Abstract

Discipline is berperanguh to increased student achievement. This study aims to collect information on students' disciplinary effect on student achievement in the subjects of Civics at SMK Pasundan 1 Subang. Using the theory of discipline (Maman Rachman and A. Kosasih Djahiri) and the theory of learning achievement (Moh. Surya). By using a quantitative approach. Penenlitian sample as many as 108 students and 2 teachers Civics. The results showed that the discipline of the students have a significant influence on the improvement of student achievement that is, True 0, 832. It can be concluded that the higher discipline learners, it will be a good learning achievements of learners, especially on the subjects PPKn in SMK Pasundan 1 Subang

Abstract

The learning process in law theory and constitution courses requires variations in the use of learning models, to increase the level of understanding and analysis of student abilities related to concepts and theories of law theory and constitution courses. The purpose of this study is to learn how to apply the problem-based learning model of learning using brainstorming techniques in improving the analysis skills of students specifically with respect to lectures on legal theory and constitution courses. Quantitative research with the main data source is pretest and posttest research with research subjects of all 5 semester students of PPKn study programs taking courses in legal theory and constitution. The results showed that there was an increase in student scores seen from the results of the pretest and posttest scores which increased significantly, the highest value at the posttest score reached 92 and the highest value at the pretest score 76. It can be concluded that the need for a problem based learning learning model with brainstorming techniques proved to be effective in improving students' analytical skills regarding legal theory and constitution.

Abstract

It takes proper parenting style from parents in instilling a child's discipline. The problems that are studied are how the parenting style, constraints and efforts. The research objective describes the parenting styles, constraints and efforts. The research was conducted at Rt. 33 Rw. 11 BTN Griya Mukti Indah Housing, Gembor Village, Pagaden District, Subang Regency with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were 10 parents who have primary school-age children or 6-12 years old. The underlying theory in parenting is the theory of Danny I Yatim. Data collection methods used were interviews, observation and documentation. Claster Sampling (area sampling) was used to prove the validity of the data. sources and methods. Data analysis techniques through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that parents should apply parenting styles that are in accordance with the current situation, condition and development of a child. In terms of children's discipline, parents should play an active role in controlling their children's daily lives so that children are always disciplined and obey the existing rules in the family and community environment.

Abstract

Perkembangan sosial budaya telah memberikan dampak terhadap nasionalisme dikalangan mahasiswa. Pembinaan dilingkungan keluarga, masyarakat, sekolah/kampus harus selalu senantiasa dilakukan untuk menumbuhkan jiwa nasionalisme pada diri mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui seberapa besar dampak perkembangan sosial budaya terhadap nasionalisme mahaisiswa. Dengan pendekatan kuantitaif deskriptif analisis. Pengumpulan data melalui angket dan observasi. Objek penelitian yakni mahasiswa Program Studi Teknik Lingkungan Universitas Pasundan sebanyak 68 orang. Perkembangan sosial budaya memberikan dampak terhadap nasionalisme mahasiswa Program Studi Teknik Lingkungan Universitas Pasundan sebesar 31,1%.

Abstract

This research was conducted by researchers to find out how important the implementation of multicultural education is in preventing the development of radicalism among students through Pancasila and Citizenship Education subjects. As a result of the development of radicalism, there is a lack of tolerance for others which results in the loss of a sense of unity and integrity among students. In this study, the researcher used a case study method, using a qualitative approach. The data collection used is through interviews and literature studies. The population in this study were all students in one of the Pasundan Vocational Schools in Bandung. The sample of this research is representatives of class XI students as many as 11 people. Through interviews with Pancasila and Citizenship Education teachers and student representatives. The results show that the learning process of Pancasila and Citizenship Education by implementing multicultural education makes learning activities more active so that they can instill diversity or multicultural values ​​and prevent students from the impact of radicalism such as acts of intolerance among students. So we can conclude that the implementation of multicultural education has an impact on preventing the development of radicalism among students through Pancasila and citizenship education subjects.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of the study was to describe the application of "lesson study" using the learning model "Problem Based Learning" (PBL) on PPKn subjects to improve problem solving skills in students. Type of qualitative research with descriptive analysis method. Learners of class VII A Junior High School in Bandung City as the subject of research. This research data is based on the results of "plan", "do", and "see". Processing data with triangulation techniques. The conclusion of the research results is the implementation of "lesson study" using the learning model "Problem Based Learning" (PBL) which is carried out in accordance with the stages of "lesson study" which is "plan", "do", "see". "Lesson study" contributes to a more mature learning planning process, so that teachers feel better prepared in implementing learning. Effective learning can improve the quality of PPKn learning. The implementation of a well-designed "lesson study" can make teachers more creative and innovative in designing, implementing, and evaluating learning. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect on students' learning motivation through the implementation of the Teams Games Tournament cooperative learning model. Lack of student learning motivation, especially in the subjects of Pancasila and citizenship education, one of the reasons is the weakness of the learning process in the classroom, for example, many teachers still apply conventional methods when the learning process takes place in the classroom, and this is one of the backgrounds behind the problems in this study. This research uses descriptive study method and uses a qualitative approach. Data collection used is through interviews and literature studies. The population in this study were all students of SMPN 1 Rancaekek, and the samples of this study were students in class VII A and VII B. Through interviews with the Pancasila and Nationality education teachers and student representatives, it was found that there was a learning process that involved all students namely by implementing learning gamesbased learning, the application of the learning model makes learning activities in the classroom more active and innovative so that it gives an influence on the learning motivation of participants. So it can be concluded that the implementation of the Teams Games Tournament learning model has an effect on increasing student learning motivation in Pancasila and citizenship education subjects.

