Abstract

Perkembangan Teknologi informasi di berbagai bidang diikuti dengan berkembangnya data. Pangkalan data yang menyimpan data pengelolaan pelaksanaan pendidikan tinggi dari seluruh perguruan tinggi yang terintegrasi secara nasional yaitu PDDIKTI. Data Mining merupakan proses penggalian data dari kumpulan database yang berjumlah besar yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan berupa informasi penting dan bermanfaat. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menerapkan penggunaan data mining untuk mengetahui klasifikasi pola akademik kelulusan mahasiswa. Pada penelitian ini penulis akan membandingkan metode klasifikasi Decision Tree, Ensemble Learning (Bagging and Boosting), mengetahui faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kelulusan serta Analisis data pola akademik mahasiswa. Hasil pengujian klasifikasi data kelulusan mahasiswa dengan hasil akurasi terbaik adalah metode algoritma Ensemble Learning Bagging atau Random Forest dengan melakukan cross validation dan hyperparameter tuning (Grid Search CV) dengan akurasi 96.1%. Penggunaan cross validation dan hyperparameter tuning terbukti dapat mempengaruhi dan mengoptimalkan akurasi learning. Faktor yang paling mempengaruhi pola kelulusan mahasiswa adalah jumlah SKS semester 5, Angkatan, Indeks Prestasi, Program Kelas dan Total Cuti.

Abstract

The Tangerang Regency Government, as part of its digital transformation efforts, has been working to enhance public services through the development and implementation of e-Government initiatives. This research aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of data interoperability service modeling in e-Government applications based on Web Services using the Government Service Bus (GSB). The study will address the advantages and challenges associated with using the Government Service Bus, and provide practical recommendations for implementing the Government Service Bus as an effective application integration solution. COBIT 2019 is used as an assessment tool for the current condition. The research results reveal that a total of 138 applications have been identified, with 74 of them being public service applications. While 80% of the public service sector has been incorporated into integrated public service applications, their utilization remains limited. The current capability level of APO11 is at level 1, with an expected level of 2. Similarly, APO14 is at level 1, expected to reach level 2, and MEA01 is at level 0, with an expected level of 2. The author has proposed a data interoperability model that can be implemented within the Tangerang Regency Communication and Information Office, utilizing GSB as the middleware for interoperability processes, particularly for public service applications. Based on the proposed data interoperability model, the author also concludes that with its implementation, the Communication and Information Office will be able to address a significant portion of the technical recommendations derived from the gap analysis, although not necessarily all of them.

Abstract

PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. (WIKA) is a state-owned company engaged in the construction sector and EPC is currently developing its business in the mining and investment sectors both at home and abroad. Information Technology is one of the supports to achieve its goals. The use of Information Technology is urgently needed by WIKA in order to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the company's operational activities. In this regard, it is necessary to develop procedures for managing information technology resources to support WIKA's business continuity, which includes services for internal or external users. In the use of information technology, the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) is an important part of IT services in efforts to prevent Data Center Fail-Over caused by disasters. With the DRP procedure, it is expected that the Information Systems Bureau as the manager of WIKA's information technology can immediately anticipate if a Disturbance or Disaster occurs that has the potential to disrupt a large number (the majority) of processes or activities that are very critical for business continuity. This Disaster Recovery Plan is guided by the NIST SP 800-34 framework which begins with identifying and assessing risk, Business Impact Analysis (BIA), identification of preventive controls and preparation of contingency strategies.

Abstract

SPBE Governance and Management is a framework that guarantees the implementation of regulation, direction and control in the implementation of SPBE in an integrated manner. SPBE Governance and Management aims to ensure that SPBE elements consist of the National SPBE Master Plan, SPBE Architecture, SPBE Roadmap, SPBE Program Plan and Budget, Business Process, Data and Information, SPBE Infrastructure, SPBE Application, SPBE Security, and Services SPBE. to achieve SPBE goals. In implementing all SPBE elements, integration and harmonization between the National SPBE and Regional SPBE are required. Therefore, this thesis research raises SPBE Governance and Management in accordance with COBIT 2019 as a governance framework that is set globally. Thus, this research will provide recommendations for the implementation of SPBE in Indonesia which can provide appropriate benefits for SPBE users, namely the community, business actors, civil servants, and other government agencies, and have detailed objectives and activities in accordance with COBIT 2019.

