Abstract

ABSTRAK This research examines whether implementation of the corporate governance attribute have an impact against the shareholders wealth of commercial bank. We hypothesize that percentage of independent board, existence of the audit committee, ownership structure, number of the board of directors, the profitability of commercial banks, and the size of commercial banks, as a representative of the corporate governance, have an impact against the shareholders wealth of commercial bank.This research uses several corporate governance attributes developed by Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and Capital Market Supervisory Agency, and the shareholders wealth of commercial bank developed by Brigham and Houston (2001).According to Generalized least squared approach on pooling data. Overall, using profitabilty and firm size as controlling variable, the result that shareholders wealth of commercial banks have a negatively associated with the most part of the corporate governance attributes, but it have a posstively associated with number of the board of directors. The research has several implications to offer, one of which is that it could be taken as a guideline for shareholders and management of commercial banks. Moreover, the research provides some information and identities the sources of ineficency, which could, in turn, be used to assist commercial bank?s managements to boost the shareholders wealth.  Kata Kunci: Corporate Governance, Kesejahteraan, Bank

Abstract

ABSTRAK Dalam melaksanakan kegiatan ekspor bauksit, sesuai Permen ESDM nomor 25 tahun 2018, perusahaan tambang diwajibkan untuk melakukan peningkatan kadar bauksit yang akan dijual melalui proses pencucian. Untuk mendukung hal tersebut, dibangun washing plant, sebagai sarana proses pencucian, dan sedimen pond, sebagai sarana sumber air serta pengelolaan limbah. Secara umum, proses pengelolaan air berawal dari run off pada bukaan tambang, yang dikelola dengan membuat kolam pengendapan di area tambang. kemudian untuk mendukung proses pencucian, dibangun sedimen pond sebagai sarana tempat penampungan limbah hasil pencucian dan pengelolaan air limbah sehingga dapat digunakan kembali untuk proses pencucian bauksit di washing plant. Alur proses pencucian berawal dari air pada kolam dipompakan ke washing plant, limbah hasil pencucian dialirkan ke kolam sedimen, kemudian dilakukan proses daur ulang melalui sirkulasi tertutup dengan dialirkannya kembali air tersebut ke kolam pompa untuk digunakan pada proses pencucian. Pada musim hujan, apabila terdapat penambahan air dari run off, sebagian air dialirkan ke badan air atau lingkungan untuk menjaga kapasitas tampung dari kolam sedimen. Dikarenakan adanya aliran air ke lingkungan, maka Tambang Bauksit Tayan wajib memenuhi persyaratan pada Peraturan Menteri Lingkungan Hidup nomor 34 tahun 2009 tentang Baku Mutu Limbah Air Kegiatan Pertambangan Bauksit. Berdasarkan peraturan tersebut, Tambang Bauksit Tayan wajib memenuhi kadar baku mutu pH di rentang 6-9 dan maksimum kadar Total Suspended Solid (TSS) 200 mg/l.  Maka dari itu, sebelum dialirkan ke kolam pompa, dilakukan penambahan flokulan untuk menjaga kadar TSS air tidak melebihi baku mutu sehingga diperbolehkan untuk dialirkan ke lingkungan dan mengondisikan air tetap jernih untuk menunjang proses pencucian. Untuk mengetahui flokulan dengan kinerja paling optimal, dilakukan jar test dengan beberapa jenis flokulan untuk mengetahui perbandingan biaya terhadap efektivitas proses yang dihasilkan. Dari percobaan yang dilakukan, seluruh flokulan efektif dan diperoleh efisiensi proses tertinggi dari flokulan sebesar 99% untuk konsentrasi flokulan uji 5 ppm. Kemudian flokulan tersebut digunakan sebagai bahan penjernih air pada water treatment plant untuk mengelola air limbah pencucian bauksit agar sesuai dengan standar parameter yang tertera pada regulasi yang ada. Dengan dilaksanakannya proses pengelolaan run off pada bukaan tambang, pengelolaan sedimen pond, dan pemenuhan aspek kepatuhan regulasi, kegiatan penambangan bauksit, khususnya pada tahapan pencucian di washing plant dapat dilaksanakan secara optimal sehingga dapat mendukung proses produksi untuk mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan. Kata Kunci : Run Off, Pencucian Bauksit, Sedimen Pond, Total Suspended Solid, Flokulan  ABSTRACT In carrying out bauxite export activities, according to Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Regulation No. 25  2018, mining companies are required to increase the level of bauxite which will be sold through the washing process. To support this, a washing plant was built, as a means of the washing process, and a sediment pond, as an air source and waste management. In general, the process of water management starts from runoff at mine openings, which is managed by creating a settling pond in the mine area. then to support the washing process, build a sediment pond as a waste disposal place for washing and waste water management can be used again for the process of washing bauxite in the washing plant. The flow of the washing process starts from the water in the pond being pumped to the washing plant, the washing wastes are channeled into the sediment pond, then the recycling process is carried out through closed circulation by being channeled back into the pump pond for use in the washing process. In the rainy season, it needs air assistance from runoff, most of it is channeled to the air bodies or the environment for the reserve capacity of the sediment ponds. Due to the flow of water into the environment, the Tayan Bauxite Mine is required to meet the requirements of the Minister of Environment Regulation No. 34/2009 concerning Quality Standards for Wastewater in Bauxite Mining Activities. Based on these regulations, the Tayan Bauxite Mine is required to meet pH quality standards in the range of 6-9 and a maximum level of Total Suspended Solid (TSS) of 200 mg / l. Therefore, before flowing into the pump pond, do flocculant to get TSS levels of air not exceeding the quality standard so that it is diverted to the environment and condition the air to remain clear to support the washing process. To find out the flocculant with the most optimal performance, do a jar test with several types of flocculant to find out the costs for the resulting process. From the experiments, all the effective flocculants and the highest process efficiency obtained from flocculants was 99% for the 5 ppm flocculant concentration test. Then this flocculant is used as an air purifier in water treatment plants to manage bauxite washing wastewater to comply with the standard parameters stated in the existing arrangements. By carrying out runoff management processes at mine openings, pond sediment management, and compliance with regulatory aspects, bauxite mining activities, particularly at the washing stage at the washing plant can be carried out optimally, can support the production process to achieve the targets. Keywords: Run Off, Bauxite Washing, Sediment Pond, Total Suspended Solid, Flocculant

