Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the capital structure of food and beverage companies. The variables used in this study are sales growth, liquidity, asset growth and capital structure. The population of this study were all food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period, totaling 29 companies. The sample was selected by means of a purposive sampling method. There were 20 companies that met the criteria as research samples so that the research data amounted to 60. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression. Based on the results of data analysis, the calculated F-count is 4.770 with a significance of 0.005, the significance value is smaller than 0.05. It is concluded that Sales Growth has no positive effect on capital structure. Liquidity has a negative effect on capital structure. Asset growth has no positive effect on capital structure.

Abstract

Every company has its own goals to be achieved. However, the main goal of a company is to earn profits and benefit shareholders. This study aims to analyze the financial performance of product distributors PT. Unilever, Tbk North Halmahera Branch, namely PT. Agung Maluku branch of North Halmahera using the Economic value added (EVA) method is an important innovation because in addition to not only formulating modern financial concepts, but the up-to-date implications of this concept have helped managers to better understand financial goals and help achieve these goals by easier access for managers to understand financial aspects that are sometimes complicated to understand for decision making and the Market Value Added (MVA) method helps managers to focus on valuable activities and to evaluate performance based on maximizing company performance evaluation. Observations were made on the product distributor PT. Unilever, Tbk North Halmahera Branch (PT Agung Maluku) during 2018-2019 by observing quarterly financial statements 1,2 and 3. Descriptive statistical analysis was used to find EVA and MVA values. Based on the analysis of financial performance using the EVA and MVA methods of PT. Agung Maluku, it produces a positive value which means the company is able to create added economic value to its investors, even though it is categorized as a company that is just starting out in the North Maluku region.

Abstract

One of the intelligences that modern humans must possess is financial intelligence. Financial intelligence is intelligence in managing personal financial assets. This study aims to examine the direct and indirect effect of financial knowledge and financial planning on the personal financial management behaviour of Halmahera University students. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, with the population including all students of the management and accounting study program at Halmahera University, and the research sample includes, all students of the management and accounting study program who have taken financial management courses. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis and classical assumption test. From the results of the previous research and discussion, it can be concluded that Financial Knowledge has no effect on the Financial Management Behaviour variable. it can be seen from the results of multiple linear regression tests. Financial Knowledge Variable (X1) has a beta value coefficient of 0.159 from X1 variable with a value of 0.159 > 0.05 and Financial Planning Variable (X2) has a coefficient of 0.144. The value of the X2 variable is 0.144 > 0.05. This shows that the financial knowledge and financial planning variables have no effect on the financial management behaviour variable.

Abstract

The target of the PKM Team is the production of Tuna Bud-dhe, the problem is that partners do not understand how to determine product prices and so far, the product selling price calculations have only been based on estimates and a lack of organization of human resources. As a result, the functions and duties of employees are not optimal and have an impact on the amount of production and profits of UMKM. the solution to overcome this problem the PKM TEAM proposes appropriate technology in calculating the cost of goods sold, namely by providing knowledge of calculating the cost of goods sold with the product line cost structure and will provide knowledge and assistance in HR management so that the functions and duties of employees and owners are carried out properly. The results of the PKM activities show that after the training was carried out, the participants increased their knowledge and optimal shredded selling price.

Abstract

Adanya komunikasi interpersonal, konsep diri, stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan membuat karyawan kurang semangat kerja dan karyawan merasa tertekan kepada tugas yang diberikan. Maka pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa pengaruhnya variabel komunikasi interpersonal, konsep diri dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada UD. Mahakam Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode penelitian memakai metode survey, teknik pengambilan sample memakai simple random sampling. Jenis data yaitu primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuisioner yang melibatkan 200 responden UD. Mahakam Raya. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal, konsep diri dan stres kerja secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The aim of service is to develop character education, such as cultivating good character or noble character in students through an approach based on Pancasila values and improving the quality of character education at the basic education level by incorporating Pancasila values into the curriculum and school activities. The service method used is to create learning materials and modules that integrate Pancasila values into daily activities and the school curriculum. In addition, service is carried out to measure and record students' profiles of Pancasila, including their level of understanding of and application of these values in their daily lives. The results of this service show that students develop positive character, which is demonstrated by changes in behavior that reflect the values of Pancasila. The quality of character education increases at the basic education level because Pancasila values are incorporated into daily activities and the school curriculum. One of the results of this service is to provide a character education approach model based on Pancasila values that can be used by other schools. This approach will help develop overall character and shape students with strong characters, making them virtuous people who are responsible for their actions. Highlights: Integrated Curriculum Approach: Incorporating Pancasila values into daily activities and the school curriculum to foster character development among students at the basic education level. Measurable Impact: Implementing a method to measure and record students' profiles of Pancasila, including their understanding and application of these values, to assess the effectiveness of character education initiatives. Model for Character Education: Providing a character education approach model based on Pancasila values, offering a framework that can be adopted by other schools to cultivate virtues and responsibility in students through a holistic character development process. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how ownership structure, cash holdings, compensation plans, profitability, and auditor reputation affect profits smoothing in real estate and property companies between 2019 and 2022. In order to provide consistent earnings from 2019 to 2022, this study used property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In this study, a population of 81 companies and a sample of 15 enterprises were included. To gather the sample, targeted selection was employed. The hypothesis is tested using logistic regression analytic techniques, based on the study findings that ownership structure affects the profit smoothing of real estate enterprises. However, cash holding, bonus plans, and other factors have no bearing on the earnings smoothing of real estate and property enterprises.
