Abstract

The main problem with implementing the minimum competency assessment (Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum or AKM) is the teacher's lack of understanding of AKM. The assessment questions made by the teacher are still limited to testing memory. The level of variation and difficulty of the questions presented is also still low (LOTS), contrary to the government's expectation to improve the quality of learning outcomes which are oriented toward students' higher-order thinking stages (HOTS). This research employed a mixed method. An overview of the teacher's understanding was obtained through questionnaires and interviews, while the description of the quality of the AKM of Integrated Science items made by the teacher was analyzed using the item quality rubric based on Bloom's taxonomy. The data source was obtained from 25 Integrated Science teachers for class VIII of junior high school in Bekasi City. The data were collected through three stages. The first stage employed the Google Form survey to see the demographic map of informants and teachers' initial understanding of AKM. In the second stage, five informants were selected from the results of the survey, representing the data source's characteristics. Then, in the third stage, literature analysis was done to develop rubric criteria for assessing the quality of AKM items. This rubric was used by the research team to assess the quality of AKM items made by an Integrated Science teacher at a junior high school in Bekasi City. Questions that meet the criteria for good questions were collected and entered into the AKM question bank.

Abstract

Teachers' understanding of sex education and its implementation in learning is very important for primary school students. Teachers should know about the knowledge and attitude towards what sex education is and how it is implemented. The purpose of this study was to reveal teachers' knowledge about sex education based on Living Value Education (LVE) and implement it in learning sex education. This research method is descriptive survey type for exploratory or exploratory purposes. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire in the form of a google form. The questionnaire in this case includes teachers' understanding of LVE-based sex education in accordance with the validated grids. The population of this study included all primary school level teachers in DIY Province. The sample technique selected using Purposive sampling.  The research subjects who constituted the research sample were 248 teachers consisting of class teachers, subject teachers, and co-curricular teachers of elementary schools and madrasah ibtidaiyah from 51 schools/madrasas in 4 districts and 1 city, namely Sleman Regency, Kulon Progo Regency, Bantul Regency, Gunung Kidul Regency, and Yogyakarta City. Data analysis used descriptive statistics which were then converted into 4 categories. The results of the average number of scores (X) amounted to 130.64, which is in category B (Good). This means that the teacher's ability to understand LVE-based sex education is good and has the awareness to implement it.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The increasing prevalence of caesarean sections globally has led to the development of a new method, ERACS, to speed up recovery and reduce postoperative complications. The aim of this systematic review was to identify the current evidence on the effectiveness of various ERACS methods and conventional methods on patient pain levels and length of hospital stay after caesarean section. Systematic Review guidelines using PRISMA 2020 guidelines. Articles used were published in 2020-2024. 781 articles were found through searching articles from 3 databases, namely PubMed (688), EBSCO (50) and Cochrane (2), and manual searches of Google Scholar (18) and research rabbit (23). Based on data extraction and quality assessment of articles using RoB2, 4 articles were found suitable for inclusion in the review.  The results of the review showed that the ERACS protocol significantly reduced postoperative pain levels and had a shorter hospitalization time compared to conventional methods. Suggestions for future research to explore the social and psychological impact of the ERACS method, including patient satisfaction and social support. Midwives need to attend ongoing training on ERACS for optimal implementation. The government should establish a monitoring and evaluation system of ERACS results in various health facilities for continuous improvement. Keywords: Cesarean Section, Postoperative Pain, Length of Hospitalization.ERACS, Conventional Method  ABSTRAK Meningkatnya prevalensi operasi caesar global mendorong pengembangan metode baru yaitu ERACS untuk mempercepat pemulihan dan mengurangi komplikasi pasca operasi. Tujuan dari systematic review ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi bukti terkini dari efektifitas perbedaan metode ERACS dan konvensional pada tingkat nyeri pasien dan lama rawat inap post operasi sesar. Panduan Systematic Review menggunakan panduan PRISMA 2020. Artikel yang digunakan terbit tahun 2020- 2024. 781 artikel ditemukan melalui pencarian artikel dari 3 database yaitu  dari PubMed (688), EBSCO (50) dan Cochrane (2), dan pencarian manual Google Scholar (18) dan research rabbit (23).Berdasarkan data ekstraksi dan penilaian kualitas artikel menggunakan RoB2 didapatkan 4 artikel yang sesuai untuk dimasukkan dalam review.  Hasil review menunjukkan bahwa protokol ERACS secara signifikan mengurangi tingkat nyeri pascaoperasi dan  mengalami lama rawat inap yang lebih singkat dibandingkan dengan metode konvensional.Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya untuk mengeksplorasi dampak sosial dan psikologis metode ERACS, termasuk kepuasan pasien dan dukungan sosial. Bidan perlu mengikuti pelatihan berkelanjutan tentang ERACS untuk implementasi optimal. Pemerintah harus membentuk sistem pemantauan dan evaluasi hasil ERACS di berbagai fasilitas kesehatan untuk perbaikan berkelanjutan. Kata Kunci:  Operasi Sesar, Nyeri Pascaoperasi, Lama Rawat Inap, ERACS, Metode Konvensional

