Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology has driven the transformation of education toward digital learning. Digital education offers various advantages, including flexibility in learning time and place, wider access to educational resources, and enhanced interaction through digital platforms. However, the implementation of digital education also presents challenges related to service quality, learning effectiveness, human resource readiness, and technological infrastructure. Therefore, evaluation and quality assurance play a crucial role in ensuring that digital education is implemented in accordance with established standards. Evaluation in digital education is conducted to measure the effectiveness of learning processes, the achievement of educational objectives, and the satisfaction of learners and stakeholders. Meanwhile, quality assurance in digital education refers to a systematic process aimed at maintaining and continuously improving educational quality through planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement. Effective evaluation and quality assurance enable educational institutions to enhance the quality of digital learning services, optimize the use of technology, and produce graduates who are competent and well-prepared to face the challenges of the digital era.

Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology demands a fundamental transformation in education. Technology implementation is no longer just an option but a crucial strategy to enhance learning efficiency, accessibility, and quality. However, technology integration often faces technical constraints, human resource readiness, and uneven infrastructure. Therefore, a structured and comprehensive technology implementation strategy is required to ensure its utilization is optimal and sustainable. This article examines technology implementation strategies in education, covering planning aspects, human resource capacity building, infrastructure provision, and periodic evaluation. Through appropriate implementation strategies, educational institutions can optimize the digital ecosystem, expand access to learning materials, enhance pedagogical interactions, and prepare students with 21st-century competencies. The success of this implementation relies heavily on adaptive policy synergy and the commitment of all stakeholders.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has transformed the education sector, creating new opportunities and challenges in maintaining educational quality. Technology-based education requires a systematic evaluation and quality assurance model to ensure the effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability of the learning process. This study aims to analyze evaluation models and quality assurance systems in technology-based education, focusing on planning, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement processes. The study employs a literature review approach by examining various theories, research findings, and policies related to digital education quality assurance. The findings indicate that effective evaluation models should integrate technological, pedagogical, and managerial aspects to measure learning outcomes, user satisfaction, system performance, and institutional readiness. Abstract

Digital education has become an essential component of educational transformation in the technological era. The integration of digital technologies offers opportunities to enhance access, flexibility, and the quality of learning. However, its implementation continues to face various challenges, including unequal access to technology, limited digital literacy, data security concerns, and the potential misuse of technology. In addition, ethical issues have emerged as a significant concern, encompassing privacy protection, academic integrity, intellectual property rights, and equitable access for all learners. This study aims to analyze the challenges and ethical dimensions within the digital education ecosystem through a literature review approach by examining relevant academic publications and research findings. The results indicate that the success of digital education depends not only on technological infrastructure but also on the strengthening of digital literacy, supportive policies, and the application of ethical principles. Therefore, collaboration among stakeholders is necessary to create a safe, inclusive, and sustainable digital education ecosystem.