Abstract

Tuberculosis is a chronic infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection. Tuberculosis can spread from one person to another through airborne transmission. This disease is most commonly found in the Asian region. Currently, Indonesia ranks second after India in terms of tuberculosis cases. The discovery of tuberculosis cases by province in Indonesia reveals that West Java Province is one of the contributors to the highest tuberculosis cases. It is known that the tuberculosis case rate in Bogor Regency is one of the highest in West Java. This serves as the foundation for the focus of this research, which will be conducted at Islamic Hospital Bogor, to determine the average age and gender of patients who are more susceptible to tuberculosis. One way to understand the growth of tuberculosis cases is through clustering using Data Mining Techniques, specifically several clustering algorithms such as k-means clustering, fuzzy c-means, and Gaussian mixture. These techniques aim to identify the growth of tuberculosis cases based on age range and gender. Therefore, the research results are expected to provide new insights, which could be valuable for decision-makers in various capacities, such as preventive measures, healthcare facility provision, and medication considerations.

Abstract

The intense competition in business development requires enterprises to innovate to assist in their business processes. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the readiness level of PT. XYZ, an information technology service provider, in adopting technology security frameworks, specifically NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) and ISO 27001. A qualitative approach was applied through interviews with five informants from the executive level and technical teams. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis. Findings indicate that the company is still at an early stage of readiness and lacks a systematic approach to managing information security. The main inhibiting factors include the absence of formal policies, limited resources, and a low level of understanding of international standards. However, the management’s awareness and desire to enhance client trust serve as important driving factors. Recommended improvement strategies include conducting training, establishing formal security policies, forming dedicated security teams, and integrating security into business processes. This study provides a preliminary overview for the company in designing a standardized security strategy and serves as a reference for similar studies in the IT services sector.

Abstract

The transition from secondary to higher education represents a critical phase influenced by both academic readiness and socio-economic conditions. This study proposes a clustering-based approach to identify student support needs during this transition by analyzing multidimensional student profiles. Using secondary data from 1,226 senior high school students, three unsupervised clustering algorithms—K-Means, DBSCAN, and BIRCH—were applied to academic performance and socio-economic variables. Cluster quality was assessed using internal validation metrics, including the Silhouette Score, Davies–Bouldin Index, and Calinski–Harabasz Index. The results indicate that clustering-based methods provide richer insights than traditional rule-based approaches by capturing heterogeneous student profiles and revealing atypical cases. Among the evaluated algorithms, BIRCH demonstrated the most balanced performance in terms of cluster compactness and separation, while K-Means offered stable and interpretable results, and DBSCAN was effective in identifying outliers. Interpreted within the college readiness framework, the identified clusters highlight differentiated student support needs, enabling more targeted and equitable intervention strategies. These findings underscore the potential of educational data mining to support data-driven decision-making in facilitating students’ transition to higher education.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze improvements to the Vocational High School (SMK) curriculum based on the COBIT 2019 framework as a standard for IT governance. Amid the rapid development of Industry 4.0 and digital transformation, the SMK curriculum must be adaptive and relevant to equip students with competencies aligned with workforce demands. The research uses a qualitative approach involving literature review, interviews, and an IT governance audit in vocational education. The analysis focuses on the Governance and Management domains of COBIT 2019 and their relation to the current SMK curriculum structure. The audit and analysis reveal gaps in risk management, information security, and curriculum implementation compared to ideal IT governance principles. Recommendations include strengthening curriculum planning, integrating digital competencies, and applying outcome-based performance measurement. This study is expected to contribute to improving vocational education quality through the effective and sustainable application of IT governance principles.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology encourages companies to manage IT assets more effectively and in an integrated manner. PT. Dynatech International, as the Head Office responsible for handling the inventory of PT. Dynatech International and PT. Genecraft Labs, previously relied on manual record-keeping, which caused difficulties in asset tracking, loan management, and documentation of damage and maintenance history. This study aims to design a web-based IT inventory system using a UI/UX approach with the Agile (Scrum) method to improve the efficiency and accuracy of asset management. The research method employed is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach through observation, interviews, and literature review. The system development was carried out iteratively through product backlog, sprint planning, sprint development, sprint review, and sprint retrospective stages. The results show that the system is capable of managing the entire IT asset lifecycle, including inventory recording, loan requests, approval processes, damage reporting, and real-time ticket status monitoring. The intuitive UI/UX design enhances usability for both administrators and employees. The implementation of this system improves transparency, increases the efficiency of the IT Support Division’s performance, and supports faster and more accurate data-driven decision-making.