Abstract

KSPM contributes to improving its human resources by providing guidance and training on the capital market and investment. The delivery method by KSPM relates to the introduction of sharia principles and the application or practice of investing in the capital market. This study aims to identify the strategies developed by KSPM IAIN Kudus to attract students to invest, the work ethic of KSPM IAIN Kudus both when carrying out duties at the Sharia Investment Gallery of IAIN Kudus and socializing the capital market in attracting students to invest in sharia. This research is a qualitative research, data collection is obtained from primary data and secondary data through the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the KSPM work ethic that has been appropriate and well implemented is respecting time, honesty, commitment, strong stance, discipline, consequence, and responsibility. In addition, KSPM's efforts to attract students to invest are by organizing various activities such as capital market schools and ngobrol seputar investasi (NGOPI). Abstract

Wonosadi Customary Forest in Beji Village, Kapanewon Ngawen, Gunungkidul, is a forest area that has high local wisdom value, but is currently facing serious challenges in its conservation efforts due to environmental degradation and the lack of structured and organized community participation governance, especially the younger generation. This research aims to empower the community through the establishment of a “Youth Forest Care” institution based on cultivating local wisdom with the hope of increasing active participation in efforts to preserve the Wonosadi Customary Forest. This service activity involved 20-25 people from among the youth and young people of Beji Village who were selected based on certain criteria. The implementation method includes a participatory approach with stages that include problem identification, Focus Group Discussion, preparation of local wisdom-based training materials, training implementation, institutional formation, and evaluation and monitoring. The results of the activities showed an increase in ecological awareness and active participation of the community in conservation activities as well as the formation of institutions recognized by the community and village government. This institution is expected to become a model of local wisdom-based community empowerment that can be replicated in other areas with similar characteristics.

Abstract

3D printing is a manufacturing process technology that has been developed to create a fast prototype according to the desired design, one of which is FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) technology. Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) technology is a printing technique used to print products using fibrous materials, the printed products have ideal geometric characteristics. The working principle of FDM is by extruding thermoplastic through a nozzle at a melting temperature, then the product is printed layer by layer. In this study the filament used is PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol) filament. In this study using the Taghuci L9(4^3) OA method. This study aims to determine the most optimal process parameters with the parameters used in surface roughness testing according to the process parameters used, namely Nozzle Temperature, Flowrate, Printing Speed, Layer Thickness. the results of the research that has been carried out show the optimum parameter values for surface roughness, namely Nozzle Temperature (230℃), Flowrate (110%), Printing Speed (40mm/s), Layer Thickness (0.15mm).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mensurvei sarana dan prasarana di Gedung Jurusan Pendidikan Olahraga dan Kepelatihan FKIP Universitas Jambi terhadap hasil pelaksanaan event Rektor Cup Universitas Jambi Tahun 2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif sesuai dengan permasalahan serta metode yang digunakan observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi atau kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian sarana dan prasarana pada Gedung Olahraga Jurusan Pendidikan Olahraga dan Kepelatihan FKIP Universitas Jambi terhadap hasil penyelenggaran event Rektor Cup Universitas Jambi Tahun 2021 bahwa kelengkapan sarana dan prasarana yang ada sudah lengkap dengan lapangan, net atau jarring, shuttlecock, kursi wasit, lampu penerangan, serta fasilitas umum lainnya seperti toilet, kantin, dan tempat parkir. Gedung olahraga yang digunakan memenuhi kriteria kelayakan dari standar yang sudah ditetapkan, sehingga dapat disimpulkan sarana dan prasarana yang ada menjadi faktor keberhasilan terhadap hasil event olahraga Rektor Cup Universitas Jambi Tahun 2021 yang telah dilaksanakan.

