Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine whether adolescent consumers have different attitudes and perceptions about the mall when compared to her mother. And also to determine whether thedifferences in attitudes and perceptions influencing the encouragement/motivation in shoppingat a mall. Data were obtained from 100 pairs of mothers and their daughters. The data also includes information about the perceptions between mothers and daughters about the atmosphere in the mall and their motivation for shopping at the mall. The study was conducted in four malls in Depok. Mengidetifikasikan research results that mothers and their daughters are motivated to shop for different factors, and these factors have significant differences between the other related to their perception of the atmosphere in the mall. This study used a different test and regression analysis.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify and determine the internal, external, and entrepreneurial factors that affect the performance of Culinary and Fashion MSMEs in North Bogor District. The population members of this study were culinary and fashion MSMEs. The research method uses the Non-Probability sampling method. The data source used is primary data obtained by using a list of questions (questionnaire) with a sample of 100 culinary and fashion MSMEs in North Bogor. Data analysis in this study used two approaches, namely descriptive analysis and PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis. The results showed the amount of R Square (R2 ) MSME performance was 0.506. This means that internal factors, external factors, and entrepreneurial factors contribute 50.6% to the performance of MSMEs. While the remaining 49.4% is influenced by other factors. The conclusion were external factors, internal factors, and entrepreneurship had a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengetahui faktor internal, eksternal, dan kewirausahaan yang mempengaruhi kinerja UMKM Kuliner dan Fashion di Kecamatan Bogor Utara. Anggota populasi dari penelitian ini adalah UMKM kuliner dan fashion. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode Non Probability sampling. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan daftar pertanyaan (kuesioner) dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 UMKM kuliner dan fashion di Bogor Utara. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini digunakan dua pendekatan, yaitu analisis deskriptif dan analisis PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan besarnya R Square (R2 ) Kinerja UMKM adalah sebesar 0,506. Artinya adalah faktor internal, faktor eksternal, dan faktor kewirausahaan memberikan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 50,6% terhadap kinerja UMKM. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 49,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah faktor eksternal, faktor internal, dan kewirausahaan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja UMKM. Berdasarkan hasil uji t-statistic, diperoleh hasil bahwa faktor eskternal merupakan faktor yang paling berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM. Abstract

This research is driven by efforts aimed at consumer needs with the hope that consumers are satisfied and will make repeat purchases. This research aims to determine theeinfluenceeof quality,ppriceaand product design directly or indirectly on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable in purchasing cosmetics Wardah Research, this study uses 100 Wardah consumers as a sample. Sample selection using purposive sampling technique. Hypothesis testing using path analysis and bootstrap calculations as well as direct and indirect testing using structural modeling (SEM). The test results show that customer loyalty is not directly affected by product quality and price. While the design variables and customer satisfaction have a significant direct influence on customer loyalty. Then there is an indirectieffect between quality,ppriceaandpproduct design onccustomer loyalty through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Information technology has increasingly developed recently. The impact of developments in the transportation sector is also felt with the emergence of online-based transportation service businesses, one of which is Grab. This research aims to see the significant effect of price, promotion, and e-service quality on consumer repurchase interest in the Grab Application. In this research, the population that will be used is consumers who have used the Grab application and live in DKI Jakarta. The sample for this research was determined using a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling type with 100 respondents. Data collection is carried out via Google Forms. Data analysis was carried out using the PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Model) method by carrying out convergent validity, discriminant validity, composite reliability, R Square, and t-test. The results of the data analysis show that price, promotion, and e-service quality have a positive and significant effect on consumer repurchase interest in the Grab Application. Thus, if prices, promotions, and service quality improve according to consumers, Grab customers' interest in making repeat purchases will increase. Kata kunci: E-Service Quality, Price, Repurchase Intention, Promotion, Online Transportation Abstrak Kemajuan teknologi informasi yang semakin berkembang ikut membawa perubahan dalam bidang transportasi. Banyak bermunculan bisnis jasa trasportasi berbasis online, salah satunya ialah Grab. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat apakah terdapat pengaruh harga, promosi dan e-service quality terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen pada Aplikasi Grab. Dalam penelitian ini, populasi yang akan digunakan adalah konsumen yang pernah menggunakan aplikasi Grab yang berdomisili di DKI Jakarta. Sampel penelitian ini ditentukan melalui metode non probability sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui Google Form. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Model) dengan melakukukan convergent validity, discriminant validity, composite reliability, R Square serta Uji-t. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa harga, promosi dan e-servoce quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen pada Aplikasi Grab. Dengan demikian, jika harga, promosi, dan kualitas layanan semakin baik menurut konsumen, maka minat pelanggan Grab untuk melakukan pembelian berulang akan meningkat. Abstract