Abstract

AbstractBerdasarkan latar belakang dapat dikemukakan rumusan masalah yaitu bagaimana Penerapan Metode Picture an Picture Dalam Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar IPAS Siswa Kelas IV di SDN 9 Limboto. Tujuan yang diharapkan dalam melakukan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui penerapan Metode Picture and Picture dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPAS Kelas IV di SDN 9 Limboto. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Research). Penelitian tindakan kelas adalah penelitian yang akar masalahnya muncul di kelas dan diketahui oleh guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memperbaiki atau mengatasi masalah yang dihadapi sealama proses pembelajaran. Peserta didik dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran Menggunakan metode Picture and Picture menunjukkan hasil yang positif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPAS mengalami peningkatan setelah melalui Metode pembelajaran Picture and Picture dapat diketahui bahwa hasil belajar dan prestasi belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan mulai pre test, test soal siklus I, sampai test soal siklus II. Hal ini dapat diketahui dari ketuntasan belajar dari 24% meningkat menjadi 50% (pre test),. Post Test Siklus I dan Post Test Siklus II dengan nilai ketuntasan belajar 50% dan Post Test Siklus II dengan ketuntasan belajar 50%, hal ini dapat diketahui dari ketuntasan belajar dari siklus I 50% Meningkat menjadi 80% .kemudian (test soal siklus I) Nilai rata-rata menjadi 68,92, dan meningkat lagi menjadi 79,84 (test soal siklus II).Kata Kunci: Penerapan Metode Picture and Picture; Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar.Based on the background, a problem formulation can be put forward, namely how to apply the Picture and Picture Method to improve science and science learning outcomes for class IV students at SDN 9 Limboto. The expected aim of conducting this research is to determine the application of the Picture and Picture Method in improving student learning outcomes in Class IV Science and Technology subjects at SDN 9 Limboto. The type of research used in this research is the classroom action research approach. Classroom action research is research where the root of the problem arises in the classroom and is known to the teacher. This research was conducted to improve or overcome problems encountered during the learning process. Students in following the learning process using the Picture and Picture method show positive results. The results of this research show that student learning outcomes in science and science subjects have increased after using the Picture and Picture learning method. It can be seen that student learning outcomes and learning achievements have increased from the pre-test, cycle I test questions, to cycle II test questions. This can be seen from the learning completeness from 24% increasing to 50% (pre test), Post Test Cycle I and Post Test Cycle II with a learning completeness value of 50% and Post Test Cycle II with learning completeness 50%, this can be seen from learning completeness from cycle I 50% Increased to 80%. Then (test questions from cycle I) the average score became 68.92, and increased again to 79.84 (test questions from cycle II).Keywords: Application of the Picture and Picture Method; Improving Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of extended grammatical range and accuracy in the speaking skills of street vendors in the tourism area in Kuta Mandalika Beach, Central Lombok. The research involved 9 people of street vendors. This study employed qualitative research methods, using interviews with the IELTS rubric descriptor to assess the street vendors' grammatical range and accuracy in speaking skills. The study's findings indicate that street vendors in the Mandalika tourism area have varying proficiency levels in English grammar and accuracy, with most participants scoring between 4 and 6 bands on the IELTS rubric. The study results showed that the participants' mean band score was approximately 4.44, indicating a "limited" level of proficiency.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Nausea and vomiting during pregnancy, especially in the first trimester, are common complaints often experienced by pregnant women and can develop into emesis or even hyperemesis gravidarum. One of the most researched non-pharmacological treatments is the use of ginger (Zingiber officinale), which is known to have active ingredients such as gingerol and volatile oils that work as a natural antiemetic. The purpose of this scoping review is to evaluate the effectiveness of ginger in reducing nausea and vomiting in pregnant women. This study is a scoping review that aims to evaluate the effectiveness of ginger in reducing nausea and vomiting in pregnant women. Literature searches were conducted through various databases such as PubMed, ScienceDirect, Wiley, Research Rabbit, and Google Scholar, using the PRISMA-ScR framework and the PICO approach. Of the 1262 articles identified, 9 articles met the inclusion criteria and were evaluated for quality using JBI guidelines. The review showed that ginger, whether in the form of warm drink, decoction, ginger milk, or capsules, was significantly effective in reducing the frequency and intensity of nausea and vomiting. The effectiveness of ginger is even comparable to vitamin B6 in short-term use.Based on the literature reviewed, ginger is effective and safe to reduce nausea and vomiting during pregnancy, especially in the first trimester. Keywords: Ginger, Pregnancy, Emesis, Scooping Review  ABSTRAK Mual dan muntah selama kehamilan, khususnya pada trimester pertama, merupakan keluhan umum yang sering dialami ibu hamil dan dapat berkembang menjadi emesis atau bahkan hyperemesis gravidarum. Salah satu pengobatan non-farmakologis yang banyak diteliti adalah penggunaan jahe (Zingiber officinale), yang diketahui memiliki kandungan aktif seperti gingerol dan minyak atsiri yang bekerja sebagai antiemetik alami. Tujuan dari scoping review ini untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas jahe dalam mengurangi mual dan muntah pada ibu hamil. Studi ini merupakan scoping review yang bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas jahe dalam mengurangi mual dan muntah pada ibu hamil. Penelusuran literatur dilakukan melalui berbagai database seperti PubMed, ScienceDirect, Wiley, Research Rabbit, dan Google Scholar, dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja PRISMA-ScR dan pendekatan PICO. Dari 1262 artikel yang diidentifikasi, sebanyak 9 artikel memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan dievaluasi kualitasnya menggunakan pedoman JBI. Hasil review menunjukkan bahwa jahe, baik dalam bentuk minuman hangat, rebusan, susu jahe, maupun kapsul, terbukti efektif secara signifikan dalam menurunkan frekuensi dan intensitas mual muntah. Efektivitas jahe bahkan sebanding dengan vitamin B6 pada penggunaan jangka pendek. Berdasarkan literatur yang ditinjau jahe terbukti efektif dan aman untuk mengurangi mual dan muntah selama kehamilan, terutama pada trimester pertama. Kata Kunci: Jahe, Hamil, Emesis, Scoping Review
