Abstract

This study has the intent and purpose to analyze and test the Influence of the Role of Leadership and Communication on Employee Performance at the Bekasi City Environmental Service. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive and verification analysis which has activities such as collecting, presenting, analyzing, and conducting a series of tests such as hypothesis testing, as well as making conclusions and suggestions. This study has a population of 349 Civil Servants (ASN) at the Bekasi City Environment Service and only 186 ASN samples were taken using the Taro Yamane method and non-probability sampling and using a purposive sampling method. The analysis used uses a Likert scale analysis technique and path analysis. Based on the research that has been done, this research can prove that the leadership role at the Bekasi City Environmental Service shows a value of 709 which is included in the "agree" category because respondents told through a questionnaire about the leadership role variable that this variable was going well. Furthermore, for communication with the Bekasi City Environmental Service, some respondents agreed, namely the number 711.8 which indicated that the communication was going well. After that, there was an employee performance at the Bekasi City Environmental Service showing an average score of 710.7 which was included in the "agree" category so that respondents felt the employee's performance had gone well.

Abstract

In : This study uses a quantitative method that is descriptive and causal. The population in this study were patients who had been treated at the Marhamah Clinic for the 2021-2022 period. The sampling technique in this study is probability sampling with simple random sampling method. The sample in this study used the Slovin calculation method of 5% so that a sample of 394 patients was obtained in this study. Based on the results of the study, the coefficient of determination showed that the effect of facilities on Marhamah Clinic patient satisfaction was 29%, while the remaining 71% was influenced by other factors not examined in this study. This study concludes that facilities have a significant effect on patient satisfaction at Marhamah Clinic.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze The Effect of Compensation and The Role of Leadership on The Employee Performace at Dinas PUPR Kab. Karawang. This research used primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires and secondary data obtained adjusted to the literature related to this research. The sample used in this study amounted to 115 people using a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sampling method. The data analysis technique used are the likert scale analysis and path analysis. Based on the analysis that has been carried out, the correlation coefficient between the compensation variable and the leadership role is 0,645 which means it has a strong, positive, and significant correlation level. The partial effect of compensation variable on employee performance variable at Dinas PUPR Kab. Karawang is 18,9% and the partial effect of the role of leadership variable on employee performance variable is 39,9% which means the role of leadership has bigger effect on employee performance variable than the compensation variable. The simultaneous effect of compensation variable and leadership role variable on employee performance variable is 58,9% while the remaining 41,1% is the contribution of other variables not examined. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengimplementasikan peningkatan kualitas mutu dalam proses produksi guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas pada UMKM Yuan Cake di Karawang. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah keterbatasan sumber daya manusia serta ketidakefisienan proses produksi yang berdampak pada keterbatasan pemenuhan pesanan konsumen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan penerapan GKM (Gugus Kendali Mutu), efisiensi proses produksi meningkat melalui perbaikan mesin, pengelolaan SDM, dan standarisasi proses. Selain itu, penggunaan metode peramalan penjualan dan manajemen rantai pasok mendukung efisiensi operasional UMKM. Keywords: UMKM, kualitas mutu, produktivitas, efisiensi, GKM.

Abstrak mencantumkan tujuan penelitian, metode penelitian, alat analisis yang digunakan, serta hasil penelitian secara singkat dan jelas. Kinerja pegawai Disnaker Kabupaten Indramayu dapat dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor, diantaranya yaitu Kompetensi dan Disiplin Kerja. Adanya Kompetensi yang sesuai dan disiplin kerja yang optimal tentunya dapat meningkatk an Kinerja pegawai dan mempermudah tercapainya tujuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi dan disiplin kerja terhadap Kinerja pegawai Disnaker Kabupaten Indramayu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif verifik atif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Untuk meneliti hal tersebut digunakan teknik analisis rentang skala dan analisis jalur dengan bantuan perangkat lunak Microsoft Excel dan SPSS dengan sumber data utama kuesioner yang disebarkan kepda pegawai Disnaker Kabupaten Indramayu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gambaran untuk Kompetensi, Disiplin Kerja dan Kinerja Pegawai Disnaker Kabupaten Indramayu dinilai baik. Korelasi antara Kompetensi dan Disiplin Kerja memiliki hubungan yang cukup kuat yaitu sebesar 0,5 76. Terdapat pengaruh parsial Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai sebesar 65,2%. Terdapat pengaruh parsial Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai sebesar 23,9%. Terdapat pengaruh simultan Kompetensi dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Disnaker Kab upaten Indramayu sebesar 66% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 34% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study analyzes how human resource management (HRM) affects an MSME in the telecommunications sector, namely Disa Cloud, located in Bekasi to see how human resource management (HRM) affects Disa Cloud's telecommunications business. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature study, interview and observation approach. Data were collected from interviews with owners and employees of Disa Cloud telecommunication MSMEs and direct observations at Disa Cloud telecommunication MSMEs. This study found that good HR management has a positive impact on the performance and sustainability of MSMEs in the telecommunications sector. This research provides the owners of Disa Cloud telecommunication MSMEs with important insights into how good HR management can improve performance and achieve sustainable growth. These results can be used in the future to build better HR management strategies.
