Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze influence self efficacy and learning motivation to learning outcomr. This research used survey method. Data collection techniques used question model on scale of 1-5 with likert scale,. The respondents are students of Vocational High School in Kabupaten Bandung Barat . Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The result of the study revealed self efficacy and motivation learning both partially and simultaneously, has the positive and significant influence toward influenced students? learning outcomes. Thus students? learning outcomes can be improved through increased self efficacy and learning  motivation. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh efikasi diri dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan metode survey explanatory. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skor rentang 1 sampai 5 model Likert. Responden adalah guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa efikasi diri dan motivasi belajar siswa memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Oleh karena itu, hasil belajar dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan efikasi diri dan motivasi belajar.

Abstract

ABSTRACT There are three aims of this study. First, describe the skills of reading comprehention of VII grade students at SMP Negeri 33 Padang. Second, describe the writing skills of the report observation text of VII grade students at SMP Negeri 33 Padang. Third, describe the correlation of reading comprehention with the writing skills of the report observation text of VII grade students at SMP Negeri 33 Padang. The  type of this research is quantitative in terms of descriptive methods. The design used in this study is correlational design. The population of this study was the seventh grade students of the SMP Negeri 33 Padang which was registered in the 2018/2019 school year, it was 192 students. The sample in this study was determined by proportional random sampling of 20% of the population, namely 36 students. The research data is in the form of scores on the skills test results of reading comprehention and scores on the results of the test writing skills of the report observation text. The instrument of this study is an objective test to measure reading comprehention skills and performance tests to measure report observation text writing skills. The results of this study are three. First, the skills to write report observation texts of  VII grade students of the SMP Negeri 33 Padang is in accordance with the Good qualifications (B) with an averange value 82,99. Second, the skill of reading comprehention of VII grade students of the SMP Negeri 33 Padang in accordance with Good qualifications (B) with an averange value 81,42. Third, there is a significant correlation betwen reading comprehention skills and report observation text writing skills of VIII grade students of the SMP Negeri 7 Padang on n-1 freedom degrees and 95% significant level. H0 is reject and H1is accepted because the tcount is greater than ttable (13,59 > 2,68).  Kata Kunci: Korelasi, Keterampilan Membaca Pemahaman, Keterampilan Menulis Teks Laporan Hasil Observasi.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the planning, implementation, and learning outcomes of writing official letters in class VII SMPN 4 Monterado. The research method used was descriptive. Data were taken from two teachers, 21 students of class A and 23 of class B. Research instruments used were Teacher Ability Measurement Tools (APKG I & II), observation guidelines, and a camera. Based on the findings, the lesson plans designed for both classes were appropriate based on the lesson plan components. However, the class B lesson plan was less appropriate in terms of assignment and assessment. The learning implementation in class B was not based on the lesson plans made. Learning outcomes in both classes based on student worksheets reached an average of <70, but the assessment was not optimal due to the absence of an assessment rubric. In class A, the teacher did not carry out an assessment of the aspects of attitude and knowledge, but only the aspect of skills. While in class B, the teacher did not carry out a skill assessment, but only aspects of attitude and knowledge. Therefore, the implementation of the assessment by taking into account the three aspects needs to be reviewed for future improvement.Keywords: Learning Intruction, Official Lerrers.

