Abstract

Artikel ilmiah ini membahas penilaian evaluasi sumatif dalam modul pengajaran bahasa Indonesia kelas IX, yang sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai kesesuaian kerangka penilaian yang diuraikan dalam dokumentasi modul ajar. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui analisis tiga dokumen modul ajar yang bersumber dari berbagai lembaga pendidikan, menggunakan metodologi deskriptif di samping teknik analisis konten. Temuan dari analisis mengungkapkan bahwa tidak satu pun dari tiga modul ajar yang menyertakan komponen penilaian sumatif, yang merupakan aspek penting untuk menentukan sejauh mana siswa telah memenuhi tujuan pembelajaran yang ditetapkan. Kurangnya penilaian sumatif menandakan bahwa pendidik tidak melengkapi alat evaluasi yang memadai untuk memberikan umpan balik yang menguntungkan bagi kemajuan pendidikan. Lebih lanjut, diamati bahwa tujuan pembelajaran dan kegiatan pembelajaran termuat dalam dokumen, sedangkan indikator penilaian sumatif tidak ada. Artikel ini menganjurkan agar modul ajar disusun dengan menggabungkan penilaian sumatif , serta mengintegrasikan rubrik penilaian untuk meningkatkan objektivitas dan keabsahan evaluasi. Fokus pada penilaian sumatif dapat menjadi sumber data untuk perbaikan proses pembelajaran secara keseluruhan. Sehingga, perbaikan dalam perencanaan penilaian, terutama mengenai evaluasi sumatif, sangat penting untuk memfasilitasi peningkatan kualitas pendidikan.

Abstract

This study raises the issue of the suboptimal preparation of learning modules that support the learning of popular scientific texts to improve students' literacy and critical thinking skills. The underlying theory is the APKG-1 (Teacher Competency Assessment Tool)-based learning evaluation approach, which assesses various aspects of learning planning. The research method used is qualitative evaluative, through learning modules, interviews with teachers, and library sources and scientific articles. The analysis process includes evaluating the learning module using APKG-1, calculating the average score, categorizing the results in an assessment scale, and analyzing, comparing, and evaluating the results. The results of the study indicate that determining the learning topics and formulating learning objectives in the learning module are very good (score 85). However, aspects of developing materials, media, and learning resources still need to be improved (score 69). Meanwhile, planning learning scenarios (score 83), classroom management (score 77.5), assessment planning (score 72.5), and display of planning documents (score 84.5) are in the good category. The conclusion is that the implementation of APKG-1 can help evaluate and improve the quality of teaching modules that support more effective learning.

Abstract

Good learning management can support the achievement of learning objectives. With optimal classroom management, teachers can adjust learning models and methods according to learning objectives and student needs, so that the learning process becomes more effective and meaningful. However, teacher competence in learning activities still needs to be evaluated. This study aims to evaluate the competence of Indonesian language teachers in implementing learning using the Teacher Competency Assessment tool (APKG-2). This study is descriptive evaluative with data taken from two videos of Indonesian language teacher learning practices. The data collection method was carried out through documentation of learning practices and assessments were carried out by two observers using APKG-2 which included three main aspects: opening activities, core activities, and closing activities. The results of the study showed that teacher competence was included in the "good" category, with an average score of 78 in the first video and 81 in the second video. However, there are several aspects that need to be improved, such as classroom management, the use of technology-based learning media, and variations in learning methods. It is important to improve teacher skills in managing the classroom, innovating learning media, and delivering more contextual material to create more interactive and meaningful learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the representation of poverty and social class in the play “Kapai-Kapai” by Arifin C. Noer through literary sociology studies. Noer through literary sociology study. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data source in this research is the play “Kapai-Kapai” by Arifin C. Noer and references in the form of articles or books. Noer and references in the form of related articles or books. The method of data collection is done by literature study with the technique of simak catat. Data analysis was carried out with descriptive analysis in the form of selecting quotations in the form of dialogue between characters, monologues, and narratives that are relevant to the focus of research, presenting data to facilitate identification and then drawing conclusions based on the study of literary sociology theory. The results showed that the play “Kapai-Kapai” by Arifin C. Noer presents a picture of power relations between characters. Noer presents a picture of power relations between laborers and employers as a symbol of inequality and social class. The poverty that ensnares Abu's character makes him seek illusions and commit acts of cruelty with Iyem, his wife. This shows that poverty is not just an individual problem, but also the result of a social system that places certain groups in a marginalized position. Thus, literary works function as a reflective medium that raises social class issues and invites readers to reflect on the condition of society.