Abstract

Pola kehidupan sehari-hari yang terjadi saat ini telah berubah sejak adanya teknologi internet masuk dalam sebuah perangkat yang bersifat mobile sehingga orang dapat berkomunikasi di manapun berada. Pesatnya perkembangan media sosial di kalangan remaja sebagai alat komunikasi yang mudah digunakan oleh siapa saja dan dapat diakses di mana saja membuat fenomena besar terhadap arus informasi, tidak hanya itu pertumbuhan media sosial membawa trend baru dalam masyarakat sebagai ajang untuk melakukan tindakan penindasan secara online atau yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan cyberbullying. Berdasar hasil analisis diperoleh Koefisien jalur media digital terhadap perilaku sosial berpengaruh negatif sebesar -0,11. artinya 11% perilaku sosial dipengaruhi karena keberadaan media digital. Adapun indikator yang paling kuat suka mengoleksi film pertarungan. Untuk koefisien jalur keluarga terhadap perilaku sosial berpengaruh positif sebesar 0,65. artinya 65% keluarga memiliki pengaruh yang cukup besar terhadap perilaku sosial. Adapun indikator yang paling kuat adalah ortu selalu mencukupi kebutuhan. Sedangkan untuk koefisien jalur keluarga, dan media digital berpengaruh negatif bersama-sama terhadap perilaku sosial sebesar -0,11 dan -0,33. Abstract

Scouting is an extracurricular organization held at all levels of education. Scouting is one of the extracurricular activities that is a place for character education, besides that Scouting also has a relationship with the ideology of Pancasila. This study aims to determine the relationship between scouts and Pancasila values. This study aims to find out how to strengthen the Pancasila ideology in Scout extra-curricular activities. So that the formulation of the problem in this research is: how is the implementation of Scout extra-curricular activities at SMA N 1 Margaasih, how is the relationship between Scout extracurricular activities and Pancasila values, what obstacles are faced in efforts to strengthen Pancasila ideology through extracurricular organizations at SMA N 1 Margaasih, what are the solutions? to face obstacles in efforts to strengthen the Pancasila ideology through Scout extracurricular organizations at SMA N 1 Margaasih. This study used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach with the research subject being Scoutmasters and students at SMA N 1 Margaasih. Data was collected by means of interviews and documentation with data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and verification. The results of the study show that (1) the scout extracurricular is a mandatory extracurricular, (2) the relationship between scouts and Pancasila values ​​is contained in the dasadarma, (3) the obstacles faced are one of the students themselves, the supporting environment and the scout coach, ( 4) solutions to deal with obstacles, including the provision of scouting materials such as the history of the Indonesian nation, the use of scouting methods and increasing the ability of scout coaches.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of using YouTube videos as a learning medium in enhancing students' critical thinking skills in the subject of Pancasila and Civic Education (PPKn) at SMP Negeri 19 Kota Bandung. YouTube, as one of the most popular social media platforms, is becoming an increasingly important educational tool in the digital era. This research employs a quasi-experimental method, involving two eighth-grade classes (G and H) at SMP Negeri 19 Kota Bandung, with a total of 70 students. Data was collected before and after the use of YouTube videos, and measured using critical thinking instruments. The results of this study are expected to demonstrate the effectiveness of YouTube in improving students' critical thinking skills, as well as contributing to more innovative teaching methods aligned with technological advancements. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh penggunaan video YouTube sebagai media pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn) di SMP Negeri 19 Kota Bandung. YouTube, sebagai salah satu platform media sosial yang populer, menjadi alat pembelajaran yang semakin penting di era digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan melibatkan dua kelas VIII (G dan H) di SMP Negeri 19 Kota Bandung, dengan total 70 peserta didik. Data dikumpulkan sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan video YouTube, serta diukur dengan instrumen berpikir kritis. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menunjukkan efektivitas YouTube dalam membantu meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik, serta memberikan kontribusi untuk metode pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif dan sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi
