Abstract

Semenjak diberlakukannya Qanun Aceh Nomor 11 Tahun 2018 Tentang Lembaga Keuangan Syariah mengharuskan perbankan di Aceh untuk melakukan merger dan konversi menjadi bank syariah yang berdampak pada masyarakat Aceh. Dengan kejadian ini menjadi sorotan dunia karena kinerja pemerintah dalam keseriusannya mengembangkan ekonomi islam khususnya perbankan syariah perlu diapresiasi setelah keberhasilannya menggabungkan 3 Bank Umum Syariah (BUS) menempati posisi ke 7 dengan asset terbesar secara nasional, yang awalnya ada posisi 20 atau 30 dan saat ini, BUS Indonesia mampu menghasilkan asset Rp 240 Triliun atau setara dengan USD16,78 miliar, sehingga masuk di dalam jajaran 10 bank syariah terbesar di dunia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap preferensi Masyarakat Aceh pada Bank Syariah Pasca merger 3 Bank Umum Syariah (BUS). Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden. Data penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan model regresi linear berganda dan diolah dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS (Statistical Package For The Social Sciences). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa literasi, inklusi, reputasi, religiusitas secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh terhadap Preferensi Masyarakat Aceh Pada Bank Syariah Pasca Merger 3 Bank Umum Syariah (BUS).

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of work environment and workload on the work productivity of employees of the Population and Civil Registration Service of Nagan Raya Regency, both partially and simultaneously. The number of samples in this study was 54 employees. This research method is a quantitative method. Research data were collected through questionnaires. Research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression models and processed using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) assistance program. Hypothesis testing used the t test and F test. The results of this study partially showed that the work environment partially had a positive and significant effect with a tcount value (5.222) greater than ttable (2.008) with a significance of 0.020 and workload had a partial positive and significant effect where the tcount value (5.003) was greater than the ttable value (2.008) with a significance of 0.001. Based on the F test, the results show that the work environment and workload simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of employees of the Population and Civil Registration Service of Nagan Raya Regency with Fcount (5.963) greater than Ftable (3.179) with a significance of 0.001. It can be concluded that both partially and simultaneously the work environment and workload have a positive and significant effect on work productivity. It is expected that the Population and Civil Registration Service of Nagan Raya Regency, pays attention to the work environment and workload to increase employee work productivity.

Abstract

Tidak banyak penelitian yang mengkaji kinerja berbasis budaya dalam sektor publik karena birokrasinya berbeda dengan sektor privat. Kinerja dalam sektor publik bukan kinerja pimpinan ataupun kinerja pegawai tetapi harus kinerja berbasis budaya. Pemerintah biasanya berhadapan dengan banyak pemangku kepentingan (Stakeholders) yang memiliki tujuan berbeda sehingga mempersulit proses pengambilan keputusan dan pelaksanaannya. Pemerintah daerah terikat dengan target kinerja yang ditetapkan bersama para agen dan atasan mereka. Pemerintah daerah tidak hanya secara aktif menerima tugas dari atas, namun secara proaktif menetapkan tingkat tujuan yang lebih tinggi untuk memberikan kesan baik pada atasan, tindakan ini dinilai sebagai turnamen politik, di mana birokrat hanya terpusat pada masalah karir yang diwujudkan dengan pencapaian kinerja untuk memanfaatkan peluang promosi yang langka. para pejabat pemerintah memiliki banyak cara untuk menentukan “takdir” politik mereka, dengan memenuhi kriteria terbaik agar dapat dipromosikan. Pentingnya topik ini bagi pemerintah Aceh tentang determinan  kinerja berbasis budaya dalam memediasi kualitas pelaporan keuangan pada Satuan Kerja Pemerintah Aceh? Untuk memenuhi tujuan diatas, penelitian ini melakukan penarikan sampel menggunakan Stratified random sampling dilakukan berdasarkan jabatan yaitu kepala dinas dan kepala bagian untuk setiap SKPD, yang menghasilkan 250 orang pejabat structural, terdiri dari Eselon II 19 orang, Eselon III 70 orang, eselon IV 161 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumen yang relevan, yang diolah menggunakan analisi Partial Least Square (PLS) yang berbasis aplikasi SEM PLS mampu mengestimasi model yang besar dan komplek dengan ratusan laten dan ribuan indikator, minimal sampel >30 dapat digunakan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi kepada pemerintah Aceh determinan  kinerja berbasis budaya dalam memediasi kualitas pelaporan keuangan pada Satuan Kerja Pemerintah Aceh. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan selain memperkaya bukti empiris bagi SKPA, bisa dijadikan referensi perumusan dan penetapan kebijakan bagi SKPA serta memberikan kontribusi baru dalam bidang ilmu akuntansi dan ilmu adminitrasi publik. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa NPM dan Agency Theory dapat digunakan dalam organisasi pemerintah.

Abstract

Performance is the result of a job that has a strong relationship with the organization's strategic goals, customer satisfaction and contributes to the economy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on the performance of employees of the Social Service of Nagan Raya Regency. Location The research was conducted at the Social Service Office of Nagan Raya Regency, where there were 35 civil servants. The sampling method in this study used saturated sampling. In this study, the number of samples was 35 people, meaning that the entire population was used as a sample or saturated sample, while the analysis method used was multiple linear regression. The results showed that the compensation variable (X1) obtained a tcount of 2,340, for the work discipline variable (X2), the tcount was obtained. Amounted to 2,415. This shows that tcount > ttable is 2.03693, thus accepting Ha rejects Ho. While the Simultaneous F test of 5.728 with R2 of 56.90% employee performance is influenced by compensation (X1), and work discipline (X2). compensation and work discipline of employees at the Social Service of Nagan Raya Regency, the higher the employee's performance will be.

Abstract

Since the enactment of Aceh Qanun Number 11 of 2018 concerning Sharia Financial Institutions, it has required banks in Aceh to merge and convert into sharia banks which has had an impact on the people of Aceh. This incident is in the world's spotlight because the government's performance in its seriousness in developing the Islamic economy, especially sharia banking, needs to be appreciated after its success in combining three Sharia Commercial Banks to occupy the 7th position with the largest assets nationally, which was initially in 20th or 30th position and currently, Indonesia is able to generate assets of IDR 240 trillion or the equivalent of USD 16.78 billion, so it is included in the ranks of the 10 largest sharia banks in the world. This research aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous influence on the Acehnese people's preferences for Sharia Banks after the merger of three Sharia Commercial Banks. This research method is a quantitative method, with the number of samples in this research being 100 respondents. Research data was collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents. This research data was analyzed using a multiple linear regression model and processed using SPSS (Statistical Package For The Social Sciences). The results of this research show that literacy, inclusion, reputation, religiosity partially and simultaneously influence the Acehnese people's preferences for Sharia Banks after the Merger of three Sharia Commercial Banks.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how to analyze the ratio of Liquidity to financial performance in PT. Medco Energi International Tbk. This research uses liquidity ratio parameters. Measurement in terms of liquidity to performance ratio of MedcoEnergi shows that MedcoEnergi Liquidity Ratio capability using carrent ratio, Quick Ratio and Cash Ratio during the two research periods in 2018 and 2019 MedcoEnergi liquidity capability is better than its two competitors Bumi Resources and Elnusa. The advice in this study, should the existing performance be maintained and further improved so that the mission to develop potential energy sources into a profitable investment portfolio continues.Keywords: Financial Performance, Liquidity RatioAbstrak : Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana analisis rasio Likuiditas terhadap kinerja keuangan pada  PT.Medco Energi International Tbk. Penelitian ini menggunakan parameter rasio likuiditas. Pengukuran dari segi rasio likuiditas terhadap kinerja MedcoEnergi menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan Rasio Likuiditas MedcoEnergi dengan menggunakan carrent ratio,  Quick Ratio dan Cash Ratio selama dua periode penelitian tahun 2018 dan 2019 kemampuan likuiditas MedcoEnergi lebih baik dari dua kompetitornya Bumi Resources dan Elnusa. Saran dalam penelitian ini, sebaiknya kinerja yang telah ada dipertahankan dan lebih ditingkatkan  sehingga misi untuk mengembangkan sumber-sumber energi potensial menjadi portofolio investasi yang menguntungkan terus berlanjut. Kata Kunci : Kinerja Keuangan, Rasio Likuiditas

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of the work environment, competence and compensation jointly and partially on job satisfaction at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Environment Unsyiah. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Environment, Unsyiah. The population in this study were employees in the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences with 72 respondents.This research was conducted using the census method in which the entire population was used as the object of research. The data obtained were then processed using the SPSS 20 analysis tool. This analysis includes the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, t test and F test and coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the results show that the work environment, competence and compensation have an effect on job satisfaction. The results of data analysis obtained an R square value of 0.619, which means that the job satisfaction variable can be explained by the work environment, competence and compensation of 61.9%, while 38.1.0% of the effect is explained by other variables. For hypothesis testing (t count> t table), the t test results in this study amounted to (3.554> 1.666) with a significant 0.001 for work environment variables, (3.702> 1.666) and 0.000 significant for competency variables and (2.024> 1.666) and a significance of 0.002 for the compensation variable, the results state that the work environment, competence and compensation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Whereas for testing the hypothesis together (F count> F table), the results of the F test in this study are (36,884> 3,12) for work environment variables, competence and compensation with a significant 0,000, these results explain that the work environment, competence and compensation has a significant effect on job satisfaction in the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Unsyiah.
