Abstract

Abstract Consumer satisfaction at Villa Cemara Situ Gunung can be influenced by many factors, including the quality of service and facilities. The existence of good service quality and complete facilities can certainly increase consumer satisfaction. This research aims to determine the influence of Service Quality and Facilities on Consumer Satisfaction at Villa Cemara Situ Gunung. The research method used is a descriptive verification method with a quantitative approach. The test stages used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis technique and hypothesis testing using the t test, f test and coefficient of determination using SPSS 25 tools with the main data source being questionnaires distributed to consumers who are staying overnight. at Villa Cemara in 2023 there will be 230 respondents. The results of the descriptive analysis show that Service Quality has a total average score of 822.2 which is included in the "good" category. For the Facility variable, there was a total average value of 833.6 which is included in the "good" category. As for the Consumer Satisfaction variable, it shows a total average value of 876.5 which is included in the "good" category. The results of the verification analysis show that there is a partial influence between Service Quality on customer satisfaction by 17.4%, there is a partial influence between Facilities on Customer Satisfaction by 22.4%. The simultaneous effect of Service and Facility Quality on Customer Satisfaction is 59.4% and the remaining 40.6% is influenced by other variables. Keyword: Service Quality, Facilities, and Consumer Satisfaction Abstrak Kepuasan Konsumen pada Villa Cemara Situ Gunung dapat dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor, diantaranya yaitu Kualitas Pelayanan dan Fasilitas. Adanya Kualitas Pelayanan yang baik dan Fasilitas yang lengkap tentunya dapat meningkatkan Kepuasan Konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Fasilitas terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen pada Villa Cemara Situ Gunung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Tahap uji yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, Teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t, uji f dan koefisien determinasi dengan menggunakan alat bantu SPSS 25 dengan sumber data utama kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada konsumen yang sedang menginap di Villa Cemara pada tahun 2023 sebanyak 230 responden. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Pelayanan memiliki total nilai rata-rata sebesar 822,2 yang mana nilai ini termasuk dalam kategori “baik”. Untuk variabel Fasilitas didapati total nilai rata-rata sebesar 833,6 yang mana nilai ini termasuk kategori “baik”. Sedangkan untuk variabel Kepuasan Konsumen menunjukan total nilai rata-rata sebesar 876,5 yang mana nilai ini termasuk kategori “baik”.Hasil analisis verifikatif menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh parsial antara Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen sebesar 17,4%, terdapat pengaruh parsial antara Fasilitas terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen sebesar 22,4%. Pengaruh simultan Kualitas Pelayanan dan Fasilitas terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen sebesar 59,4% dan sisa 40,6% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Abstract

Kinerja karyawan dapat dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor, diantaranya yaitu Kompensasi dan Disiplin Kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sumber data utama kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 212 karyawan dan metode analisis data yang digunakan path analysis dengan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat korelasi yang kuat, positif, dan signifikan antara Kompensasi dan Disiplin Kerja, (2) Kompensasi dan Disiplin Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, (3) Kompensasi dan Disiplin Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on the intention to use. A descriptive and verificative method with a quantitative approach was applied. The data analysis techniques included scale range analysis and path analysis, utilizing Microsoft Excel and SPSS software. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 203 participants of an Assemblr EDU workshop. The results indicate that both perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have a significant impact on the intention to use. Perceived ease of use contributes 15% to the intention to use, while perceived usefulness contributes 53%. Together, these two variables influence 68% of the intention to use, with the remaining 32% influenced by other factors not examined in this study..

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi saat ini sangat berpengaruh terhadap dunia usaha khususnya UMKM. Hal ini sangat berdampak pada bagian pemasaran UMKM yang berubah menjadi era digitalisasi. Untuk menambah pemahaman UMKM terhadap digitalisasi maka perlu dilakukan workshop dengan tujuan Memperkuat dan mengembangkan kapasitas dengan dikemasnya materi dengan kontekstual digitalisasi dengan tema “ Strategi Pengembangan UMKM melalui Pemasaran Digital Di Desa Curug Kecamatan Klari Kabupaten Karawang “ Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada hari Rabu tanggal 24 Januari 2023 / 27 maret 2024 melalui kegitan yang dilakukan secara tatap muka dengan peserta para UMKM yang ada di Desa Curug kecamatan KLari Kabupaten Karawang. Pada kegiatan ini peserta UMKM sebanyak 50 orang. Adapun hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya pemahaman para pelaku UMKM tentang konsep pemasaran di digital.

