One of the resources found in the Sumbawa forest is honey. For the communitywho live around forest areas, honey is a source of incomefrom the forest as well as wild horse milk, coffee and candlenut beans which are a local mainstay.Communities around forest areas have the potential to accelerate developmentregions, however, are constrained by limited infrastructure, information and facilitieshuman resources, in addition to limited access to utilize forest resources.The majority of forest honey farmers in Sumbawa are still developing businesses andsell their products independently and use used bottles as packaginghoney. At first, packaging only functions as a container or wrapperserves to protect or cover, and to facilitate a product to be carried.Along with the times, packaging is required to be able to generate interestconsumers to buy. Based on these problems the authors doresearch on "Secondary Packaging Three In One Against Consumer Purchase IntentionOn Sumbawa Honey ". The method used in this research is a methodinterviews and distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale at 100respondents. The population in this study were customers of the second branch of PT Pos Indonesiawhich is located on Jl. Yos Sudarso No. 6A Sumbawa Besar. The author chooses the placebecause not only certain people who visit to send products and thingsthis can have an influence or good results on the research results forknow an overview of the research results from various characters and circlesPublic. The sampling technique used in this research is AccidentalSampling. Based on the research results, it was found that the visual packaging design(X1), packaging size (X2) and packaging quality (X4) have a significant effecton consumer purchase interest (Y), while product price (X3) has no effectsignificant on consumer purchase interest (Y).

The problems that exist in students' understanding of Fiqh learning in class V MIN Rukoh Banda Aceh. Learning that is only carried out by the lecture method makes students less enthusiastic about participating in learning and makes students less interact with teachers and other students. This causes student understanding is still lacking. The data collection techniques used were written test results and observations. The research used is Classroom Action Research, which consists of four stages including planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of students to understand Islamic Islamic Civilization History learning before using the Poster Session strategy, to know the learning process using the Poster Session strategy, and to find out the students' understanding ability after using the Poster Session strategy. Based on the results of the study, in the pre-cycle the students' understanding ability was still below the KKM, with an average of 53%. After using the Poster Session strategy in the first cycle, the results of student activity observations increased by 65%. Whereas in cycle II the results of student observations reached 82%. The results of students' understanding ability after the implementation of the Poster Session strategy have increased in each cycle. In the first cycle, the students 'learning completeness was 50.15%, while in the second cycle, the students' learning completeness increased to 85%.

This research is motivated by the low mastery of student learning in Civics learning, especially in class V MIS Lamgugob. Based on the KKM in MIS Lambugob it is 80 while the average student only reaches 65%. Furthermore, the problem from the background is not achieving the student's KKM because students do not pay close attention when the teacher explains the material. This can be seen when in the learning process many students are busy playing alone or disturbing their next door friends, students are not interested in participating in learning, thus making students less understanding and bored in learning and not leaving a meaningful experience. This research includes classroom action research (CAR), which in CAR research there are 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, reflection. In collecting data, researchers used teacher activity sheets, student activity sheets and test questions. This research was conducted in 2 cycles. In cycle 1, the teacher activity observation sheet, the percentage value in cycle 1, which is 80% is in the good category, while in the second cycle the percentage value is 97% in the very good category. In the student activity observation sheet in the first cycle the percentage value of 77.5% is in the good category in the second cycle the percentage value is 92.6%. The students who achieved mastery learning in the first cycle were 16 people and those who did not achieve learning mastery were 14 people, in the second cycle 25 students who achieved mastery learning and 5 who did not achieve learning completeness and the value of classical student learning outcomes in the first cycle reached 53.33 % and cycle II 83.33% classically have reached completeness. The conclusion is that the use of pop up book media can increase the completeness of student learning outcomes.

This study aims to explain the characteristics of government policies in Sungai Gelam District, Muaro Jambi Regency. The research method used is empirical juridical and the procedure for sampling is done by purposive sampling. The results showed that. The role of the camat in the fostering and supervision of village administration in Sungai Gelam Sub-district is based on Article 21 of Government Regulation No. 19/2008 concerning Kecamatan. The sub-district government has a strategy in fostering and overseeing village administration through the mapping of regions or villages that are experiencing difficulties in administering village government administration. Basically, the sub-district government has provided guidance and supervision to the village government, but the details are not included in the work program. This was proven in every 6 months the village government was asked to evaluate the performance so that there were no mistakes. Then always fostering village officials with a pattern when village officials have problems in the field always consult with the head of government. Camat supervision and supervision programs always carry out evaluations in matters of village government administration. So, the implementation of the program is not detailed, but carried out in accordance with the needs that exist in the village government. One of the obstacles to the guidance and supervision of village administration is to improve the ability and inadequate human resources and the lack of staff who have expertise.

This research is a field research conducted in MIN 19 South Aceh Regency. The author's background in conducting this research is that due to the COVID-19 pandemic that is engulfing all parts of the world, including Indonesia and Aceh, learning activities since March 2020 are no longer carried out face-to-face, but follow the government's recommendation, namely through online learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the activeness of the learning process through online learning during the covid-19 period at MIN 19 Aceh Selatan. Then to find out the inhibiting factors for the learning process through online learning during the covid-19 period at MIN 19 South Aceh. And to find out the efforts made in overcoming the obstacles of online learning at MIN 19 South Aceh. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with data collection techniques, namely by means of observation, documentation and interviews. The results of the study indicate that online learning at MIN 19 Aceh Selatan is less active due to obstacles in the form of students not focusing on the online learning system, lack of online learning facilities such as the internet and so on, then also unprepared parents and teachers in dealing with learning. the online. The effort to overcome these obstacles is by the government providing adequate facilities to schools, and parents and teachers must prepare themselves with all the learning needs of students in the modern era.

The purpose of this study is to describe the strategy for managing the library at Ahmad Wahid Hasyim Middle School, Jombang. This research is a qualitative research. As a source of information in this research is the library manager. Data collection uses observation techniques, structured interviews and documentation. The results showed that the management of the library in this school had managed the school's library facilities well. To find out who is on board at the library, the school principal establishes an organizational structure for managing the library as the executor of daily activities. The head of the library management conducts an evaluation with the aim of finding out what is lacking in an effort to develop the library which will be used as input for improving the organization of the library in the following academic year.

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian penulis sebelumnya, bahwa pemahaman masyarakat Kota Pekanbaru tentang produk pembiayaan murabahah dikatakan kuat dengan persentase 77.03% atau berada pada wilayah “cukup paham” dan “paham”. Ini maknanya adalah masyarakat Kota Pekanbaru memiliki pemahaman yang cukup atau paham terhadap produk pembiayaan murabahah. Dari pemahaman masyarakat terkait produk pembiayaan murabahah tersebut, penulis ingin mengetahui pengaruh pembiayaan murabahah terhadap perkembangan usaha mikro pada bank syariah yang ada di Kota Pekanbaru. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif yaitu jenis penelitian yang disusun dalam rangka memberikan gambaran secara sistematis tentang informasi ilmiah yang berasal dari subjek atau objek penelitian. (1) adapun sebagai populasi dalam penelitian berjumlah 26.321 orang pelaku usaha mikro Kota Pekanbaru dan yang menjadi sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Hasil penelitian dari uji regresi linier sederhana ini menunjukkan bahwa pembiayaan murabahah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perkembangan usaha mikro. Hal ini didukung dengan adanya bantuan pembiayaan murabahah yang dapat menambah modal usaha dan dapat mengembangkan usaha.

This research aims to determine the determinant factors for employment in the laying hen farming sector. In this research, the independent variable is used where (wages X1, productivity X2 and capital X3) and the dependent variable is (labor absorption Y). The aim of this research is to find out whether wages, productivity and capital influence labor absorption in egg-laying chicken farming businesses in Sidrap Regency, which is known as one of the largest egg-laying chicken producing districts in South Sulawesi. The method used is quantitative descriptive. The sample in this research consisted of 85 egg-laying chicken farming business units in Sidrap Regency. Sampling was carried out by taking the entire population considering that the population was less than 100 units. Research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 85 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis carried out, it can be seen that wages and capital have a positive effect on labor absorption, while productivity has no effect on labor absorption in egg-laying chicken farming businesses in Sidrap Regency.

