Abstract

Abstrak: Kurangnya pengetahuan dan kemampuan siswa dalam gerakan tangan dan kaki dasar senam ritmik adalah kekuatan pendorong di balik penelitian ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji bagaimana pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis proyek mempengaruhi keterampilan motorik siswa untuk gerak kaki dan gerak tangan senam ritmik. Penelitian ini menggunakan prosedur kuasi-eksperimental. Alat yang digunakan adalah tes senam ritmik yang mengevaluasi gerakan tangan dan kaki. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI SMA PGRI 1 Majalengka berjumlah 50 siswa. Purposive sampling digunakan untuk mendapatkan 25 sampel. Berdasarkan pengolahan dan analisis data, rata-rata hasil tes awal adalah 15,93, dan rata-rata hasil tes akhir adalah 18,86. Hal ini diperkuat dengan hasil analisis data yang menunjukkan bahwa thitung 7,89 lebih tinggi dari ttabel 2,14. Kontribusi penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis proyek dapat membantu keterampilan motorik siswa. Abstract: Lack of knowledge and proficiency among students in rhythmic gymnastics' fundamental hand and foot movements is the driving force behind this study. The goal of this study is to examine how a project-based learning approach affects students' motor skills for rhythmic gymnastic footwork and hand movements. This study employed a quasi-experimental procedure. The tool utilized is a rhythmic gymnastics test that evaluates hand and foot motions. There are 50 students in class XI at SMA PGRI 1 Majalengka as population. Purposive sampling was used to get 25 samples. According to data processing and analysis, the average initial test result was 15.93, and the average final test result was 18.86. This is collaborated by the data analysis results, which showed that tcount 7.89 is higher than ttable 2.14. The contribution of this research concludes that a project-based learning approach can help students' motor skills.

Abstract

Sports participation is influenced by a variety of factors that also influence it, sport is also one of the social activities carried out in society. The debate about socioeconomic status is the goal in looking at participation in sports. The survey was conducted in the sports community in Majalengka district with questions related to gender, age, place of activity, level of education, and income. The results show that the male sex with the late adolescent age range is more dominant in participating and the low level of education has a low percentage but the income level does not show a significant difference in doing physical activity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how football shooting performance among extracurricular students at State Senior High School 1 Lohbener, Indramayu Regency, is affected by plyometric exercise. This study employs an experimental methodology and a "One Group Pretest Posttest Design" test design. 47 extracurricular students from State Senior High School 1 Lohbener Indramayu, Indramayu Regency, who were selected using a purposive selection technique made up the population of this study. The players are extracurricular students at State Senior High School 1 Lohbener, Indramayu Regency who are still actively engaged in training, and the criteria for selecting this sample include an attendance list of at least 75% of training (actively participating in training throughout treatment). There were sixteen people who met these requirements. The vertical leap test and a shooting skill test were used to measure the leg power of the participants. The t test was utilized in data analysis with a 5% level of significance. With tcount 2.390 > ttable 2.131, a significance value of 0.030 0.05, and an increase in leg power of 2.24%, the findings indicated that plyometric training significantly increased leg power in extracurricular students at State Senior High School 1 Lohbener Indramayu Regency. With a tcount of 3.738 > ttable of 2.131, a significance value of 0.002 0.05, and a percentage rise of 5.50%, plyometric training had a significant impact on the growth in shooting for extracurricular students at State Senior High School 1 Lohbener Indramayu Regency

Abstract

Outdoor education consists of activities that take place after school and include classroom play, visiting parks, fishing and farming communities, camping, and adventure sports. The purpose of what the researchers did was to find out the Knowledge Level of Physical Education Teachers on Outdoor Activities in Elementary Schools. The survey method was used in this study. The population of this study were all elementary school physical education teachers in Majalengka Wetan District, Majalengka Regency, totaling 22 people. The total sampling method used in this study, means that the entire population was selected to be sampled, namely 22 Physical Education teachers spread across 13 elementary schools. Based on the results of data processing and analysis, the results were obtained, namely the high group of 2 respondents or 9.09% of the total Physical Education teachers, and the very high category of 20 respondents or 90.91%. The average score of the instrument for overall knowledge about ALK was 87.96, falling between 80 and 100, so the researchers could conclude that the level of knowledge of elementary school sports and health physical education teachers in Majalengka Wetan District is related to activities outside the classroom as a whole including on very high category

Abstract

Selain Hard Skill, Soft skill diperlukan oleh mahasiswa sebagai bekal mahasiswa dalam melaksanakan KKN. Tujuan dari Pelatihan ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi, kepemimpinan, kerjasama tim, serta kemampuan pemecahan masalah mahasiswa. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dibagian dalam empat tahapan utama, yaitu persiapan dan perencanaan, pelaksanaan pelatihan, pendampingan dan evaluasi sampai dengan refleksi dan tindak lanjut. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dari pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian bahwa pelaksanaan pengabdian dapat berjalan dengan baik dan lancer. Hasil pemahaman siswa setelah pelaksanaan adalah 35% berkategori sangat baik, 55 berkategori baik, 10% berkategori cukup dan tidak ada yang berada pada kategori kurang. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pelatihan soft skill dikatakan sukses.

Abstract

As a sport that involves physical contact (body contact), futsal carries a significant risk of injury for its players. A futsal athlete may sustain an injury during practice, competition, or after either activity. The average level of physical fitness among rookie futsal players in Majalengka Regency is 250.00, and their average risk of sports injuries is 33.12. The number derived from correlation analysis is -0.607529. The strong relationship category includes this value. The likelihood of damage is thereby reduced with increasing physical fitness. One of the things that helps reduce the chance of an athlete getting hurt is fitness.

Abstract

From the results of the author's observations, in the pencak silat extracurricular during training, that in terms of the use of front kicks there are still children who do not have kicking speed when performing straight kicking techniques due to lack of attention to speed training exercises on the muscle part, this can be seen when kicking the athlete does not reach maximum speed. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of pliometric training on increasing the speed of the front kick of pencak silat at SMAN 1 Maja. The method used is experimental method with One Group Pretest-postest Design research design. The number of samples was 20 people, with total sampling technique. While the instrument uses a front kick martial arts test. From the results of hypothesis testing, the value of 0.015 is smaller than 0.5, it can be said that the hypothesis is accepted, this means that there is an effect of pliometric training on increasing the speed of front kicks.

Abstract

This study aims to see the impact of extracurricular basketball on students' positive attitudes. Extracurricular activities are student activities that are carried out outside of study time hours, which have the aim of developing the potential of students. To see the impact of extracurricular basketball, researchers used quantitative research methods with an ex post facto design. The research population was students who participated in extracurricular activities. To obtain research data, researchers used a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The instrument used is a student positive attitude instrument containing 24 items. The results of data analysis obtained in subset 1 there is data on the value of independent attitude, discipline, and responsibility. This means that the average attitude value does not have a significant difference. In other words, the average values of independence, discipline and responsibility are the same. In subset 2, there are attitude values of discipline, responsibility, confidence, creativity, and openness. The five data explain that the attitude scores have no significant difference. In other words, the average values of discipline, responsibility, confidence, creativity and openness do not have significant differences. Based on the One-way Anova test, it is concluded that extracurricular basketball has an impact on the positive attitudes of students SMPN.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui optimalisasi pembelajaran teknik dasar lay up shoot bola basket melalui metode bagian dan keseluruhan. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah pra-eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest-posttest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Majalengka. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, yaitu 21 siswi dan 16 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes pengetahuan dan tes keterampilan. Penelitian dilakukan selama 4 kali pertemuan yang terdiri dari pretest, perlakuan, dan posttest. Analisis data menggunakan uji T yang sebelumnya dilakukan uji normalitas terlebih dahulu. Hasil analisis data diperoleh t_hitung ranah pengetahuan sebesar 11,893 dan t_hitung ranah keterampilan sebesar 13,361, sedangkan t_tabel = t_(0,05/2;37-1) sebesar 2,028 dengan kriteria pengujian t_hitung ≥ t_tabel, Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima dengan P value ≥ 0,05. Hasil analisis tersebut menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari pembelajaran lay up shoot melalui metode part and whole. Nilai rata-rata posttest pada ranah pengetahuan sebesar 71,2 dan ranah keterampilan sebesar 70,4. Dari hasil posttest tersebut dapat dikatakan bahwa kemampuan siswa tentang teknik dasar lay up shoot berada di atas nilai standar KKM (Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal) yang telah ditetapkan oleh sekolah yaitu 70. Kesimpulannya adalah pembelajaran lay up shoot bola basket melalui metode part and whole dapat mengoptimalkan hasil belajar teknik dasar lay up shoot bola basket.
