Abstract

The development of information technology, especially smartphones, encourages people to decide to buy smartphones. In line with increasing competition in market share in Indonesia. However, in reality the Realme company is only ranked fifth in market share in Indonesia. This research aims to test and analyze the influence of product quality and e-wom with brand image as mediation on purchasing decisions for Realme smartphone products. The independent variables of this research are product quality and e-wom. The mediating variable is brand image while the dependent variable is purchasing decisions. This research uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to Realme smartphone consumers in Pontianak City. The collected data was analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the WarpPls 8.0 application. The research results show that there is a direct influence between product quality and brand image. There is a direct influence between e-wom on brand image. There is a direct influence between product quality on purchasing decisions. There is a direct influence between e-wom on purchasing decisions. There is no direct influence between brand image on purchasing decisions. There is no relationship between product quality and purchasing decisions mediated by brand image. There is no relationship between e-wom and purchasing decisions mediated by brand image.

Abstract

Advances in information technology in Indonesia continue to grow, resulting in new innovations in the financial sector. One of these innovations is the electronic payment facility (e-wallet) which is experiencing rapid growth and is the main choice for the people of Indonesia. This study aims to examine the effect of perceived ease of use on behavioral intent through perceived enjoyment in digital payments. The sample used was 120 respondents who were DANA e-wallet users. Which is determined using nonprobability sampling techniques, namely purposive sampling and analyzed using Partial Least Square with the help of WarpPLS Software. The results showed that perceived ease of use had a positive influence on behavioral intent. In addition, perceived ease of use also has a positive effect on perceived enjoyment, and perceived enjoyment also has a positive influence on behavioral intention

Abstract

CU Banuri Harapan Kita didirikan pada 1994 untuk memberikan layanan keuangan kepada masyarakat. CU ini bertujuan memajukan ekonomi masyarakat dengan mengumpulkan tabungan dan memberikan pinjaman. CU ini berdiri di bawah naungan Kantor Koperasi Kabupaten Sanggau.Adapun rumusan masalah Apakah Kinerja Keuangan Koperasi Simpan Pinjam CU. Banuri Harapan Kita Ngabang sudah sesuai jika ditinjau berdasarkan analisis PEARLS (Pretection, Effective Financial Structure, Asset Quality, Rate of Return and Cost, Sign of Growth)?. Berdasarkan rumusan masalah tersebut maka penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui apakah keadaan laporan keuangan Kantor CU Banuri Harapan Kita Ngabang dalam kondisi yang baik atau tidak baik. Untuk dapat mengetahui hal ini maka dilakukan analisa laporan keuangan dengan menerapkan analisis PEARLS (Pretection, Effective Financial Structure, Asset Quality, Rate of Return and Cost, Sign of Growth). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pengukuran menghasilkan rasio yang sangat jauh dari batas ideal, dengan demikian kinerja keuangan CU Banuri Harapan Kita dari rasio propeksi 1 (P1) ini adalah "Tidak Baik". Dari hasil perhitungan rasio propeksi 2 (P2) ini CU Banuri Harapan Kita juga "Tidak Baik". Hasil pengukuran rasio Total Recivables to Total Assets Ratio "Tidak Ideal. kinerja keuangannya atas rasio ini "Tidak Baik". Hasil pengukuran rasio TotalSavings Deposits to Total Assets, kinerja keuangannya atas rasio ini "Baik". Hasil pengukuran rasio TotalExternal Credit toTotal Asset, kinerja keuangannya atas rasio ini "Baik". Hasil pengukuran Rasio Biaya (bunga) simpanan terhadap rata-rata Simpanan/Deposit kinerja keuangannya atas rasio Total Interest cost on Saving Deposits to Average saving deposite Modal sendiri/lembaga terhadap Total Aset adalah "Baik". Hasil pengukuran rasio biaya jasa simpanan (BJS) modal saham terhadap rata-rata simpanan saham kinerja keuangannya atas rasio Total Total interst (devidend) Cost on Shares to Average Member Shares adalah "Baik". Hasil pengukuran rasio beban biaya operasi dari usaha terhadap total aset kinerja keuangannya atas rasio Total Operating Expenses to Average Total Assets adalah "Baik". Hasil pengukuran kinerja keuangannya atas rasio kemampuan persediaan kas atau kas pada ATM CU yang dibandingkan jumlah aset atau Non-earning Liquid Assets to Total Assets adalah "Baik". Hasil terhadap pertumbuhan anggota maka pertumbuhan aset CU Banuri Harapan Kita dianggap sudah sangat tinggi dan sangat ideal.