AbstractThis paper aims to describe the implementation of mortgages by Bank Syariah Indonesia to meet the housing financing needs of customers with an installment system. This type of research is descriptive qualitative to explain in a narrative way the results of research that are more concrete and in-depth. The research approach used is phenomenological in nature. The target/subject of the research is the Parepare Branch of the BNI Syariah Bank which today has transformed into an Indonesian Sharia Bank. The research results were obtained from direct observation and interviews with informants. Data analysis techniques are research data collection, data reduction or data grouping, data compilation/display and drawing conclusions or research conclusions. The results of the study show that BNI Griya iB Hasanah is a consumer financing facility offered to finance customer housing loans (KPR) provided that the customer must have a fixed income. The stages that must be passed before financing is actually distributed to customers include SK requirements for prospective customers, salary slips, unit analysis, customer surveys, preparation of financing decisions, contract signing and determination of down payments.Keywords: KPR product; BNI Griya iB Hasanah; Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI)AbstrakTulisan ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan implementasi KPR oleh Bank Syariah Indonesia untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pembiayaan perumahan pada nasabah dengan system angsuran. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif untuk menjelaskan secara naratif hasil penelitian yang lebih konkrit dan mendalam. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan bersifat fenomenologi. Target/Subjek penelitian adalah pihak Bank BNI Syariah Cabang Parepare yang hari ini telah bertransformasi menjadi Bank Syariah Indonesia. Hasil penelitian diperoleh dari observasi dan wawancara secara langsung kepada informan. Teknik analisis data adalah pengumpulan data penelitian, reduksi data atau pengelompokkan data, penyusunan/display data dan penarikan konklusi atau simpulan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BNI Griya iB Hasanah adalah fasilitas pembiayaan konsumtif yang ditawarkan dalam membiayai Kredit Pemilikan Rumah (KPR) nasabah dengan ketentuan bahwa nasabah tersebut harus memiliki pendapatan tetap (fix income). Tahapan yang harus dilalui sebelum pembiayaan benarbenar disalurkan kepada nasabah diantaranya adalah persyaratan SK calon nasabah, slip gaji, analisis unit, survey nasabah, penyusunan keputusan pembiayan, penandatangan akad dan penentuan uang muka.Kata kunci: Produk KPR; BNI Griya iB Hasanah; Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI)

Pengaruh Suhu Gas Alam Terhadap Flow Gas Dengan Menggunakan Perhitungan Software Flow Calculation Ratnawati; Irwandi

Pengukuran dan perhitungan flow rate dan Total flow untuk aplikasi Metering atau Custody Transfer melibatkan proses pengukuran, perhitungan dan pengenaan Faktor Koreksi untuk flow terhitung terhadap kondisi referensi. Pada skripsi ini dijelaskan tentang Prinsip Kerja dan Fitur sebuah Flow Computer serta Sistem Komputer untuk sebuah Metering System. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari sempel gas yang digunakan dengan suhu 30°C yang menunjukkan aliran gas sebesar 0,3612548 MMSCFD untuk perhitungan software dan 0,363916282 MMSCFD menggunakan perhitungan manual, 40°C yang menunjukkan aliran gas sebesar 0,3550708 MMSCFD untuk perhitungan software dan 0,357446244 MMSCFD menggunakan perhitungan manual, 50°C yang menunjukkan aliran gas sebesar 0,3492298 MMSCFD untuk perhitungan software dan 0,351371198 MMSCFD menggunakan perhitungan manual, 60°C yang menunjukkan aliran gas sebesar 0,3436834 MMSCFD untuk perhitungan software dan 0,345648067 MMSCFD menggunakan perhitungan manual, 70°C yang menunjukkan aliran gas sebesar 0,338397 MMSCFD untuk perhitungan software dan 0,34039947 MMSCFD menggunakan perhitungan manual. Dapat disimpulkan semakin rendah suhu gas alam maka semakin besar flow yang terhitung dan semakin tinggi suhu gas alam maka akan semakin kecil flow yang terhitung oleh software flow calculation dan perhitungan manual.
