Abstract

Peningkatan kinerja aparatur sipil negara (ASN) menjadi salah satu fokus utama dalam upaya mewujudkan tata kelola pemerintahan yang efektif dan berkualitas. Faktor-faktor internal seperti tingkat pendidikan, promosi jabatan, dan pengembangan karir diyakini berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kinerja tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tingkat pendidikan, promosi jabatan, dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi, pada Dinas Bina Marga, Sumber Daya Air, dan Bina Konstruksi Kabupaten Bondowoso. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis jalur (path analysis). Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada seluruh pegawai ASN di instansi tersebut dengan teknik sensus. Instrumen penelitian telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, dan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pendidikan, promosi jabatan, dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja juga memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Namun, kepuasan kerja tidak terbukti memediasi hubungan antara variabel-variabel tersebut dengan kinerja pegawai. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan pendidikan formal, penerapan sistem promosi yang adil, dan program pengembangan karir yang berkelanjutan dapat mendorong peningkatan kepuasan kerja dan berdampak positif terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi strategis bagi pemerintah daerah dalam merancang kebijakan pengembangan sumber daya manusia, serta menjadi referensi penting dalam penguatan manajemen SDM di sektor publik

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of mudharabah, musyarakah, murabahah financing, financing risk and liquidity risk on profitability in Private Sharia Commercial Banks in 2019-2023. The study used is quantitative explanatory method. The data used are derived from annual financial reports of Private Sharia Commercial Banks. The population in this research is Private Sharia Commercial Banks listed on the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The sampling technique used is the purposive sampling and obtained 5 banks. The data analysis used are classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R¬2) and hypothesis testing. The results show that mudharabah financing, murabahah financing, financing risk, and liquidity risk partially have no effect on profitability while partially musyarakah financing has a significant effect on profitability. This result indicate that bank need to develop musyarakah financing, increase operational efficiency and develope effective risk managemen system. Meanwhile sharia banks need to improve management capabilities ini managing mudharabah and murabahah financing and develop new product that are more profitable. Sharia banks have to maintain financing risk (NPF) so that it do not cause potential losses in the future, Sharia banks also need to improve managemen capabilities in managing liquidy risk

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja perangkat desa melalui peningkatan kompetensi perangkat desa di Kecamatan Tamanan, Kabupaten Bondowoso. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 115 orang perangkat desa, dengan sampel sebanyak 63 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Variabel penelitian terdiri atas kecerdasan emosional, budaya organisasi, dan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel independen; kompetensi sebagai variabel intervening; serta kinerja perangkat desa sebagai variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional, budaya organisasi, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi perangkat desa di Kecamatan Tamanan, Kabupaten Bondowoso. Selanjutnya, kecerdasan emosional, budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja, dan kompetensi terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perangkat desa di wilayah tersebut. Selain itu, kompetensi berperan sebagai variabel mediasi yang signifikan dalam hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional, budaya organisasi, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja perangkat desa di Kecamatan Tamanan, Kabupaten Bondowoso. Kata Kunci: Kecerdasan Emosional, Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja Kompetensi, Kinerja

Abstract

Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis penerapan manajemen risiko pembiayaan berbasis jamaah pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Pembiayaan Syariah pada BMT NU Jawa Timur Cabang Wuluhan Jember. Jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik snowball sampling. Metode penelitian dengan cara pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Metode analisa yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian pada BMT NU Jawa Timur Cabang Wuluhan Jember telah menerapkan manajemen risiko dalam pembiayaan lasisma. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu BMT NU dalam meminimalisir risiko dengan melakukan survey kelayakan nasabah, wawancara, keputusan pembiayaan, proses pencairan, dan controlling. BMT NU tidak menerapkan adanya collateral dalam pembiayaan lasisma, tetapi hanya menggunakan analisis 4C yaitu (Character, Capacity, Capital, Condition of Economy).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, penilaian kinerja, dan karakteristik individu terhadap kinerja pegawai di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Bondowoso. Latar belakang penelitian adalah belum optimalnya kinerja pegawai yang tercermin dari rendahnya pencapaian Sasaran Kinerja Pegawai (SKP) serta permasalahan kedisiplinan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada pegawai. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji parsial dan simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja, penilaian kinerja, dan karakteristik individu masing-masing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut memberikan kontribusi sebesar 83,9% terhadap kinerja pegawai, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain di luar model penelitian. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan kinerja pegawai dapat dicapai melalui penguatan motivasi, penerapan sistem penilaian yang adil dan objektif, serta penempatan pegawai sesuai karakteristik individu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan  menganalisis pengaruh secara  langsung maupun tidak langsung kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi dan gender terhadap kinerja pegawai  Kecamatan di Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Penelitian ini menggunakan obyek seluruh pegawai kecamatan di Kabupaten Banyuwangi dengan populasi sejumlah 415 orang dan sampel dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 204 orang dengan Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu Probability Sampling yaitu metode Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Pengolahan data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Berdasrakan hasil penelitian dismpulkan bahwa (1) kepemimpinan transformasional secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, (2) motivasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, (3) gender secara parsial berpegaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, (4) kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi dan gender secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kecamatan di Kabupaten Banyuwangi.