Abstract

Coffee Shops in Pontianak are proof that people's interest in coffee is increasing. With unique concepts, diverse flavors, and a comfortable atmosphere, coffee shops in Pontianak have successfully captured the hearts of coffee lovers. This study aims to determine the influence of fear of missing out (FOMO) on self-control and impulse buying in viral coffee shops. The population in this study were people who had previously purchased coffee shops in Pontianak, selected using a purposive sampling method, resulting in a total sample of 100 people. This quantitative study tested hypotheses using SmartPLS3. The results showed that FOMO had a positive effect on purchases of viral coffee shops in Pontianak, self-control had a positive effect on purchases of viral coffee shops in Pontianak, and impulse buying had a positive effect on purchases of viral coffee shops in Pontianak

Abstract

Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Negeri 1 Sungai Raya dilatarbelakangi dibutuhkan pemahaman tentang kewirausahaan dan rendahnya minat berwirausaha di sekolah tersebut. Lulusan SMK pada umumnya dipersiapkan agar menjadi lulusan terampil untuk memenuhi kebutuhan lapangan pekerjaan di bidang tertentu sehingga dapat berpotensi untuk menyumbang tingkat pengangguran. Siswa SMK Negeri 1 Sungai Raya memerlukan pandangan lebih jauh mengenai masa depan yang akan dihadapi bahwa profesi kedepannya sebagai wirausaha yang dapat berkontribusi besar pada perekonomian di Indonesia Tujuan dari kegiatan PKM yakni untuk memberikan pemahaman dan pengetahuan kepada siswa SMK Negeri 1 Sungai Raya tentang kewirausahaan serta memberikan motivasi kepada siswa dalam tujuan untuk meningkatkan minat berwirausaha. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi yaitu dengan menggunakan metode ceramah dan tanya-jawab. Metode dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan PMP ini yaitu dengan memberikan seminar dengan memberikan pemahaman kepada siswa literasi kewirausahaan.

Abstract

This study discusses the influence of attractiveness, Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) and social factors on the interest in visiting Tugu Khatulistiwa of Pontianak City in the tourism sector. This research is focused on the people of Pontianak City who have an interest in visiting Tugu Khatulistiwa. In this research, the type and data to be used is quantitative research with a survey method approach to achieve research objectives, namely identifying the role of e-wom appeal and social factors on visiting interest at the Tugu Khatulistiwa, Pontianak City. Using purposive sampling method involving 150 respondents. Hypothesis testing of this study was carried out with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) with the Warp-PLS version 8.0 analysis tool. The results of this study reveal the important role of Attractiveness, E-WOM and Social Factors in influencing tourist interest in visiting a tourist destination. From the calculation of the coefficient value and significance value, there is a positive influence between Attractiveness and E-Wom on the interest in visiting the Pontianak Tugu Khatulistiwa, while the coefficient value and significance value of Social Factors do not have a positive influence on the interest in visiting the Pontianak Tugu Khatulistiwa. These findings provide valuable insights for the tourism industry in developing more effective and attractive marketing strategies. The practical implications of this research can help related parties in increasing attractiveness, promotion and factors that can shape a person's interest in visiting Tugu Khatulistiwa
