Abstract

Rapor pendidikan yang telah ditetapkan pemerintah sebagai standar mutu pendidikan mencakup area yang berkaitan dengan input, proses dan output pembelajaran. Dalam rapor pendidikan memuat capaian kompetensi literasi dan numerasi. Capaian literasi pada raport pendidikan sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Cugenang masih kurang. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan oleh pengawas sekolah di kecamatan Cugenang adalah melalui Blog GEMPA. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi manajemen Blog Gempa dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas literasi Sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metoda kuantitatif dengan tehnik pengumpulan data wawancara, studi dokumentsi dan observasi lapangan. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian tahap Perencanaan Program terdiri dari analisis kebutuhan, analisis sumber daya, desain blog, sosialisasi dan bimbingan teknis. Pengorganisasian program memuat pembagian tugas dari kordik, pengawas, kepala sekolah, guru dan Operator sekolah. Tahap pelaksanaan dimulai dari koordinasi, sosialisasi, pendampingan, unggah hasil tulisan. Evaluasi Program memuat ketercapaian tujuan, target, sasaran, dan kendala. Kendala yang ditemui yaitu rendahnya kompetensi guru dalam penggunaan teknologi, kurangnya sarana dan prasarana, keterbatasan aplikasi Blog gempa serta jaringan internet yang masih kurang stabil. Solusi yang dilakukan oleh para pengawas bina diantaranya melakukan komunikasi kepada kepala sekolah dan guru, bimbingan dan monitoring secara periodik.

Abstract

The ability to understand mathematical concepts is one of the most important abilities and must be owned by every student. This happens because the ability to understand concepts is the basis for having other The ability to understand mathematical concepts is one of the most important abilities and must be owned by every student. However, the reality on the ground, according to the results of observations and interviews with an elementary school (SD) teacher in Sumedang Regency, is known that in learning mathematics, the ability to understand mathematics is still relatively low. One of the media that is expected to improve the ability of students to understand mathematical concepts is dienes block media. This study aims to determine whether there are differences in the ability to understand mathematical concepts between students who receive learning using Dienes block media and students who learn without using Dienes block media in addition material. The method used in this study was quasi-experimental with nonequivalent pre-test-post-test control group design. The instrument used is a test of ability to understand mathematical concepts (pre-test and post-test). The population in this study were all grade II students at SDN Cilengkrang 2022/2023 with a total of 54 people. The sample used was the total sample, namely class II A which consisted of 29 students as the control class and class II B which consisted of 25 students as the experimental class. In the learning process, the experimental class used Dienes block media and the control class did not use Dienes block media. Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that there were differences in the ability to understand mathematical concepts between students who received learning using Dienes block media and students who received learning without using Dienes block media in addition material. Students who receive learning with Dienes block media have the ability to understand mathematical concepts better than students who learn without Dienes block media.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji manajemen pembinaan kepala sekolah melalui pembelajaran numerasi dalam upaya meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru di jenjang Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan desain studi kasus di SMA Negeri 1 Karangtengah, Kabupaten Cianjur. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan SaldaƱa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah melaksanakan manajemen pembinaan dalam tiga aspek utama, yaitu perencanaan, pengorganisasian, dan evaluasi. Perencanaan dilakukan secara sistematis berbasis analisis kebutuhan guru dengan melibatkan guru senior, pengawas, dan komite sekolah. Pengorganisasian kegiatan bersifat kolaboratif, ditandai dengan pembentukan tim pelaksana pembinaan dan pengalokasian anggaran untuk sarana numerasi. Pelaksanaan pembinaan mencakup pelatihan, workshop, supervisi klinis, serta studi banding yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam menerapkan pembelajaran numerasi secara kontekstual. Evaluasi dilakukan secara berlapis untuk mengukur proses, hasil, dan dampak pembinaan terhadap perubahan perilaku guru dan hasil belajar siswa. Temuan ini memperkuat peran kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin instruksional dan agen perubahan yang mampu menciptakan budaya belajar profesional berbasis numerasi di sekolah. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa manajemen pembinaan kepala sekolah yang terstruktur, kolaboratif, dan berorientasi pada praktik nyata dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas kompetensi pedagogik guru secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The research was undermined by the low oral activity and HOTS ability of students at SDN Sukasirna. One attempt to improve oral activity and HOTS ability of students is by using the learning model of RADEC. The research is aimed at finding out how to enhance oral activities and ability of HOTS IPA single and mixed substances through the RADEC model. This research uses the Class Action Research method (PTK). The research design used the Kemmis & Mc Taggart model carried out in two cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, implementation of observation and reflection. SDN Sukasirna's fifth grade of 29 students were the subject of his research. Observation techniques and test techniques are data collection techniques for this research. Model implementation sheets, oral activity observation sheet and evaluation tests become research instruments. The data analysis resulted that using the RADEC learning model, the percentage of oral activity in cycle 1 reached 69% with medium criteria and cycle 2 increased to 87% with very high criteria. The HOTS ability of students is also improved which is visible from the student's learning intensity in cycle I to 72% of the students who are in high school and at cycle II to 90%. Based on these findings, the conclusion can be drawn that the RADEC learning model can improve oral activity and the ability of HOTS students to learn single and mixed IPA materials.