Abstract

Background: Suboptimal reperfusion of the compromised myocardium in the area of the culprit coronary arteries is one of the main problems associated with primary PCI that need reliable risk stratification methods to accurately predict the occurrence of decreased TIMI flow given its complex pathophysiology. Some parameters are included CHA2DS2-VASc score.Objective: To understand the relationship between CHA2DS2-VASc and the decreased TIMI flow in STE-ACS patients who had underwent primary PCI at RSUD dr. Saiful Anwar Malang.Material and Methods: The study was cohort retrospective with the inclusion criteria being all STE-ACS patients who underwent primary PCI in RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang from January 2018 – August 2023. Patients were assigned to TIMI flow grade <3 group (N =169) and TIMI flow grade 3 (N = 677) according to TIMI Flow degree after primary PCI. All the patient’s angiogram were evaluated for TIMI score and CHA2DS2-VASc score is based on a guideline. We concluded data in SPSS program and used the Spearman test and p value of .05 was considered as significant.Result: From a total sample of 846 patients, the correlation between STE-ACS onset and TIMI flow indicates that a higher number of patients with STE-ACS onset <12 hours was found in the TIMI flow <3 and 3 groups (p=0.000). The cutoff CHA2DS2 VASC score's sensitivity and specificity values were ascertained using ROC analysis with cut off value 2.5. The incidence of decreased TIMI flow rate was more significant in the CHA2DS2-VASc ≥3 group with DM (+) and age ≥64 (OR value 0.156, p=0.000) than in the CHA2DS2-VASc ≥3 group without DM and age < 64. With an OR value of 2.94 (p=0.000), Killip class > 2 is another powerful predictor of lower TIMI flow.Conclusion: The only variables in the CHA2DS2-VASc score component that are most strongly associated with the risk of reducing the degree of TIMI flow are DM, age, and Killip class.

Abstract

Mawar Youth Integrated Service Post (Posrem Mawar) is located in Ngesrebalong Village, Limbangan District, Kendal, Central Java, which is located on the slopes of Mount Ungaran. Posrem in Ngesrepbalong Village contributed 34 (10.86%) stunted children out of a total of 313 cases in Limbangan Kendal District. The teenage problems that arise are early marriage as many as 37 (6%) in 2021 in the age range 15-18 years, 5 (13.5%) men and 32 women (86.5%), juvenile delinquency such as drinking alcohol, fights between groups/individuals, free sex and theft. Mawar Youth Integrated Service Post activities currently provide health check services and occasionally provide education about adolescent health, but do not yet have structured activity programs. It hasn’t had a youth cadre; the cadres are still affiliated with Toddlers and School-aged Integrated Service Post. This activity was aimed to increase teenagers' knowledge and understanding about reproductive health and prevention of early pregnancy; increasing access to information & getting interesting and interactive education; Helping teenagers make the right decisions about reproductive health; preventing early pregnancy, improving maternal and child health; The realization of quality and comprehensive services.  The active participation of teenagers in discussions shows changes in attitudes and increased commitment to reproductive health and prevention of early pregnancy. Post-activity questionnaire evaluation showed an increase of 12.3% in understanding reproductive health and prevention of early pregnancy for teenagers.

Abstract

Purpose: This study investigates how the collage method can foster creativity and environmental awareness among elementary students in Jiput Village by utilizing plastic waste—a persistent environmental issue. Method: Using a qualitative, participatory approach, students engaged in collecting, cleaning, and repurpose plastic waste into collage art. Data was gathered through observation and documentation of student work. Practical Application: The activity reduced plastic waste in schools and enhanced students' creativity, fine motor skills, and environmental consciousness. This method can be applied in other schools as a practical environmental education tool. Conclusion: The collage method effectively promotes creativity and early environmental awareness while offering a sustainable approach to managing plastic waste in educational settings.
