Abstract

Salah satu program yang dilaksanakan oleh human Resource Developmen (HDR) adalah Pengembangan SDM. Program ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan meningkatkan kualitas dan kemampuan karyawan dengan target priotitas dalam peningkatan kinerja yang baik dalam rangka menciptakan pertumbuhan perusahaan. Eksistensi Sumber daya manusia (SDM) sangat penting bahkan tidak tidak bisa digantikan ataupun dilepaskan dari sebuah organisasi, baik institusi pemerintahan/swasta maupun perusahaan. Keberadaannya menjadi kunci yang menentukan tumbuh dan berkembangya perusahaan. Sumber daya manusia merupaka indivisu berupa manusia yang dipekerjakan di sebuah organisasi sebagai penggerak, konseptor dan juga perencana untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Tujuan penilitian untuk mendapatkan informasi Pengambangan Manajemen SDM yang barada di lingkungan Universitas Buana Perjuangan Karawang dan pengaruhnya terhadap kualitas Staff (tendik) di lingkunhan Universitas Buana Perjuangan Karawang dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif verifikatif, Teknik pengumpulan data yang dipakai adalah melalui kuesioner, wawancara dan melakukan observasi langsung guna mendapatkan informasi mengenai situasi dan kondisi di tempat penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pengembangan SDM berdasarkan hasil penelitian berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kualitas Tenaga Kependidikan di Universitas Buana Perjuangan Karawang.

Abstract

Salah satu industri yang menjadi fokus banyak negara adalah pariwisata, khususnya Indonesia. Mengingat luasnya negara kepulauan, Indonesia menawarkan potensi wisata yang sangat besar. Karena pariwisata merupakan fenomena sosial, ekonomi, politik, budaya, dan teknis, perencanaan pembangunan akan sangat terpengaruh oleh keadaan ini. Penelitian ini akan mendeskripsikan elemen-elemen yang mempengaruhi proses evaluasi place branding di Pantai Sedari serta penilaian pengelolaan pariwisata pada destinasi wisata populer di Kabupaten Karawang dengan menggunakan model Reinesto. Pengkajian pengelolaan pariwisata di destinasi wisata Pantai Sedari Kabupaten Karawang menjadi tujuan utama pendekatan studi deskriptif kualitatif ini. Pengelola Pantai Sedari, petugas loket tiket, agen perjalanan, pengunjung, dan masyarakat Desa Sedari menjadi informan. Data primer dan sekunder dikumpulkan antara lain dengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, tinjauan literatur. Tiga metode utama analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, pengujian data, dan penyusunan kesimpulan untuk verifikasi. Secara keseluruhan, objek wisata Pantai Sedari sudah melakukan place branding dengan sangat baik.

Abstract

Dalam sebuah perusahaan mempunyai kinerja yang bagus dari karyawan merupakan salah satu aspek yang sangat penting, jika kinerja karyawan tidak memadai, perusahaan akan kesulitan bersaing dengan pesaingnya.maupun fasilitas kesehatan yang ada disekitar. Maka dari itu sumber daya manusia disini adalah elemen penting yang dapat menjadi kunci bagi kemajuan sebuah organisasi atau perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi atau perusahaan baik itu pada perusahaan kecil maupun besar karena apabila tidak ada manusia maka perusahaan tersebut tidak akan berjalan maupun berfungsi. Tujuan dari artikel ini yaitu untuk mengetahui peran sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan pada Klinik Pratama Asshofwan. Abstract