Abstract

Introduction: The performance of employees at the Bogor Regency DPRD Secretariat can be influenced by many factors, among which are Employee Engagement and Organizational Commitment. Employees who feel connected to their work and are fully committed to their jobs can improve employee performance and facilitate the achievement of institutional goals Methods: The approach taken was descriptive and quantitative. To analyze the data, path analysis was used, supported by Microsoft Excel and SPSS. The total number of participants was 83. The main source of data came from questionnaires given to employees at the Bogor Regency DPRD Secretariat. Results: There is a very strong connection between Employee Engagement and Organizational Commitment, as shown by a coefficient of 0,815. Employee Engagement has a partial effect on Employee Performance, contributing 28%. Organizational Commitment has a bigger partial effect on Employee Performance, making up 58,6%. When both Employee Engagement and Organizational Commitment are considered together, they have a combined influence of 6, 9% on the performance of employees in the Bogor Regency DPRD Secretariat. The remaining 31,1% is due to other factors that were not studied in this research. Keywords: Employee Engagement, Organizational Commitment, Employee Performance

Abstract

Introduction: Productivity at PT. Several factors can influence Braja Mukti Cakra, including the job description and an employee's intention to stay with a company. A well-crafted job description can enhance the productivity of employees, and if you manage the process of people leaving the company effectively, it can also have a positive impact on overall productivity.Methods: The study uses a descriptive quantitative method. We obtained the data by distributing questionnaires to 147 operational employees. We used SPSS and Microsoft Excel to analyse this study, employing a technique known as path analysis.Results: A significant correlation exists between job descriptions and the intention to quit, with a correlation coefficient of -0.374, which is relatively weak. The impact of job descriptions on work productivity is pretty significant, with a value of 0.747, which is about 74.7%. The effect of turnover intention on work productivity is -0.123, which is about 12.3%. In essence, turnover intention negatively impacts productivity. The effect of the job description on how likely people are to want to leave their job, and how much work gets done, is 0.642, which is 64.2% on PT. Braja Mukti Cakra. The remaining 35.8% is attributed to other factors that were not examined in this research. Keywords: Job Description, Turnover Intention, Work Productivity

Abstract

Ayam Geprek Bakar Nusantara Jaya merupakan UMKM yang bergerak di bidang kuliner sejak tahun 2022. Kurangnya fasilitas dan banyaknya pesaing menyebabkan bisnis ini belum berjalan secara optimal. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi analisis SWOT dan metode AHP dalam menentukan strategi terbaik untuk perkembangan bisnis. Penelitian menggunakan metode analisis SWOT dan AHP untuk menentukan faktor internal dan eksternal kemudian merumuskan alternatif strategi. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian diperoleh prioritas strategi berada pada posisi kuadran I dengan angka (1,73 dan 1,85) yang artinya fokus strategi kearah Strengths dan Opportunities yaitu menggunakan kekuatan untuk memaksimalkan peluang, dimana strategi SO yaitu pertama mempertahankan harga dengan kualitas produk yang sama, kedua meningkatkan fasilitas dan inovasi produk untuk mempertahankan konsumen. Adapun strategi lainnya yaitu strategi WO dengan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan agar pelanggan tidak berpindah ke tempat lain dan membuat packaging yang menarik agar pelanggan mengetahui produk. Strategi ST dengan mempertahankan kualitas dan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap produk dan membuka jasa untuk pemesanan online. Strategi WT yaitu meningkatkan kecepatan pelayanan dan perluasan tempat usaha agar pelanggan tidak kecewa serta menjaga kebersihan tempat usaha.

Abstract

Introduction: The Productivity of MSMEs fostered by Rumah BUMN Karawang can be influenced by various factors, one of which is Human Resource Training and Development. Well-planned and continuous Training and Development programs are expected to improve the knowledge, skills, and competencies of MSME owners, thereby positively impacting MSME Productivity. Methods: This quantitative study employs descriptive and verificative methods to explore Human Resource Training and Development influence the Productivity of MSMEs. Using Path Analysis and data from 129 MSME owners under Rumah BUMN Karawang, the research finds that Training and Development positively and significantly contribute to improving Productivity. Results: The result of the study show stat the correlation between Training and Human Resource Development is 0.884, indicating a very strong and significant relationship. Partially, Training contributes 29,8% to the MSME Productivity, while Human Resource Development contributes 50.1%. Simultaneously, both variables have a combined influence of 79.9%, with the remaining 20.1% affected by other variables outside the scope of this study.
