dapat menjadi motivasi bagi pelaku UMKM untuk meningkatkan komitmen untuk mengimplementasikan rantai pasok halal, sehingga integritas kehalalan produk semakin terjaga.

Abstract

Keberlanjutan usaha menjadi semakin penting di era fluktuatif saat ini, terutama bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) yang rentan tergantikan. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi keterampilan dengan pelatihan yang diberikan oleh Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Jenderal Soedirman kepada para petani bambu, yang masih menghadapi kendala dalam pemasaran, penjualan, dan pengolahan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelaksanaan pelatihan yang mencakup penyuluhan, pembuatan kerajinan bambu dan pendampingan pengembangan produk olahan bambu. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 25 peserta yang terdiri dari pengrajin bambu menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dalam mengikuti kegiatan, serta berhasil mengidentifikasi peluang pasar yang belum dimanfaatkan. Pelatihan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan keterampilan teknis peserta, tetapi juga menumbuhkan kesadaran akan nilai ekonomi bambu yang lebih tinggi. Simpulan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah bahwa pelatihan yang terstruktur dapat meningkatkan kemampuan dan motivasi petani bambu, membuka peluang pasar baru, dan mendukung keberlanjutan usaha mereka di tengah tantangan yang ada. Dengan demikian, upaya ini berpotensi memberikan dampak positif jangka panjang terhadap pendapatan dan kesejahteraan keluarga, serta mendorong pertumbuhan sektor UMKM berbasis sumber daya lokal. Pengabdian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pelatihan keterampilan olahan bambu dapat membuka peluang kerja baru khususnya bagi warga sekitar yang biasanya hanya petani bambu saja dan tentunya  meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani sehingga harapan nya dapat meningkatkan pendapatan desa legok bantarkawung.

Abstract

Partners in this program are bamboo craftsmen Jihan Craft, Somakaton Village, Somagede District, Banyumas Regency. The problems faced by partners are lack of equipment in running their business; very limited capabilities in business management consisting of production management, HR, marketing and finance; limited ability in bookkeeping and financial reporting; limited ability to carry out online marketing activities; do not form groups; do not understand group management; and do not have the skills to carry out group administration. To achieve the goals, activities are carried out in the form of counseling, practice and mentoring. The evaluation method is carried out by comparing the level of knowledge and abilities as well as the production and marketing performance of partners before and after the activity. The benefits of this service activity are that partners get additional mechanical production equipment so they can increase the quantity and quality of their products and can produce more efficiently, partners' business management abilities increase, they have the ability to do bookkeeping and financial reporting, they can carry out online marketing activities well, the formation of groups Jihan Craft business officially, understand and can practice group management well; and can carry out group administration activities well.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyse the relationship between private sector non-permanent workers' levels of job satisfaction and their levels of job insecurity in Banyumas Regency. It focusses on the ways in which proactive personality traits and the perception of organisational support mediate this connection. Data were obtained from 100 respondents using a quantitative survey approach and analysed using Partial Least Squares via SmartPLS 4. Work instability is associated with lower levels of work satisfaction, according to the research.  Although it shown a favourable tendency, proactive personality did not considerably attenuate this negative association. On the other hand, work satisfaction was less affected by job insecurity when perceived organisational support acted as a moderator. In light of these results, it is clear that employees' well-being in conditions of job uncertainty is best maintained via the use of external support systems. Internal psychological qualities and perceived organisational elements as modifiers are also included in the research, which adds to the literature. This is especially true in the context of contract-based employment in Indonesia. This research underlines the need for companies to foster supportive environments and pay attention to psychological conditions that may impact satisfaction and productivity, especially among non-permanent employees.