Abstract

Program Paket C adalah  program pendidikan nonformal sebagai alternatif dari Dinas Pendidikan yang diperuntukkan bagi siswa-siswi yang putus sekolah atau yang tidak sempat menempuh pendidikan formal SMA karena berbagai alasan. Setelah lulus dari program paket C, para siswa dihadapkan pada pilihan karir yang akan mereka tekuni di dunia kerja. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan abdimas ini adalah untuk melakukan pemetaan minat karir siswa paket C, untuk diketahui peta minat karir siswa paket C secara umum, agar diketahui tujuan pembelajaran di program paket C dapat diarahkan sesuai peta minat karir siswa. Selain itu, pemetaan minat karir ini dapat menjadi acuan agar selanjutnya dapat dilakukan pendampingan secara lebih intensif bagi siswa paket C dalam merencanakan karir mereka. Teknik pemetaan karir yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan abdimas ini adalah dengan menggunakan tes minat Holland. Teori Holland mengenai tipe kepribadian yang sesuai dengan interaksi seseorang dengan lingkungan pekerjaannya. Partisipan dalam pelaksanaan abdimas ini adalah 62 siswa paket C. Namun demikian, hasil tes minat yang dapat dipetakan diperoleh dari 37 siswa. Hasil dari pemetaan karir ini tampak bahwa sebesar 43,2% siswa memiliki tipe kepribadian Social, sebesar 16,2% memiliki tipe kepribadian Realistic dan Artistic, sebesar 13,6% memiliki tipe kepribadian Conventional, dan sebesar 5,4% memiliki tipe kepribadian Investigative dan Enterprising. Selanjutnya luaran dari kegiatan abdimas ini berupa modul perencanaan karir bagi siswa Paket C berdasarkan peta minat karir siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze discipline, work environment, and commitment to job satisfaction. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study found 66 employees. The number of samples in this study was 66 employees. In this study, data collection related to the problems studied by researchers was carried out through questionnaires distributed to employees at the company, interviews were conducted to employees, and documentation studies in the form of company data, books, and journals related to the variables studied. Sources of research data consist of primary data in this study are interviews and questionnaires and secondary data is data obtained from notes, books, and magazines in the form of financial reports for company publications, government reports, articles, books as theory, magazines, and so on. The data analysis used is classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the coefficient of determination can be seen from the Adjusted R Square value of 0.561, meaning that 56.1% of the variation in job satisfaction variables can be explained by variations in work discipline, work environment, and commitment variables. while the remaining 43.9% is explained by other variables not examined in the study. So, it can be concluded that discipline, work environment, and work commitment have a positive effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

The interconnection of mathematics and religion can be done by looking at the interconnectedness of mathematics and the sunnah dhuha. The uniqueness of the sunnah dhuha, provides a challenge to see how mathematics is present in the initial determination of the dhuha time, to make it easier for humans to do. In this study, the library research method was used as a research method to see the mathematical interconnection with dhuha time. There are four steps carried out in the research, the first is data collection, the second is data reduction, third is display data, and fourt data analysis and interpretation. From the research that has been done, the mathematical concepts that exist in determining the timing of the dhuha prayer are the basic concepts of mathematical arithmetic operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division), trigonometric concepts, basic concepts of geometry (acute angles), and the concept of calculating time. . In the initial calculation of the implementation of dhuha prayer, the concept of trigonometry (sin, cos, tan), the basic concepts of arithmetic operations, and the concept of calculating the amount of time used. The basic concept of geometry (an acute angle) is connected with the angle formed at the height of the sun at the beginning of the time of the dhuha prayer seen from the observer.

Abstract

Hubungan antara kepercayaan diri dan kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal siswa erat kaitannya dengan proses perkembangan pribadi dan sosial siswa. Kepercayaan diri merupakan aspek pribadi yang dapat mempengaruhi cara siswa memandang diri sendiri, cara bertindak, dan cara berinteraksi dengan orang lain. Orang dengan rasa percaya diri yang rendah mengalami kesulitan dalam berkomunikasi dengan orang lain dan sulit beradaptasi dengan lingkungan sekitarnya. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa sekolah menengah atas yang berusia antara 15 dan 18 tahun. Penelitian ini dengan metode kuantitatif dan analisis korelasi. Metode ini dipilih dengan tujuan untuk menjelaskan ada tidaknya hubungan antara variabel X dan variabel Y. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepercayaan diri dan komunikasi interpersonal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai p = 0,000 (kurang dari 0,05) dan nilai r = 0,937. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kepercayaan diri dan komunikasi interpersonal siswa SMA.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 menyebabkan banyak perubahan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Mahasiswa merupakan salah satu pihak yang terkena dampak dalam perubahan tersebut karena pembelajaran yang dulunya luring (luar jaringan) menjadi daring (dalam jaringan). Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti berfokus pada peran coping strategy dari mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang sedang mengerjakan tugas akhir (skripsi) terhadap academic burnout yang timbul selama mereka berada dalam masa pembelajaran daring. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif non-eksperimental karena peneliti tidak melakukan manipulasi atau intervensi terhadap sampel penelitian. Partisipan penelitian berjumlah 202 mahasiswa (68.3% perempuan & 31.7% laki-laki) berusia 21-25 tahun dari berbagai universitas di Jakarta yang diambil menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara online. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah Coping Inventory for Stressful Situation-21 dan Maslach Burnout Inventory-Student Survey yang telah diadaptasi ke Bahasa Indonesia. Analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa task focused coping (? = -0.430, p = < 0.01) dan emotion focused coping (? = 0.311, p = < 0.01) berperan secara signifikan terhadap academic burnout sebesar 28.8% tetapi tidak dengan avoidant coping (? = 0.116, p = 0.085).    The COVID-19 pandemic has caused many changes in daily life. Students are one of the affected parties in this change because learning that used to be offline (outside the network) has become online (in the network). In this research, the researcher focuses on the role of the coping strategy of final year students who are working on their final project (thesis) against academic burnout that occurs during their online learning period. The research method used in this research is non-experimental quantitative because the researcher did not manipulate or intervene on the research sample. The research participants were 202 students (68.3% female & 31.7% male) aged 21-25 years from various universities in Jakarta who were taken using purposive sampling method and the sampling was done online. The research instruments used are the Coping Inventory for Stressful Situation-21 and the Maslach Burnout Inventory-Student Survey which have been adapted into Indonesian. Multiple regression analysis showed that task focused coping (? = -0.430, p = < 0.01) and emotion focused coping (? = 0.311, p = < 0.01) had a significant role in academic burnout by 28.8% but not with avoidant coping (? = 0.116, p = 0.085).

Abstract

Penertiban pariwisata di pantai Parangtritis merupakan suatu bentuk dalam melastarikan alam, budaya, lingkungan dan juga dapat meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat. Oleh sebab itu, maka permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitan ini adalah sejauh mana kolaborasi (collaborative) anatara pemerintah dan masyarakat dalam proses penertiban pariwisata di pantai Parangtritis. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk menemukan makna dari penemuan di lapangan, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Fokus penelitian ini berdasarkan pada teori Ansel, dkk yang melihat bagaimana kolaborasi pemerintah dapat terbagi menjadi 3 proses yaitu (1) partisipasi pemangku kepentingan, (2) ada kondisi kesetaraan kekuasaan, dan (3) ada aktor berkompeten.

Abstract

Being a special education (SLB) teacher requires specialized skills and strong convictions to impart knowledge to students with diverse needs and characteristics. The belief that a teacher can successfully accomplish tasks is closely linked to self-efficacy. High self-efficacy makes one confident in controlling situations and achieving positive outcomes. Similarly, when a teacher strongly believes in their ability to teach students with special needs, they tend to feel more satisfied and happy with the results of their efforts in achieving educational goals. Special Education teachers (SLB) who struggle to fulfill their job tasks and responsibilities may impact their life satisfaction, emphasizing the importance of self-confidence in handling such tasks and responsibilities successfully. This research aims to investigate the relationship between teacher self-efficacy and subjective well-being (SWB) among SLB teachers. This correlational quantitative study utilized purposive sampling techniques and questionnaires through the g-form and surveys. The questionnaires used included the Teacher efficacy for measuring teachers' self-efficacy, as well as the Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS) and Scale of Positive and Negative Experience (SPANE) for assessing subjective well-being (SWB). The study involved 234 SLB teacher participants in Jakarta, aged 20 to 65 years. The research was conducted over approximately two months, from October 2023 to November 2023. Pearson correlation test results indicate a positive relationship between self-efficacy and the subjective well-being of teachers, with r = 0.48. This suggests that higher self-confidence is associated with a positively perceived personal state.
