Abstract

Objective research This test will include knowledge, relationships with values, and altruistic conduct. Study This was completed in a private college in West Java using a quantitative and qualitative approach. Quantitative approach sample lecturer up to 294 persons. Approach qualitative by using three sources to find person leaders in higher education. According to research findings, conduct altruism is the best predictor of desire. Perceived value support is a crucial component of information sharing between lecturers on both an internal and external level. conclusions from the data This calls for the routine discussion of study programs at the lowest structural level, as well as discussions at the faculty and university levels, as well as discussions with party external Good fellow academics or with non-academicians, before activity. Regulations that guarantee quality as a tool for control must be applied to this. All of these ideas are capable of improving lecturer caliber and bringing about the Tri Dharma of Higher Education.

Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between viral content and brand image, as well as the impact on consumer loyalty. This study's data was analyzed using regression analysis. The major conclusion is that viral material has a considerable beneficial impact on brand image. The regression analysis results demonstrate that viral content-based marketing can help a company's brand image. The partial T test findings confirm the significance of viral content in marketing. Although the direct impact on customer loyalty has not been tested, improving branding image through viral content has the potential to affect customer behavior. In conclusion, viral content-based marketing is an excellent method for strengthening branding image and increasing consumer loyalty. Companies that adopt these strategies intelligently can achieve their business goals while also having a good impact on society and the environment.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the curriculum management at SMP Islam Terpadu Lukmanul Hakim and analyze how the curriculum management can improve the quality of education at the school. Using a qualitative approach, this study involved 50 respondents consisting of the principal, vice principal, teachers, students, and parents of students. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and surveys. The results of the study indicate that the curriculum management at SMP Islam Terpadu Lukmanul Hakim has succeeded in integrating Islamic values ​​into every subject taught. The principal plays an important role in designing and supervising the character-based curriculum, as well as conducting regular training for teachers. However, the main challenge faced by teachers is the limited time and resources available to implement the curriculum effectively. The majority of students feel that the curriculum has a positive impact on their development, especially in strengthening character. This study concludes that although the curriculum management at SMP Islam Terpadu Lukmanul Hakim is quite good, several improvements need to be made, such as increasing teacher training, adjusting student workloads, and utilizing technology in learning. Thus, better curriculum management can contribute to improving the quality of education that is more optimal for students.