Employee performance is one of the most important things in the company, employee performance at PT Sinar Mandiri Teknik Bekasi is required to achieve predetermined company targets. However, in reality in the last two years the targets that have been planned or set are still not achieved as expected. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership style, work discipline partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT Sinar Mandiri Teknik Bekasi. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive verification. The population in this study were all 103 employees of PT Sinar Mandiri Teknik Bekasi with a sample calculation using the Slovin formula and a sample size of 51 employees was obtained. Data collection using a questionnaire, and data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of analytical tools, namely SPSS version 26. The results of the research conducted there is a significant positive partial effect of transformational leadership style on performance, there is a significant positive partial effect of work discipline on performance, and there is a simultaneous effect of transformational leadership style and significant positive work discipline on performance. The more the transformational leadership style develops and maintains work discipline, the more employee performance will increase. Leaders who have a transformational leadership style can increase employee motivation and dedication, encourage them to work with passion and strive to achieve maximum performance in their work. Work discipline that has been implemented in the company should be maintained in order to improve performance by achieving targets on time. transformational leadership style and work discipline have an important role in improving employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of digital leadership and organizational commitment on business performance in engineering MSMEs in Karawang. The locus of this research is the Karawang Engineering Entrepreneurs Association (APEK) with a population of 113 and the sample to be used is 88. This research method is quantitative with the analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that digital leadership and organizational commitment have a positive and significant influence on the business performance of engineering MSMEs in Karawang. Leaders who optimize digital technology are able to improve efficiency, innovation and decision making, while strong employee commitment encourages productivity and loyalty. Simultaneously, both factors play an important role in creating a competitive and sustainable business environment. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of developing digital skills for MSME leaders, increasing organizational commitment and the need for policies that support digital transformation for MSMEs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan supaya mengetahui kinerja pegawai Kantor Desa Lemahmukti Kabupaten Karawang dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat Desa Lemahmukti. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, serta studi literatur secara terstruktur maupun tidak terstruktur tentang isu-isu yang berkaitan dengan kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwasannya secara keseluruhan Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Desa Lemahmukti ketika memberi pelayanan kepada masyarakat jika diamati dari segi kualitas, kuantitas, tanggung jawab, kerja sama dan inisiatif para pegawai sudah sangat baik, sudah berjalan sesuai dengan prosedur yang di berlakukan walaupun masih terdapat sebagian pelayanan yang belum maksimal dari segi kemampuan dan kecepatan pegawai dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaannya sesuai dengan waktu serta target yang sudah ditentukan, sebagai contoh kasus pada pelayanan untuk pembuatan Kartu Keluarga (KK), pembuatan Akta Kelahiran, serta pembuatan Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP), Karena prosedurnya yang lama mulai dari pengumpulan data pemohon, antrean foto dan proses pembuatannya yang memakan waktu bahkan bisa melebihi 1 bulan, Namun begitu Kantor Desa Lemahmukti selalu berusaha untuk memaksimalkan kinerjanya dengan sangat baik dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat di Desa Lemahmukti.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of social media on the low academic literacy of undergraduate students in the Management Study Program, Buana Perjuangan University, Karawang. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data was collected through questionnaires with 35 Management Study Program student respondents, as well as participatory observation in the campus environment. Data analysis was carried out using thematic analysis techniques to identify the main patterns and themes that emerged from the data. The research results show that social media has a complex impact on students' academic literacy. Some students admit that social media often distracts them from academic activities and reduces the time spent reading and writing in depth. In addition, the type of content often consumed on social media, which tends to be more entertainment than educational. However, there are also students who use social media as a source of academic information and discussion, although the number is relatively small.

Abstract

Transportation costs present a significant challenge in managing company operations, particularly within the goods distribution sector. This study aims to analyze the efficiency of carton box shipping transportation costs during the period 2022 to 2024 by using on-call car rental services. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with the application of mathematical models to calculate the average monthly transportation costs. The data analyzed is secondary data from the company's financial statements that have been systematically processed. The results showed that there were significant fluctuations in transportation costs each year. The year 2023 was recorded as the most efficient period with an average cost of IDR 166,486,233 per month, compared to IDR 177,965,600 in 2022 and IDR 213,813,716 in 2024. The efficiency in 2023 shows the success of the transportation management strategy, while the increase in costs in 2024 is due to a surge in shipment volumes and rising fuel prices. This study concludes that the utilisation of on-call car rental services can serve as an efficient solution, provided it is backed by optimal logistics planning. The implications of these findings highlight the necessity for periodic evaluation of the transportation methods employed to sustain operational cost efficiency amidst fluctuating demand and pricing dynamics.

Abstract

Research aims: This study examines the impact of investor sentiment on herding behavior in the Indonesian Islamic stock market, with market capitalization as a moderating variable.Design/Methodology/Approach: A quantitative approach is used with secondary data from the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2022-2023 on 70 Islamic companies. Investor sentiment was measured using the Google Search Volume Index (GSVI), while herding behavior was analyzed using the Lakonishok, Shleifer, and Vishny (LSV) method. Market capitalization is categorized into blue chip, middle chip, and lower chip, and moderated regression analysis (MRA) is applied. The data used meets the criteria of 136 data.Research findings: Investor sentiment significantly influences herding behavior among domestic and foreign investors. Positive sentiment drives stock purchases, while negative sentiment accelerates sell-offs. Market capitalization strengthens the impact of sentiment on herding, especially in small-cap stocks, which are more sensitive to market fluctuations. Theoretical contribution/ Originality: This study highlights the moderating role of market capitalization in sentiment-driven herding, providing new insights into the dynamics of Islamic stock markets.Practitioner/Policy implication: Regulators should monitor sentiment-driven volatility, while investors need to consider market capitalization when making decisions to mitigate risks.Research limitation/Implication: This study is limited to the Indonesian Islamic stock market and uses GSVI as the sole sentiment measure. Future research could explore broader sentiment indicators for deeper insights.

Abstract

Introduction: The development of technology, including transportation, continues rapidly, many companies are trying to survive and thrive in the midst of intense competition, especially in managing the cost of shipping goods. This study aims to evaluate the use of transportation costs in minimizing the cost of shipping carton boxes at PT Pindo Deli Pulp and Paper Mills 2 Karawang. Methods: This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with mathematical model analysis calculating the average contract car transportation costs, to compare more efficient transportation costs, such as the use of contract car vehicles and delivery route optimization. The data used includes shipping cost reports and contract car usage for the period 2022 - 2024. Results: The results show that the rental cost in 2024 is more effective than the rental cost in 2022 and 2023. The application of the contract car method has great potential to reduce shipping costs with route optimization and effective vehicle usage. The implication of this research is that companies need to optimize and ensure the use of leased vehicles is used properly.
