Abstract

Early adulthood was prone to psychological problems such as stress, anxiety, unhappiness, depression caused by dissatisfaction in life. This dissatisfaction is because early adulthood requires one to be independently responsible for one’s life such as work, education, relationships, and finance. One of the factors that leads individuals to life satisfaction is gratitude, where gratitude forms a positive understanding, and it has been shown to prevent depression and stress. The purpose of this study is to test whether there is a relationship between early adult life satisfaction and coexistence in Madiun City. The number of samples in this study was 200 early adults, with quota sampling techniques. Data collection uses the scale of coexistence and the scale of life satisfaction that researchers have compiled. Based on the hypothesis test results of 0.000 (p ± 0.05) with a coefficient correlation value of 0.745 the hypothesis is accepted that there is a significant relationship between life satisfaction variables and early adulthood in Madiun City. The higher the size, the higher the life satisfaction, the higher the early adulthood in Madiun City, and the lower the life satisfaction, the lower the early adulthood in Madiun City.Pada masa dewasa awal rentan muncul permasalahan-permasalahan psikologis seperti stres, cemas, tidak bahagia, depresi yang disebabkan adanya ketidakpuasan dalam hidupnya. Ketidakpuasan ini dikarenakan dewasa awal dituntut dapat bertanggungjawab secara mandiri terhadap kehidupannya seperti pekerjaan, pendidikan, hubungan relasi dan finansialnya. Salah satu faktor yang membuat individu mendapatkan kepuasan hidup adalah rasa syukur, dimana rasa syukur mampu menciptakan pemahaman yang positif sehingga dapat mencegah depresi dan stres. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara kepuasan hidup dan kebersyukuran pada masa dewasa awal di Kota Madiun. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini terdapat 200 orang dewasa awal, dengan teknik quota sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala kebersyukuran dan skala kepuasan hidup yang disusun peneliti. Berdasarkan dari hasil analisis uji hipotesis yaitu sig 0,000 (p < 0,05) dengan nilai korelasi koefisien sebesar 0,745 maka hipotesis diterima yaitu terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel kepuasan hidup dengan kebersyukuran pada dewasa awal di Kota Madiun. Semakin tinggi kebersyukuran maka kepuasan hidup juga semakin tinggi pada dewasa awal yang ada di Kota Madiun, dan juga sebaliknya semakin rendah kebersyukuran maka kepuasan hidup juga semakin rendah pada dewasa awal yang ada di Kota Madiun.

Abstract

Adolescents living in orphanages face various psychosocial conditions that can affect subjective well-being, such as separation from their families and the demands of adjusting to their environment. Subjective well-being reflects an individual's evaluation of their life, including life satisfaction and positive and negative affective experiences. One internal factor that is theoretically assumed to be related to subjective well-being is self-acceptance. This study aims to examine the relationship between self-acceptance and subjective well-being in adolescents living in Christian/Catholic orphanages. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational design involving 60 adolescents selected using total sampling technique. The research instruments consist of a self-acceptance scale and a subjective well-being scale. Data analysis was performed using Pearson's correlation. The results of the analysis show that the relationship between self-acceptance and subjective well-being is not significant. These findings can be interpreted to mean that the subjective well-being of adolescents in orphanages is more influenced by external factors, such as social support from caregivers and peers, interpersonal relationships, and the orphanage environment, than by internal factors such as self-acceptance.

Abstract

The Creating a sustainable workplace is not only about reducing the impact of pollution on the environment but also about management support in creating a workplace that supports employee happiness and well-being. This study aims to determine the role of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and work involvement in increasing happiness at work and impact of happiness at work on improving organizational citizenship behavior in PT INKA (Persero) employees. The research subjects used were employees at PT INKA (Persero), totaling 103 employees. The data collection tools used were scales of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, work involvement, and happiness at work. Data analysis used IBM SPSS 22 software for normality tests, reliability tests, and descriptions of respondents' answers, and Lisrel 8.70 software for validity and reliability tests of instruments and hypothesis testing. The results showed that work engagement, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment significantly increased happiness at work, which in turn can increase organizational citizenship behavior in PT INKA (Persero) employees. Happiness at work felt by individuals will have a positive impact both at the individual level (work engagement, job satisfaction, affective commitment) and the organizational level (performance, such as OCB).

Abstract

Jafa Edu Center (JEC) Ponorogo merupakan rumah belajar yang melayani siswa reguler dan anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK). Dalam praktiknya, JEC menghadapi kendala serius karena belum memiliki tenaga psikologi yang secara khusus menangani asesmen psikologis, padahal jumlah ABK yang terdaftar mencapai sekitar 30 anak dengan ragam hambatan seperti gangguan spektrum autisme, gangguan perkembangan intelektual, dan slow learner. Kondisi ini membuat banyak anak belum mendapatkan skrining dan asesmen yang memadai, sehingga terapi yang diberikan berpotensi kurang sesuai dengan kebutuhan perkembangan masing-masing anak. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi JEC dalam membangun sistem asesmen psikologis yang lebih terstruktur dan berbasis bukti, sekaligus meningkatkan kapasitas guru dan pendamping ABK dalam memahami hasil asesmen dan menggunakannya sebagai dasar perencanaan intervensi. Program dilaksanakan selama satu tahun melalui beberapa tahapan utama: asesmen kebutuhan dan koordinasi dengan mitra, pelaksanaan asesmen psikologis terhadap ABK menggunakan instrumen Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scale (VABS), Stanford-Binet/WISC, dan Childhood Autism Rating Scale (CARS), penyusunan modul dan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) asesmen ABK, pelatihan bagi pendidik dan pendamping, serta pendampingan implementasi dan evaluasi bersama. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan bahwa JEC kini memiliki peta kebutuhan psikologis ABK yang lebih jelas beserta laporan asesmen individual yang dapat dijadikan dasar rujukan terapi. Modul asesmen dan SOP membantu menstandarkan alur skrining awal dan langkah rujukan ke tenaga profesional. Guru dan pendamping melaporkan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang karakteristik anak dan cara membaca hasil asesmen, sehingga diskusi perencanaan terapi menjadi lebih terarah. Program ini mengindikasikan bahwa pendampingan asesmen berbasis kolaborasi kampus–lembaga mampu menjadi langkah awal yang penting untuk meningkatkan ketepatan layanan terapi bagi ABK.
