Abstract

Abstrak: Kurangnya pengetahuan dan kemampuan siswa dalam gerakan tangan dan kaki dasar senam ritmik adalah kekuatan pendorong di balik penelitian ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji bagaimana pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis proyek mempengaruhi keterampilan motorik siswa untuk gerak kaki dan gerak tangan senam ritmik. Penelitian ini menggunakan prosedur kuasi-eksperimental. Alat yang digunakan adalah tes senam ritmik yang mengevaluasi gerakan tangan dan kaki. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI SMA PGRI 1 Majalengka berjumlah 50 siswa. Purposive sampling digunakan untuk mendapatkan 25 sampel. Berdasarkan pengolahan dan analisis data, rata-rata hasil tes awal adalah 15,93, dan rata-rata hasil tes akhir adalah 18,86. Hal ini diperkuat dengan hasil analisis data yang menunjukkan bahwa thitung 7,89 lebih tinggi dari ttabel 2,14. Kontribusi penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis proyek dapat membantu keterampilan motorik siswa. Abstract: Lack of knowledge and proficiency among students in rhythmic gymnastics' fundamental hand and foot movements is the driving force behind this study. The goal of this study is to examine how a project-based learning approach affects students' motor skills for rhythmic gymnastic footwork and hand movements. This study employed a quasi-experimental procedure. The tool utilized is a rhythmic gymnastics test that evaluates hand and foot motions. There are 50 students in class XI at SMA PGRI 1 Majalengka as population. Purposive sampling was used to get 25 samples. According to data processing and analysis, the average initial test result was 15.93, and the average final test result was 18.86. This is collaborated by the data analysis results, which showed that tcount 7.89 is higher than ttable 2.14. The contribution of this research concludes that a project-based learning approach can help students' motor skills.

Abstract

Sports participation is influenced by a variety of factors that also influence it, sport is also one of the social activities carried out in society. The debate about socioeconomic status is the goal in looking at participation in sports. The survey was conducted in the sports community in Majalengka district with questions related to gender, age, place of activity, level of education, and income. The results show that the male sex with the late adolescent age range is more dominant in participating and the low level of education has a low percentage but the income level does not show a significant difference in doing physical activity.

Abstract

Community activities that are not fully concerned with sports are the main goal of this writing, because based on observations, there are still many people who are more concerned with work or other activities than exercise. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. With a research sample of 100 people, the measurement tool uses a questionnaire and data processing uses percentages. The results of this study are the frequency of respondents participating in sports in the village of Tangkil on the dominant factor influencing motivation is internal as much as 87.90%. while on external factors as much as 12.10%. Thus, it can be concluded that internal factors have an influence on participation in sports. The frequency of respondents on the intrinsic factor was 87.90% while on the extrinsic factor was 12.10%. Thus the conclusion that can be drawn is that intrinsic motivation factors have an influence on participation in sports.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using the PBL learning model in physical education based on students' active learning hours. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research. The population in this study were high school students with samples of science classes and social studies classes. The study results concluded that the level of time effectiveness obtained by physical education teachers using the PBL model on students' active learning time was in the low category. Overall, the results of this study need to be carried out further so that the results can be generalized.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the use of self-hypnosis techniques as an effective method of increasing the concentration of athletes. In the world of competitive sports, high concentration is a key factor to achieve optimal performance. However, many athletes face challenges in maintaining their focus during training and competition. The self-hypnosis method has been identified as a potential tool for increasing mental concentration. This study involved 12 athletes in the petanque sport and used an experimental research design. Participants are trained in self-hypnosis techniques and then given practise sessions involving situations that require high concentration. The results showed that the use of self-hypnosis significantly increased the concentration levels of athletes during training and competition. In addition, the positive effects of self-hypnosis can last a longer period of time. These findings provide evidence that self-hypnosis can be a valuable tool in helping athletes achieve optimal performance through increased mental concentration. The practical implication of this study is that sport trainers and developers may consider using self-hypnosis techniques as part of a training programme to effectively increase athlete concentration.

