Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of digital organizational communication in improving employee performance effectiveness. The research method used was descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that digital organizational communication through media such as WhatsApp, email, and Zoom Meetings can accelerate information delivery, improve work coordination, and facilitate collaboration between employees. Furthermore, digital communication also helps reduce misunderstandings at work, thereby increasing employee performance effectiveness. Thus, digital organizational communication plays a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of organizational activities and optimally achieving work goals

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of leadership in the division of tasks and responsibilities during the Economic Care Day activity at SMA Negeri 6 Merangin. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results showed that leadership plays a very important role in organizing the committee structure, coordinating members, and ensuring the implementation of activities runs effectively. The leader implemented a participatory and communicative leadership style that encourages cooperation, responsibility, and discipline among the committee. Although obstacles such as workload imbalance and suboptimal initial coordination were found, these obstacles were overcome through open communication and direct leadership involvement. This finding strengthens the theory of participatory leadership which emphasizes the importance of leader involvement in every stage of the activity to improve organizational effectiveness, especially in the context of non-academic activities in schools.
