Abstract

SMEs will get the maximum production when their employee get work satisfaction. They will work efficient when their workplace is comfortable. So the objective of this research is to analyze the influence of the workplace and Person-Organization Fit to Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) through employee satisfaction as a variable intervening at the Indonesia SMEs. This study using a random sampling of employees of Indonesia SMEs with the number 250 employees of SMEs. Instruments that are used in this research is a questionnaire to obtain the primary data needed. The research method is quantitative analysis, the data obtained is based on the answers from respondents on the questionnaire, analyzed by statistical techniques of multiple linear regression analysis, the regression model is tested with classical assumptions to meet the requirements and is suitable to be used to predict the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of the regression calculations were tested using the t-test and the coefficient of determination. The research finding have shown that variable Workplace and person-organization Fit influential to Organizational Citizenship Behaviour through employee satisfaction on the employees of Indonesia SMEs. In research, it is known that the Workplace is a variable independent that influences the most substantial of the Organizational Citizenship Behaviour of employees compared to variable independent else.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berupa bimbingan belajar Bahasa Inggris di pulau gili iyang desa Banraas. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui cara yang tepat untuk menyediakan Bimbingan bahasa inggris untuk anak usia sekolah dasar di desa Banraas dan mengenalkan bahwa les bahasa inggris efektif untuk anak usia sekolah dasar. Kegiatan ini menggunakan 3 (tiga) metode, yaitu menyanyi, quiz, dan tanya jawab. Hasil bimbingan belajar ini adalah diketahui bahwa anak usia sekolah dasar (6-12 tahun) adalah lebih antusias dan mampu mengikuti serta memahami materi saat berkelompok mengajari mereka menggunakan metode permainan khususnya dengan menyanyikan lagu-lagu yang berhubungan dengan materi.Mereka menjadi lebih percaya diri untuk memperkenalkan diri menggunakan bahasa Inggris di depan teman mereka. bimbingan belajar cukup efektif untuk membantu anak usia sekolah dasar Desa Banraas  untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman bahasa Inggris mereka pelajaran, serta meningkatkan rasa percaya diri mereka dalam menggunakan bahasa Inggris.

Abstract

Kolaborasi dengan Pemangku Desa beserta warga masyarakatnya dan dunia kampus merupakan awal mula untuk berkontribusi meningkatkan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat lokal desa. Pengalian potensi desa dan pengembangan desa Telaga Biru dilakukan melalui kegiatan curah pendapat melalui Focus Group Discussion (FGD) guna menyusun rekomendasi tindak lanjut pengembangan potensi lokal Desa. Abstract

Keselamatan kerja menjadi hal yang penting dalam menjalankan aktivitas pekerjaan. Kecelakaan bisa terjadi kapan saja dan dimana saja, tidak hanya Safety Knowledge, Safety Awarness, Safety Climate, Saftey Citizenship Behaviour yang dibutuhkan dalam diri karyawan untuk memberikan rasa nyaman dan aman dalam melakukan pekerjaan, perilaku keselamatan juga sangat dibutuhkan bagi karyawan perilaku tersebut disebut Safety Behavior. Untuk meningkatkan keselamatan kerja maka diperlukan pengetahuan keselamatan yang baik oleh setiap karyawan, pengelola suatu organisasi harus lebih memperhatikan hal-hal yang paling mendasari terkait pengetahuan kelselamatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pengetahuan Keselamatan (Safety Knowledge), Kesadaran Keselamatan (Safety Awareness), Iklim Keselamatan (Safety Climate), dan Perilaku Keselamatan Warga Negara (Saftey Citizensip Behaviour) terhadap Perilaku Keselamatan (Safety Behaviour) pada wisata Pantai Lombang Sumenep, Madura.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of safety culture on safety behavior through safety awareness at the Bukit Tawap tourist attraction, Saronggi District, Sumenep, East Java. The background to this research is based on the importance of a good safety culture in reducing work accidents and increasing awareness of dangers in the workplace. This research uses quantitative methods with a path analysis design. The sample used was 88 respondents consisting of permanent employees, investors and tourism managers, using a proportional stratified random sampling technique. Data was collected through a questionnaire using a 1-5 Likert scale. The research results show that safety culture has a positive and significant effect on safety behavior and safety awareness, and fully mediates the influence of safety awareness on safety behavior. These findings suggest that a good safety culture can increase safety awareness and encourage better safety behavior. This research suggests that tourist attraction managers strengthen safety training programs and effective communication to create a safer work environment, as well as increase safety awareness among employees and visitors. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of rewards and punishments on employee work motivation, with the work environment as a moderating variable at PT Equityworld Futures Surabaya. The method used was an associative quantitative approach, with an online questionnaire distributed to 50 respondents, representing all company employees. The analysis techniques employed included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, moderated regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R²) tests, and partial t-tests. The results showed that rewards significantly influenced work motivation, while punishment did not. Furthermore, the work environment did not moderate the relationship between rewards and punishments on work motivation.

Abstract

There is a lack of instructions regarding procedures to be followed by workers in terms of acting for safety and safe behavior. This study aims to establish the influence of a safety climate and safety leadership in the development and management of tourism through a safe attitude towards safety behavior in Pantai Biru Tourism. This study uses a qualitative research approach, with descriptive-qualitative related aspects and in-depth discussion and focus on the subject to be studied. The results of the study explain that the commitment given by the leader will be channeled based on actions in influencing and directing every human resource that contributes to tourism. Safety leadership makes it the responsibility of each worker's awareness and sensitivity to their own safety and security. Based on the theory of Loss Causation Model Bird & Gemain in 1990 in Loss there is something called Injured Worked Time, which is where there is a tragedy or injury experienced by workers and cannot be replaced with work compensation. These findings help leadership and create employee perceptions and commitment to establishing sustainable tourism management policies. Then, the climate dimension of safety leadership needs to be explored in future research with complete data collection.