Penelitin ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat literasi keuangan serta pengaruhnya terhadap pengelolaan keuangan UMKM Kecamatan Cinere Depok. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini perhitungan besar sampel (sample size) yang diambil sebanyak 50 responden yang ikut serta dalam penelitian ini. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi variabel independen, yaitu literasi keuangan, dan variabel dependen, yaitu pengelolaan keuangan. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dengan Skala likert membedakan antara jawaban 1-5. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis PLS. pada hasil penelitin ini menunjukkan bahwa Literasi Keunagan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan UMKM di Kecamatan Cinere Depok

Abstract

The use of digital wallets has become increasingly prevalent in various parts of the world, including Indonesia. People’s decisions to adopt digital wallet technology are influenced by several factors. This research aims to investigate the impact of performance expectations, effort expectations, and social influence on the behavioral intention to use digital wallets in Depok City. The method used is a descriptive associative method with a quantitative approach was employed in this study, and purposive sampling was used to select 120 respondents. The results of the study reveal that effort expectation and social influence have a significant positive effect on the behavioral intention to use digital wallets. Effort expectation refers to how easy and user-friendly the technology is perceived to be, while social influence pertains to the degree to which people are influenced by their social circles to adopt the technology. However, the study found that performance expectation, which relates to the perceived usefulness and advantages of digital wallets, did not have a significant impact on behavioral intention. This research contributes to the existing literature on technology adoption by highlighting the importance of user experience factors, such as effort expectation and social influence, in shaping consumers' behavioral intentions to use digital wallets. For practitioners, the findings suggest that efforts to increase the adoption of digital wallets should focus not only on enhancing the perceived usefulness of the technology but also on improving ease of use and leveraging social influence.

Abstract

The growing technology affects aspects of life that depend on effective and efficient information. The educational aspect is closely related to technology where students are required to be able to operate computers and software. Islamic boarding schools are Islamic-based educational institutions that study religious sciences. Along with the times, boarding schools are required to be able to innovate by incorporating the general education curriculum into the pesantren curriculum, especially computer lessons so that students not only master religious knowledge but also recognize and add insight into technology.Therefore, the main objective of this community service activity is to provide knowledge and conduct training for Al Misbah boarding school students in honing their creativity and skills in making product label designs and brand labels. The students are expected to be able to independently create their own designs using the free Canva application. This activity is a real contribution in empowering the boarding school in promoting their own processed products with their own labels as well. This community service also has a questionnaire and provides positive feedback for the students of Al Misbah Islamic Boarding School.

Abstract

PKK is Family Welfare Empowerment. It is a widely recognised term that is usually associated with an association of mothers who have positive activities. PKK is a community organisation to empower women and participate in the welfare development of Indonesia. PKK groups are groups under the village PKK Team that can be formed based on territoriality or activities. The Family Empowerment and Welfare Movement Team (TP PKK) is a partner of the government and community organisations, where the PKK functions as a facilitator, planner, implementer, controller, and activator at each level for the implementation of the PKK program. Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) as an agent of the community development movement has PKK Principal Programmes. One of the main programmes, the development of cooperative life is a concern. To overcome this, Pengabdi as a team of lecturers and students from the Faculty of Economics and Business UPN Veteran Jakarta, identified opportunities to empower PKK mothers through the development of soap products that are not only environmentally friendly but also provide health and beauty benefits.ABSTRAKPKK adalah Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga. Istilah ini telah dikenal luas yang biasanya diasosiasikan sebagai perkumpulan ibu-ibu yang memiliki kegiatan positif. PKK adalah organisasi kemasyarakatan untuk memberdayakan perempuan dan berpartisipasi dalam pembangunan kesejahteraan Indonesia. Kelompok PKK adalah kelompok-kelompok yang berada di bawah Tim Penggerak PKK desa/kelurahan yang dapat dibentuk berdasarkan kewilayahan atau kegiatan. Tim Penggerak Pemberdayaan dan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (TP PKK) adalah mitra kerja pemerintah dan organisasi kemasyarakatan, dimana fungsi PKK sebagai fasilitator, perencana, pelaksana, pengendali, dan penggerak di masing-masing jenjang untuk terlaksananya program PKK. Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) sebagai agen gerakan pembangunan masyarakat mempunyai Program-Program Pokok PKK. Salah satu program pokok, Pengembangan kehidupan berkoperasi menjadi perhatian. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, Pengabdi selaku tim dosen dan mahasiswa dari Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis UPN Veteran Jakarta, mengidentifikasi peluang pemberdayaan ibu-ibu pkk melalui pengembangan produk sabun yang tidak hanya ramah lingkungan tetapi juga memberikan manfaat kesehatan dan kecantikan.