Abstract

Self-confidence is a psychological factor that plays an important role in athlete performance, including in the sport of futsal. One method that can be used to increase athlete confidence is imagery training, which is a mental visualization technique that involves certain images or scenarios to increase psychological readiness. This study aims to analyze the effect of imagery training on the level of self-confidence of futsal athletes. The method used in this study was an experiment with a pre-test and post-test design on a group of futsal athletes who were given imagery training interventions. Measurement of self-confidence is done using a self-confidence scale before and after the intervention. The instrument used in this study was a self-confidence questionnaire consisting of 13 questions. Data analysis was carried out using the t-test with a significance level of 5%. The results showed a significant effect of imagery training on the level of self-confidence of futsal athletes. This can be seen from the t value of 15.069, which is greater than the t table 1.729, as well as a significance value of 0.001, which is smaller than 0.005, with a percentage increase of 13.46%. The results showed that there was a significant increase in the level of confidence of athletes after participating in imagery training. This indicates that imagery can be an effective method in improving the psychological aspects of athletes, especially in increasing self-confidence when competing. Thus, imagery training is recommended as part of the training program for futsal athletes to support their optimal performance on the field.

Abstract

Untuk mencegah generasi penerus terlibat radikalisme, narkoba, atau pergaulan bebas, pembangunan sarana dan prasarana olahraga sangat diperlukan. Penting juga untuk memberi tahu publik tentang risiko yang terkait dengan hipokinetik, atau kurang bergerak. Selain itu, ada tiga pilihan komersial Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) bagi mereka yang membangun fasilitas olahraga di lingkungannya: infrastruktur, kelembagaan atau organisasi, dan pembinaan. BUMDes di lingkungan Pemerintah Desa Cikoneng tidak memanfaatkan peluang usaha yang muncul dari ketiga faktor tersebut untuk menghasilkan tambahan hasil usaha; Pengelola BUMDes hanya menangani pembayaran waralaba untuk usaha penyedia sembako dan tagihan air dan listrik PAM. Ini sebenarnya tidak berdampak signifikan dalam mendorong pembangunan ekonomi di lingkungan sekitar ketika manfaatnya diperhitungkan. Orang dapat dengan mudah membayar biaya bulanan dari aplikasi lain tanpa melalui penyedia layanan tambahan karena kecanggihan teknologi modern. Hasil yang diharapkan dalam PKM ini dapat membantu pemerintah desa kedepan sebagai desa percontohan dalam membangun ekonomi masyarakat melalui fasilitas olahraga dengan terlebih dahulu melakukan koordinasi dengan mitra, deskripsi masalah dan solusi, bantuan materi, dan evaluasi

Abstract

Pendidikan jasmani anak usia dini memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk keterampilan motorik dasar, yang menjadi fondasi utama perkembangan fisik dan kognitif anak. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk mengkaji perkembangan gerak dasar anak usia dini melalui pendidikan jasmani yang berbasis kearifan lokal, khususnya melalui permainan tradisional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan penyebaran angket dan observasi perkembangan motorik anak usia 4-6 tahun di beberapa lembaga PAUD di Kabupaten Majalengka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa permainan berbasis kearifan lokal, seperti egrang, galah asin, dan congklak, mampu merangsang koordinasi motorik kasar dan halus anak secara alami dan menyenangkan. Rata-rata skor perkembangan motorik anak berada dalam kategori baik. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penerapan pembelajaran jasmani berbasis budaya lokal sebagai strategi efektif untuk mengembangkan gerak dasar anak usia dini

Abstract

This study aims to see the impact of extracurricular basketball on students' positive attitudes. Extracurricular activities are student activities that are carried out outside of study time hours, which have the aim of developing the potential of students. To see the impact of extracurricular basketball, researchers used quantitative research methods with an ex post facto design. The research population was students who participated in extracurricular activities. To obtain research data, researchers used a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The instrument used is a student positive attitude instrument containing 24 items. The results of data analysis obtained in subset 1 there is data on the value of independent attitude, discipline, and responsibility. This means that the average attitude value does not have a significant difference. In other words, the average values of independence, discipline and responsibility are the same. In subset 2, there are attitude values of discipline, responsibility, confidence, creativity, and openness. The five data explain that the attitude scores have no significant difference. In other words, the average values of discipline, responsibility, confidence, creativity and openness do not have significant differences. Based on the One-way Anova test, it is concluded that extracurricular basketball has an impact on the positive attitudes of students SMPN.
