Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the work environment and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Pawnshop South Manado Branch. This method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The sample used was 50 respondents using the Saturated Sampling Method. The results of the t test research show that the Work Environment coefficient value is -1.869 < 2.012 with the calculated t value less than the t table while the significance level is 0.495 > 0.005, partially indicating that the Work Environment has no significant influence on Employee Performance and the Work Motivation coefficient value is 3.350 and > 2.012 With a calculated t value > t table while the significance level is 0.002 < 0.005, it shows that it partially has a significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

This research was carried out with the aim of finding out whether there is an influence between organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment on the performance of PT employees. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Mando Boulevard Branch Office. This research uses quantitative methods, with a sample of 30 respondents. The sampling technique in this research was carried out using a Non-probability sampling technique. Data collection in this research was carried out using a questionnaire. Data was collected and analyzed using the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) model using the SmartPLS 4 program. Statistical test results found that Organizational Citizenship Behavior had no and significant negative effect on Employee Performance. Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment and Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Thus, PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Manado Bouleard Branch Office must pay attention to Organizational Citizenship and Organizational Commitment within the company to further improve Employee Performance.

Abstract

Quality is the expected level of excellence and control over that level of excellence to fulfill consumer desires. Consumer satisfaction is an emotional response from an experience related to a particular product or service, retail outlet, or even an overall pattern of behavior. This research aims to determine the quality of service on consumer satisfaction at Klin Laundry Bahu. This research uses a quantitative approach using simple regression analysis techniques. The total sample was 100 respondents. The results of the t test research show that the calculated t value is 6.289 > 1.98472, which means that service quality has a significant and positive effect on consumer satisfaction at Klin Laundry Bahu.
