Abstract

ABSTRAK Karayawan merupakan bagian terpenting yang akan menggerakkan roda organisasi perusahaan. Perilaku kerja karyawan yang baik akan memberikan dampak kinerja yang baik pula dalam mendukung tujuan perusahaan, dan sebaliknya perilaku kerja karyawan yang tidak baik akan sangat merugikan pencapaian tujuan perusahaan. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi 30 indikator kinerja karyawan di perusahaan industry sekitar kawasan industry di Kabupaten Karawang. Sampel adalah mahasiswa yang berprofesi sebagai karyawan di berbagai kawasan indusri. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 230 orang yang diambil secara stratified random sampling dari seluruh mahasiswa yang ada di Universitas Buana Perjuangan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada umumnya perilaku karyawan industri di Kabupaten Karawang adalah baik, tidak berperilaku “Counterproductive”. Perilaku yang harus mendapat perhatian terdapat pada indikator saat karyawan menghadapi kebijakan baru dan menhadapi metode kerja baru. Analisis Faktor membentuk 7 kelompok dengan kemampuan memprediksi mencapai 67,171 % dari populasinya. Key Word : Perilaku Kerja, Perilaku negartif, Perilaku Positif.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of web design quality and e-trust on repurchase intention. The design of this study uses a quantitative method of population of shopee users at Buana Perjuangan University, with 172 students of Management study program in the period April to August 2023. Data collection through the google form questionnaire. Data processing in this study used Partial Least Square (PLS) based Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis. The web design Quality variable has a value greater than 0.05. Both are below the significance level of 1.987. This shows that the main speculation which states that there is an impact of web design quality on repurchase intention is not proven. The e-trust variable has a p-value of 0.000 below 0.05. This shows that the second hypothesis that e-trust has an effect on repurchase is proven.

Abstract

Salah satu industri yang menjadi fokus banyak negara adalah pariwisata, khususnya Indonesia. Mengingat luasnya negara kepulauan, Indonesia menawarkan potensi wisata yang sangat besar. Karena pariwisata merupakan fenomena sosial, ekonomi, politik, budaya, dan teknis, perencanaan pembangunan akan sangat terpengaruh oleh keadaan ini. Penelitian ini akan mendeskripsikan elemen-elemen yang mempengaruhi proses evaluasi place branding di Pantai Sedari serta penilaian pengelolaan pariwisata pada destinasi wisata populer di Kabupaten Karawang dengan menggunakan model Reinesto. Pengkajian pengelolaan pariwisata di destinasi wisata Pantai Sedari Kabupaten Karawang menjadi tujuan utama pendekatan studi deskriptif kualitatif ini. Pengelola Pantai Sedari, petugas loket tiket, agen perjalanan, pengunjung, dan masyarakat Desa Sedari menjadi informan. Data primer dan sekunder dikumpulkan antara lain dengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, tinjauan literatur. Tiga metode utama analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, pengujian data, dan penyusunan kesimpulan untuk verifikasi. Secara keseluruhan, objek wisata Pantai Sedari sudah melakukan place branding dengan sangat baik.

Abstract

Dalam sebuah perusahaan mempunyai kinerja yang bagus dari karyawan merupakan salah satu aspek yang sangat penting, jika kinerja karyawan tidak memadai, perusahaan akan kesulitan bersaing dengan pesaingnya.maupun fasilitas kesehatan yang ada disekitar. Maka dari itu sumber daya manusia disini adalah elemen penting yang dapat menjadi kunci bagi kemajuan sebuah organisasi atau perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi atau perusahaan baik itu pada perusahaan kecil maupun besar karena apabila tidak ada manusia maka perusahaan tersebut tidak akan berjalan maupun berfungsi. Abstract

The development of technology and the world of education today requires complex thinking. Technology can be used to make the learning process easier, more interesting, and more enjoyable. However, learning must continue to focus on the elements of competency achievement that must be achieved and the humanist element. The blended learning model with synchronous and asynchronous systems is one model that can be used in today's technology-based learning era, especially asynchronous systems.  This study aims to determine the effectiveness of asynchronous learning in increasing the students' civic responsibility at one of the universities in Bandung City. Experiments in research are considered more appropriate for answering the research objectives. The research subjects were students of the environmental engineering study program (experimental class) and food engineering study program (control class). The results showed that asynchronous learning was more effective for increasing students' civic responsibility, with an average post-test score of 91.50.