Abstract

Community Service is one of the pillars of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely: education, research, and community service. One of the locations for community service carried out by the Mandala Institute of Technology and Science this year is Pugerwetan village where the majority of the population works as fishermen and the rest produce processed seafood into various superior products such as shrimp paste, condiment of the fermented shrimp, fish crackers, and dried fish. Many of these producers are hereditary business actors who still use traditional methods in the production process, as well as the marketing of their products. The purpose of this community service is to help producers to improve the quality of their products by using information technology. In this community service, our partners are shrimp paste producers and fish crackers producers in Pugerwetan village. Our service method is to provide public education, training, and advocacy regarding the importance of utilizing digital marketing through social media platforms and marketplaces as media for product sales promotion. The results of this Real Work Lecture are the use of social media platforms and marketplaces by shrimp paste and cracker producers as media for product sales promotion. Abstract

The implementation of the Basel III Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR), although aimed at improving financial stability, has the potential to reduce Islamic bank margins and encourage profit management practices due to funding structure mismatches. This study aims to analyze and synthesize the literature on the implications of NSFR on margins and profit management practices in Islamic banking. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method based on PRISMA 2020 (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) for articles published between 2020 and 2025, the data were analyzed through narrative synthesis. The synthesis results show that NSFR causally suppresses profit margins through increased funding costs. Based on agency theory, this pressure on profitability creates a strong incentive for managers to engage in earnings management as a strategic response. This study formulates a conceptual framework that integrates liquidity regulations, financial performance, and managerial behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to develop the website of the Sumberwringin Bondowoso tourist village as a strategy to expand the market and strengthen local identity. The website is designed to be a digital promotional medium that displays the potential of nature, culture, and creative products of the community in a structured and easily accessible manner. The method used includes three stages, namely planning in August 2025 with the identification of village potential and the preparation of content concepts, implementation from September to October 2025 in the form of website structure construction, content filling, and manager training, and evaluation in October 2025 to assess the effectiveness and response of the community and tourists. The results of the activity show that the website has succeeded in expanding the reach of promotion, increasing public involvement in digital content management, and opening up opportunities for cooperation with external parties. The website also strengthens the image of the village as a cultural and nature-based tourist destination. The discussion emphasized that digitalization through websites is an important factor in the development of sustainable tourism. This is in line with previous research which states that the use of information technology is able to increase the competitiveness of tourist destinations and expand the market. Thus, the development of the Sumberwringin tourism village website makes a real contribution to the growth of the creative economy and the sustainability of the village.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the partial and simultaneous effects of taxes, tunneling incentives, bonus mechanisms, company size, and exchange rates on transfer pricing practices within manufacturing firms listed on the IDX during 2019-2020. Employing a quantitative approach, this research utilizes secondary data sourced from companies' annual financial reports. A purposive sampling method was applied, resulting in a sample of 8 companies. Multiple linear regression analysis was used as the data analysis technique. The findings indicate that taxes and company size have a partial influence on transfer pricing. Conversely, tunneling incentives, bonus mechanisms, and exchange rates do not exhibit a significant impact on transfer pricing individually. However, when considered together, taxes, tunneling incentives, bonus mechanisms, company size, and exchange rates collectively influence transfer pricing.