Abstract

The development of tourism in coastal areas has the potential to have a positive impact on the local community's economy. This study aims to analyze the role of the break even point as a basis for profit planning for economic diversity at Pondok Wisata Bali Beach in Subang Regency. The research method uses a qualitative approach with case studies to gain an in-depth understanding of economic dynamics and their impacts. The research findings reveal that Pondok Wisata Bali Beach has created various economic sectors around it, including hotels, restaurants, handicrafts, as well as local agriculture. This economic diversity has provided new opportunities in terms of income and employment, as well as empowering local communities through training and entrepreneurial opportunities. However, environmental sustainability constraints are also an issue that needs attention. The results of the calculation of the Break Even Point on Pondok Bali Subang tourism show that the income is above the break even point so that this Pondok Bali Subang tour earns profits and is safe from losses. This research provides valuable insights for decision makers and practitioners in developing sustainable tourism in the region. Keywords: Economic Diversity. Profit, Break Even Point

Abstract

This research aims to find out, analyze and explain income, costs and tourist visits in the South Karawang tourist area. This research was carried out using descriptive and verification methods with path analysis. The sample size for this research was 100 respondents. Based on the results of descriptive tests, it is agreed that income and costs influence tourist visits. The results of the verification test show that there is a fairly strong relationship or correlation between income and costs. The income variable has no influence on tourist visits. There is a partial effect of costs on tourist visits which is positive and significant. And there is a simultaneous influence of income and costs on tourist visits in the South Karawang tourist area of ​​64.5% while the remaining 35.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

Internship is a compulsory subject in the form of student internship placement activities, to provide insight into the application of knowledge in the business/work world. Students practice their abilities and knowledge in analyzing problems related to the field of study program that occur in the business/work world. The implementation of internship began on January 20, 2020 until February 20, 2020 at a subsidiary of PT. Pupuk Indonesia Holding Company, namely PT. Pupuk Kujang Cikampek. PT. Pupuk Kujang Cikampek is a company that manages products such as urea fertilizer, NPK fertilizer, nitrea fertilizer, and ammonia. The problem that arises in the company is that there is an employee acceptance that is not appropriate or not based on where the employee lives. Abstract

One aspect that can influence organizational commitment is individual characteristics and job characteristics. Individual characteristics are a psychological process that influences individuals in obtaining, consuming and receiving goods and services and experiences. Individual characteristics are internal factors that drive and influence individual behavior so that they have different abilities from other people to maintain and improve work within the organization. The type method in this study uses a type of qualitative research, which places more emphasis on descriptive analysis and discussion. Qualitative methods will focus more on incidents in the research environment, which are more focused on elements or groups of people, objects, institutions, relationships with elements and receiving data appropriately. Individual characteristics and job characteristics influence the search for new employees, companies adjust certain jobs filled by who and how good the employee is, individual characteristics and job characteristics influence because we know what abilities and jobs are given and to develop potential as well. Individual characteristics and job characteristics are influential because according to the test mechanism that matches these characteristics, various tests are carried out to determine accuracy, intelligence, skill, because in each test there is a score to be accepted or not so it is very influential. Individual characteristics and job characteristics affect organizational commitment because they will be placed in the appropriate position and the parts needed by the company. The existence of the influence of employee organizational commitment to the company with the existence of individual characteristics and the characteristics of the company's work will make it easier to place employees. The employee's trust in the company is further enhanced, and has good attitude and discipline, both within the company and outside the company.
